The Mighty Super Heroes
1
Alfred Pennyworth knew that as bad as things had been. That it wasn't over.
It was a feeling that he had, and was rarely wrong when he felt it. Maybe it was the fact that Bruce had been down. After the death of Bane he lost a little hope.
Alfred had been blown away by Bane's plans to turn things around. Everyone had been excited about the plan, and nobody had been able to poke holes in it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he was using his strategies to benefit Gotham City.
Batman had double checked the stats. Bane had the facts. There was a Gotham-Metropolis connection. There were crimes and gangs controlling sections of the interstates. The old highway as well. Jim Gordon had known Bane was right, and that his guys were afraid of those gangs.
Alfred chuckled as he continued to think. If they knew what it was that turned Bane around they'd have a fix. Alfred was still incredibly amazed by Bane's turn around. That wasn't the same man who'd once tried to overtake Gotham City. He intended on seeing Gotham City become an peaceful oasis.
Then his mind traveled over to Barbara and her relationship. This Alpha-One was not trusted by Batman or Superman. His past was one an ugly one. It involved murder, deception, and greed. This distrust said a lot, because he'd stood with them against Zod. This combined with the fact that he had told them that he wanted to change.
Barbara sees something in him that the others do not. Alfred didn't have enough information to formulate his own opinion. It wasn't his way to develop uninformed opinion. He was indeed curious and wanted to find out. Was there something to his will for change, or was this another deception? Was Barbara just in love? Time would tell, but Alfred didn't want Barbara to be hurt. He cared deeply for the Bat-children.
Alfred felt like the voice of reason here, the rock for Batman. He saw a pattern happening. He saw it with Bruce, Jim, and now Barbara. This Alpha-One had an agenda and it seemed like one of self gratification.
"Miss Barbara?" Alfred asked quietly from the hallway. He waited for a reply.
There was a pause in the room. And then Barbara called back, "Yes, Alfred? You can come in."
Alfred opened the door slowly. "May I speak with you?" He waited for a response before he fully entered.
Barbara was still in her room. She knew what the conversation was about. "Of course, Alfred. Come in." She was sitting at a desk in the corner of the room.
Alfred took a seat on the edge of the bed. He looked at her with a hint of fatherly concern. "I hope you don't mind me asking you some questions?"
Barbara smiled softly at him. "Of course, Alfred. What's on your mind?" she asked, turning around to look at him.
He gave her a reassuring look. He started of with a compliment. "You have good judgement, that is no question." He paused and then his expression grew more serious. "This Alpha-One..."
Barbara's expression changed at the name. She knew the line of questioning, yet she remained calm. "Yes. What about him?" she asked in a soft tone.
Alfred sighed. He didn't know if he should even ask, but he knew she wouldn't keep it from him. "How serious are things? Between the two of you?"
She smiled softly. She knew Alfred meant to protect her. "That's a hard question to answer, and I don't want you to think I'm foolish." She answered him carefully.
Alfred took her hand in his. "Barbara, I'd never think you were foolish. I'm just trying to understand what's going on. This Alpha-One... We don't understand him at all." He squeezed her hand gently.
"I know. It's just so crazy, but to answer your question. My feelings are growing. He wants me." She chuckled softly, trying to ease the concern on his face.
Alfred smiled, but it didn't reach his lips. "I can see the glimmer in your eyes. I just want to make sure your heart doesn't get broken." He cared too much about her. He had seen this movie.
She put her hand on his. "I appreciate your concern. I really do. I feel the same, but I'll be careful. I'm not the girl you knew. I'll be alright. There's a lot to this guy that you all don't know." She said this gently.
"You know i've always cared about your children as if you were my own." Alfred said. "My concern for you kids, well you all aren't kids now, but that concern you see, that never goes away."
She smiled kindly at him. "I know, Alfred. You've been more of a father figure to us all. I appreciate that. I really do." She paused. "But I want to do this, and I want to see where this goes." The tone was soft.
"I can see that. I know you were always a smart girl, and have grown into a lovely and intelligent woman. He's harmed females in the past. Just be careful, sweetheart." Alfred added.
Alfred didn't even mention the murder he confessed to the Rider. While he was put to the fire. Alfred had been there. He saw Ghost Rider open him up and put his feet to proverbial fire. That sounded like an open investigation of murder.
