  Gotham City After Midnight: The Darkness of Knight  The Darkness of Knight   1 Andy and Ben were exploring an abandoned mansion on the outskirts of the city. Once inside they found the place abandoned, but practically untouched in decades. Like a time capsule. The place had been looted, but you could see that someone just up and walked away from the abandoned mansion.   The rumors had been that drug dealers lived there. Upon being busted the house was foreclosed on, but that did not appear to be the case. The furnishings didn't seem to match those of criminals, but more like a family.  "Look at this place." Ben said.  "I know. This place is incredible." Andy replied.  The boys stayed in the house until it was almost dark outside. They didn't plan on taking anything from the dilapidated house, but then they found a big leather book. It was filled with maps and diagrams of Gotham City in the 1800's.  "We can't let this stay here in ruins." ...

 Edition #5 1 Gotham City's normally dark streets are lit with crime scene and patrol lights as a series of assaults have taken place on all four sectors.  The perpetrators remain at large. A wave of concern and worry have settled over the city. Robin perches on top of a tall building looking out over the city. This is where he stays most nights. This is also where he can keep an eye on everyone. Although it's late, there are still people below. Some in fancy evening clothes are walking down the strip clubs and bars. A few are leaving work, trying to get back home, and a few drunks are making a racket in an alley about ten feet below where Robin waits silently. Robin pulls out a pair of binoculars and zeros in on the group of loud men. He can hear most of what they're saying. One tall man wearing a business suit stands out.   Part 1  The lighting struck in strong cracking bolts of electricity. The storm was intense, but Batman was out there. Because those who were going to cause problems didn't mind the rain. In fact they probably knew the police department wouldn't be pulling over as many vehicles. So they'd get a little benefit from these treacherous storms.  As Batman made his way across the rooftops he saw two men. One of them created from the lightning strikes as they crashed into each other creating someone who clearly wasn't a mortal human. Batman didn't see where the second man came from, but he appeared to be a gladiator of sorts. Batman had no time to waste.