"I understand your concern, Alfred. It's just...he wants to change. He really does," Barbara said quietly. She had a strong feeling of connection with Alpha-One, despite his past. "But I will be careful. I won't do anything stupid."
Alfred squeezed her hand gently. "You don't have to assure me about stupidity. You've never been stupid. It's just the situation. This guy, with his background, it raises eyebrows...or concerns. However, I trust your judgment." Alfred said. He released her hand.
The doorbell rang...and Alfred had to excuse himself. "Excuse me, Miss Barbara.
As Alfred opened the door, he was surprised to see Dick Grayson standing there. "Richard?" Alfred asked, a tinge of curiosity in his voice. "Is something the matter, son?"
"Is Bruce here?" Grayson asked.
"He's not. Had a meeting at the office, and hasn't returned.
"Is Barbara here?" Grayson asked.
Alfred couldn't read his face for emotion, he'd gotten good over the years, but something was on his mind.
Alfred studied Dicks expression as he inquired about Barbara. "She is. Is everything alright, Richard?"
Alfred knew there was a reason he was here, asking questions. He could sense the shift in Dicks demeanor.
"Not so much, can you and I speak privately first?" Grayson asked.
"Of course. Come in." Alfred ushered him inside, closing the door behind him. The concern in his expression grew as he waited for Dick to speak.
"You know that guy, Alpha-One? The one who Batgirl is seeing?" Grayson asked.
Alfred sighed, his expression turning serious. "Yes, I'm aware. I have concerns, Richard. I'm worried about her."
"Well, there were investigators in here looking for him. Batman nor Nightwing can allow a wanted man roam our streets."
"Wanted?" Alfred asked, his brows furrowed. "What could he have possibly done?"
"That same murder of his old police partner." Grayson said. "He never stood trial."
"I see," Alfred replied with a hint of sadness in his eyes. "Did he speak about any of this?"
"I haven't seen him." Grayson replied. "Probably hiding if he knows, but I don't think he does."
Alfred nodded thoughtfully. "You're implying he doesn't know yet, but he will."
"Not necessarily, but I don't know. It's gonna be like trying to take a Superman type into custody. That's not going to be easy." Grayson explained.
"No Master Grayson. It's really not going to be. He matched Zod with Kryptonian powers." Alfred agreed.
"It seems we have a potential problem on our hands," Alfred said. "Have the investigators given any indication of what they plan on doing?"
"Positively identify that he's in Gotham City. He could be here and then fly to Jersey or Queens. Hell to California." Grayson replied.
"And you're convinced he could get away and go undetected?" Alfred asked, trying to grasp the gravity of the situation.
Batgirl walked in from the backroom...
Where they searching for Alpha-One?
She had to find him...
2
The night had fallen on Gotham City. Batman sat atop the First Bank of Gotham City tower. He watched as the men and women moved below. Among them he knew Alpha-One was moving among them. Possibly with Barbara with him. Batman was watching for them.
What he did not realize, was that he wasn't alone.
There was plenty more that Batman didn't know. Things that would soon come to light. The first couple of incidents that would create the fallout in Gotham City. The pursuit of Alpha-One was the first issue that set things in motion, but they were all being watched.
The Yautjas had been alerted by the intense battle between Alpha-One and Zod. Now they were watching these warriors of Earth. Trying to evaluate the threat. They want to fight the best warriors in the universe. They saw real potential in finding a formidable challenge. Unlike their last time in Gotham City.
Batman's eyes darted across the city, his gaze fixed on the streets below. He couldn't help but feel a sense of urgency. He knew that Alpha-One was in the city, and he had to be wary.
As he scanned the area, his heightened senses picked up a familiar presence. He wasn't alone on the tower. Someone was watching him. He quickly turned, looking for the source of the unwanted attention.
The night air was still. The streetlights below provided enough light for him to survey the area. He was certain now that he was not alone. Batman turned his attention to the shadows on the roof. He could feel the eyes on him.
"Come out. I know you're there." Batman said. He was still and waiting.
There was no response. The night remained still. Batman stayed alert. He could sense something, something unlike anything he'd felt before. He continued to scan the roof, searching every shadow.
The sound of footsteps grabbed his attention. They were faint, and coming closer.
Batman quickly turned towards the sound. He saw a figure moving closer to him, approaching him from the shadows. The figure was large, and it moved with a grace and precision that was both mesmerizing and menacing.
The figure was now only a few meters away. Batman could see more of the figure, but it was still mostly hidden in the shadows. Batman moved into a defensive stance, ready for anything. His heart was beating faster, adrenaline surging through his veins. The figure stepped into the light. Batman could now get a clear view of the figure standing before him. It was unlike anything he'd ever seen. Its skin was dark and rough, like leather.
Its eyes glowed a deep and menacing red, and its large mouth was filled with sharp, sharp teeth. It looked like a nightmarish creature from another world. Batman braced himself.
This was going to be a fight.
The creature stood several feet taller than Batman. It towered over him, its muscles rippling with strength. Batman could see its powerful legs twitching, as if it was itching for a fight. Batman's eyes locked onto the creature. He knew he had to be careful.
The creature let out a growl, a menacing growl that sent chills down Batman's spine. It lunged at Batman, moving with incredible speed and power. Batman barely had time to dodge, jumping to the side.
The creature was relentless. It attacked again and again, each swing of its powerful arms coming close to hitting Batman. He was on the defensive, barely able to dodge each attack. He needed a plan.
Batman focused, trying to find a weakness in the creature's attacks. He noticed that the creature seemed to be favoring its right side, leaving its left side more exposed. Batman saw an opportunity.
He feinted a left jab, drawing the creature's attention. Then, with lightning speed, he threw a right hook into the creature's side. The blow landed hard, knocking the creature off balance.
Batman took advantage of the moment and slammed a powerful uppercut into the creature's chin. The creature stumbled back, stunned. But the creature was not defeated. It was enraged by the attack. Its eyes glowed brighter, and it let out a roar that echoed through the night. It lunged at Batman again, its movements even more fierce and powerful than before.
Batman quickly realized that this situation was beyond his control. The creature was a relentless force, and the thought of more of them being present was a nightmare.
Batman thought of the civilians on the streets below.
Batman knew that there was no way that he was going to beat the Yautja. It was fighting alone, but he knew there were more of them. If he managed to beat this one, how many more were there? He could not risk citizens being hurt by the creature, but he couldn't defeat the combat savvy creature.
Batman hit the Batbelt-button alerting the others to his location. The Yautjas didn't know that Batman had called for help, but if they'd known, they'd have welcomed it. They were on Earth to be presented the best challenge possible. They found Batman. Who was no challenge by himself.
The Yautja watched Batman's every move, studying his tactics and analyzing his weaknesses. It was clear that it was enjoying the fight. The Yautja was a hunter, and Batman was now its target.
Red Hood was the first to arrive. He entered the building and took the elevator to the stairwell that led him to the rooftop. Upon seeing Batman fighting the creature, he knew exactly why it was that Batman called for backup. Red Hood quickly moved into position.
"What in the hell are we fighting? What exactly is this creature?" Jason asked.
"It's an alien being...probably something that Darkseid sent here to take us out." Batman replied, but his attention on the Yautja.
The Yautja heard the conversation, and it seemed to be amused by the newcomer. It continued to circle around Batman and Red Hood, studying their movements. As Red Hood approached, the Yautja let out a low growl, a clear warning for them to stay back.
Red Hood was no stranger to battling strange and powerful beings, but this creature was unlike anything he had ever seen before. He could sense the strength and skill that the Yautja possessed. The Blades on the hands were deadly weapons in hand to hand combat.
Just on the fringe of the city, but not too far away, Batgirl was with Alpha-One. The alert came signaling a need for her help. Alpha-One heard the beeping sound. His head snapped around to find the source. When he saw Barbara checking her device for the Global Positioning point of the call.
"What is going on?" Alpha-One inquired.
"I'm not sure, but both Batman and Red Hood are on the scene." Batgirl said. "I have to go now."
"Wait...not yet." Alpha-One said, as he grabbed her shoulder. "Do you think that I should help out?"
Batgirl paused for a moment, considering Alpha-One's request. She knew that he had proven himself in the past, and his abilities of a Superman could be helpful.
However, she also knew that the authorities were looking for him. It very well could be a trap to catch him.
Batman and Red Hood were handling the situation. She wasn't sure if Alpha-One's involvement would complicate things further.
"It might be best if I went alone." Barbara smiled.
Barbara didn't give Alpha-One a chance to reply. She activated her grappling gun and launched herself into the night, disappearing from his sight.
Alpha-One was left standing there, unsure of what to do. He knew that something was happening, something that could potentially be dangerous. He couldn't just sit back and watch. He had to do something.
He took to the shadows and followed Batgirl, determined to help in any way he could.
On the rooftop Batman and Red Hood were in an intense battle with the Yautja. The strength of the creature made it impossible to consistently attack. Not to mention that it was as fast or faster than they were. It had a strong strategic knowledge of combat and was skillful. "What is that thing?" Batgirl asked, as she joined the team in battle.
"It's some type of alien warrior." Batman replied. His attention on the Yautja.
Batgirl was surprised, but she didn't let it show. Instead, she joined the battle, fighting alongside Batman and Red Hood.
The Yautja watched the three of them. It was not underestimating the team that stood there, but it felt confident that it could defeat them. They hadn't proved that they were capable.
Batman hit the creature with his Batarang, and the powerful alien's quickly reflexes knocked it down. The confidence growing by the minute. It picked up an additional heat signature as Nightwing joined the battle. "What in the..." he couldn't believe what stood before them.
Nightwing's arrival added a new element to the battle, and the Yautja took notice. It felt a twinge of excitement at the challenge that these four human beings presented, but it still felt confident in its abilities.
"How do we attack this thing?" Nightwing asked.
"We need to find its weakness." Batman said, his eyes scanning the creature for any hint of weakness.
"Its skin seems tough, and its reflexes are quick. We need to be strategic." Red Hood added.
"We need to work together and attack simultaneously." Batgirl said.
The Yautja watched them as they strategized against it. It smiled internally, its bloodlust rising. It was ready for the challenge.
Batman threw a smoke bomb, creating a smokescreen that obscured the creature's vision. Red Hood followed up with a powerful punch, aiming for the creature's chest. Batgirl struck with her Batarang, trying to hit the creature's legs. Nightwing unleashed a barrage of explosive Bat-Gadgets, attempting to cause some damage.
The Yautja was taken aback by the combined attack, but it was not done yet. It used its own stealth technology to become almost invisible in the smoke. It then quickly moved in a circle, trying to pinpoint the location of the assault. Using his enhanced vision capabilities.
Batman knew that the creature was trying to re-position itself. He had to act fast.
He shot a grappling hook towards the Yautja, trying to catch it off guard. But the Yautja was too fast, ducking under the hook and moving away. Red Hood continued his onslaught of punches, trying to land a powerful blow. The Yautja was skilled, able to dodge and block the attacks with ease. Batgirl tried to keep up, but the creature's speed and strength made it difficult to keep up. Nightwing blasted the Yautja with sonic batarangs, trying to stun it. But the creature was resilient, absorbing the attacks with minimal damage.
The Yautja was enjoying the challenge. It was in a state of primal intensity, reacting in the moment and with skill. The four humans standing before it were worthy of its hunting prowess. It was enjoying itself immensely. It moved, attacking each one with a mix of power and finesse.
Batman knew that the situation was dire. They were tiring out with every attack that the creature avoided, and the fight would only last longer if they didn't figure out a way to end it.
He studied the creature closely, looking for any weakness. A moment of hesitation, a weakness in its defense. There just didn't seem to be any glaring weaknesses to be found. This creature made for combat had no flaws that Batman could identify.
The thing that none of them understood was that the alien warrior hadn't even used the full assault of its arsenal. It was fighting them in a gladiator, ground level fight. Hand to hand combat was a specialty of the Yautja. It was in its element. Right at home. Toying with the skilled, but mortal beings, who seemed to be defending something.
The Yautja was getting bored with the fight. It was enjoying toying with the human warriors, but there seemed to be no end in sight. The humans were skilled, but they were not skilled enough. The Yautja decided to up the game.
Suddenly, the Yautja pressed a button on its wrist console, and a long, slender spear materialized in its hand. This was its favorite weapon. It was sharp, and at a button push, became electrified. It was ready to up the ante.
3
A cybernetic arrow sank into the concrete wall behind the Yautja. Someone had just taken a shot at the creature. The thing went to its wrist again. Tapping it in a series of movements. To the Bat-team's surprise the entity vanished before their eyes.
"What just happened." Red Hood asked.
"I don't know, but I don't think it's over." Batman replied.
"The arrow is missing." Nightwing said. "It's gone like the creature."
No sooner than Nightwing got the words out of his mouth, he went flying across the rooftop like someone had thrown him. He hit with an unexpected thud.
"What the hell...what happened, Nightwing?"
"It's not gone. It's still here." He replied.
"It's invisible?" Batman questioned.
"We don't stand a chance against this." Batgirl replied with honesty.
Red Hood looked for the creature but could find nothing. He was feeling helpless. All his power and strength was useless against an invisible foe. Batman tried to use his enhanced vision, but the alien's cloaking and thermal sensors made that task impossible. The creature toyed with them, unseen and untouchable.
Red Hood cursed silently, frustrated at the situation. Batgirl looked around nervously, her heart pounding in her chest. Nightwing got to his feet, rubbing his sore back. They were at a disadvantage, fighting an enemy they couldn't see.
The Bat-team tried to pinpoint the source of the noise. But it was everywhere around them. They were surrounded by the clicking sounds, coming from different directions. It was creating a sense of confusion and paranoia.
Alpha-One flew across the rooftop assessing the situation on the rooftop. The heroes seemed to be huddled together. On the adjacent building there was what appeared to be a native American. Something Alpha-One hadn't seen in quite a while. He figured it must be another Hero who dresses like an Indian.
Why were the others in the position of avoiding shots they couldn't see coming. Then Alpha-One saw the Indian warrior fire a glowing green arrow at the location of the Bat-team. So he descended toward the adjacent building.
"Stop shooting at them." Alpha-One said.
The Indian warrior looked at Alpha-One. "Nightwolf does not attack the humans."
"Then why are you shooting at them?" Alpha-One inquired. He was confused by the Indian warrior's actions.
"The fight is with the Yautja." Nightwolf said.
"The Yautja?" Alpha-One's demeanor changed. He was now even more curious. "You know of the Yautja?" he questioned.
Nightwolf nods "I try to stop them. They seek, they hunt, they kill."
Alpha-One understood then. "Yes, they are hunters. Their entire culture is built on a warrior society. Hunting strong prey is their way. But why are you trying to stop them?"
"My price to pay. Nightwolf must chase them forever."
Alpha-One couldn't help but admire Nightwolf's commitment and dedication to chasing the Yautja. "You've been chasing them a long time?"
"Across many realms." Nightwolf replied.
Alpha-One was amazed. "Other realms? You've encountered them across different dimensions?"
"They want to be the ultimate warriors." Alpha-One said. "They feed their blood lust. You can't stop their primal instincts. They won't surrender willingly."
Nightwolf nods. "Indeed."
"Where are they?" Alpha-One asked.
"Among your friends." He replied.
"I don't see anything." Alpha-One told him.
"They don't want you to see them." Nightwolf said.
Alpha-One understood. "They are cloaked." He said. "Their technology allows them to become invisible to the naked eye."
Nightwolf nodded. "Yes, they are predators. Hunting and stalking their prey, cloaking themselves to go unnoticed."
Alpha-One looked at the Bat-team. They were still trying to locate the Yautja. "How do you attack a cloaked enemy?" he asked Nightwolf.
"You have to anticipate each move. When they are hit they no longer hidden, you see." Nightwolf replied.
It suddenly made sense to Alpha-One. "So you can hit them, but you can't see them. That's why you've been firing at them."
"Yes, my arrows, with the aid of my powers, can sense and hit the Yautja, even when they are cloaked." Nightwolf said.
Alpha-One was impressed. "Interesting. You can use your abilities to track them?"
"Your friends...stand no chance against the Yautja." Nightwolf said. "They're playing fun with them."
Alpha-One knew what Nightwolf meant. The Yautja were toying with them, making the hunt more entertaining. "They want to make them suffer, don't they?"
"Yes, Yautja are sadistically prolonging the hunt." Nightwolf confirmed. "Waiting for increase of challenge."
Alpha-One's expression hardened. "So we need to stop them somehow. How do we make them attack?"
"You cannot make them attack. They attack on their terms. They must lose interest in their game first." Nightwolf replied.
Nightwolf looked at Alpha-One. "Do you think that is a good idea? What if they kill you?"
"Kill me?" Alpha-One chuckled. "I wish."
He lifted in flight from the building. Flying across to the scene of the fight.
The Yautja was still stalking the Bat-team. They were getting tired, and desperation was setting in. They tried to attack the invisible enemy, but with no success.
When Alpha-One flew across, the ground shook as he landed. The Yautja knew that it was a new prey, it was in its sights.
The Yautja couldn't see Alpha-One, but its thermal sensors picked him up. It was intrigued by the newcomer, sensing power in this mortal. It would relish the thrill, the hunt.
Alpha-One didn't know exactly where the creature was, but he could sense its presence. He could feel the ground. He knew that the Yautja was watching him. He spoke. "Show yourself!"
The Yautja remained hidden, studying its potential prey. It was deciding whether this one was worthy enough to engage with. It slowly came into view, not fully uncloaking, it was cautious.
Alpha-One used his heat vision and a guess. The lazer beams shot from his eyes hitting the Yautja. It winced in pain and moved quickly to escape.
The Yautja's cloak fizzled out, as it became visible. It retreated, moving quickly to disappear from sight again.
Alpha-One was quick on his feet. He unleashed another set of heat beams, hitting the creature again. It stumbled and roared in anger. It was feeling pain.
The Yautja was enraged, its pride taking a hit. Its invisibility cloak was not working. It roared in anger and charged at Alpha-One.
Alpha-One braced himself for the charging Yautja. He waited for the right moment to strike. As the Yautja got closer, Alpha-One side stepped and grabbed the creature's arm, using its momentum against it.
He slammed the Yautja forcefully into the ground, making a crater impact. The Yautja let out a painful scream as it landed on the ground. It was stunned. It had never encountered a prey that dared to fight back. This was unexpected. But it was intrigued.
Alpha-One stood over the dazed Yautja, waiting to see if it would stand. The Yautja looked up, its eyes locking onto Alpha-One. It was enraged but strangely eager for a challenge.
The Yautja slowly got to its feet. It studied Alpha-One, sizing him up, trying to understand his strength and weaknesses. It wasn't used to a prey not afraid to fight back.
They circled each other, sizing each other up. The Yautja, still somewhat stunned and reeling. Alpha-One, strong and powerful, ready for a fight. The Bat-team watched the encounter unfold, wondering what would happen.
The Yautja had a strange look in its eyes, it was excited. Its body was tense, ready to pounce. Alpha-One stood his ground, waiting to see what the creature would do.
The Yautja suddenly lunged at Alpha-One, its claws extended, aiming for his chest. Alpha-One dodged to the side, barely missing the attack. He responded with a quick kick to the Yautja's chest, knocking it back.
The Yautja recovered quickly, its instincts kicking into high gear. It was enjoying this fight, the thrill of a real challenge excited it. It roared in anger and charged Alpha-One again.
This time, Alpha-One was ready. He grabbed the Yautja by the shoulders and threw it to the ground. The impact was hard, creating another crater. The Yautja was stunned. It had never been thrown so violently.
The Bat-team watched in awe. They had never seen a fight like this before. Nightwing had to pick his jaw off the ground. Red Hood whistled in appreciation, impressed by Alpha-One's strength.
The Yautja slowly got back up, its body bruised and a little battered. It watched Alpha-One. It had to change tactics. This was no ordinary mortal. It had to be more cautious.
The Yautja's eyes narrowed, as it activated a different function on its wrist device. It was preparing for something. Alpha-One stayed on guard, waiting to see what would happen.
The Yautja suddenly lashed out with its retractable, powerful spear. It shot out from its wrist device. Alpha-One was unprepared for the speed and power of the attack. He barely dodged the spear as it embedded itself into a nearby wall.
The Yautja didn't give Alpha-One a chance to recover. It immediately shot another spear, aiming for his back. Alpha-One rolled out of the way, his instincts kicking in. He was surprised by the power and speed of the Yautja's new weapon.
Alpha-One again used his heat-ray vision to hit the creature. The Yautja winced in pain, but moved quickly to evade the burn. This made the Yautja angrier. This one wasn't like the others. This Alpha-One was not a mortal human. This was a formidable opponent. The real challenge. The Yautja stepped forward to meet the challenge.
The Yautja stalked toward Alpha-One, its spear retracted. It was ready to fight hand to hand. It thought the use of the spear would be cheating. This alien warrior wanted hand to hand combat. It would enjoy every minute.
Alpha-One saw the gleam in the Yautja's eyes. It was going to fight on its own terms, without weapons. Alpha-One was up for the challenge.
The two opponents moved to the center of the rooftop, each eyeing each other, their bodies tense, waiting for the first strike. This was going to be a brutal fight.
The Yautja lunged at Alpha-One. The two engaged in close combat, trading powerful punches and blocks. They were equal in strength.
They fought with skill and intensity, each strike landing with a loud thud. The rooftop echoed with their blows. Both fighters fought like two gladiators, seeking to dominate the other.
It was a battle of attrition. Both fighters were taking punches and dishing out hits, neither one giving an inch. The roof creaked with every punch, the floor was becoming littered with debris from their vicious fight.
The Yautja knew it was fighting a strong adversary, but it had more tricks. Yautjas always had more tricks. The creature suddenly disappeared, going invisible.
Alpha-One flew into the air grabbing the Yautja, and snatching it up with a powerful snatch upward. It happened so fast the Yautja couldn't react. He flew higher that the tallest buildings in Gotham City. At the desired height, Alpha-One released his grip from the Yautja and watched it fall out of sight toward the Earth. The Yautja roared in surprise. It tried to regain its composure, but it was too late. It was falling towards the ground at deadly speed.
Alpha-One hovered above, watching the creature descend. He had no love for this alien. It preyed on the weak, using its power to gain pleasure from torture. Seeing the beast fall filled him with gratification.
The Yautja was falling fast. It was trying to grab anything within reach, to slow its fall, but there was nothing. Just the rushing air.
It was like time stood still for the Yautja. The ground was coming fast toward it. It's going to impact, hard.
The impact was brutal. The Yautja hit the ground with a loud crack, creating a massive crater. The Yautja was thrashed around and his neon green blood splattered everywhere around the point of impact. The Yautja would die minutes later. The massive impact was more than he could recover from. The predator was dead.
Alpha-One knew when to recognize the end of a fight. He slowly descended towards the dead Yautja and landed.

Batman immediately went to the Batcave. That had went terribly, and even though everyone came out alive, Batman could only consider the conflict a complete disaster. Had they known their opposition's abilities and weaknesses, Batman felt theyd have conquered the Yautja.
Batman thought about strategies and battlefield knowledge, and he thought of Bane, and how his strategy to clean up Gotham City, it was simple, it was to the point, but it was as solid as steel. Maybe there was a simple way of eliminating the Yautja as well. Batman was researching and looking up the species known as the Yautja. Batman called the only man to have ever survived the Yautja in batte, Alan "Dutch" Schaefer. In the depths of the jungle Dutch was able to survive the battle and killed the creature. Talking to him was imperative to any type of success.
Batman waited patiently as the line rang. He wasn't sure if the other end would even pick up.
A groggy, male voice responded, it was filled with the drowsiness of a deep sleep. "This is Alan Schaefer...who's this?"
Batman was about to respond, with his usual gruff and serious tone, but stopped himself. He needed to sound different in the event of getting some information. "Mr. Schaefer" he started, in a calm, low-key voice.
"Who is this and why are you calling me?" Alan asked, the tiredness was leaving his voice.
"Mr. Schaefer...My name is ...Bruce." Batman responded, still not trying to give way his identity. "I am working in a special unit that deals with certain situations and I'm in need of your expertise."
"What kind of unit we talking about?" Alan asked, more wide awake. He could tell the man wasn't going to give him much information.
"A special unit that deals with certain types of creatures," Batman said, still vague. "I believe you know exactly what I'm talking about."
There was a few moments silence on the other end. Finally, Alan asked "What exactly do you need from me?"
"I need you to give me information about the Yautja species and give me any helpful tips you could offer." Batman said, getting to the point.
"The Yautja? Are you telling me that someone on this Earth is dealing with those things?" Alan asked, his voice was now serious and his groggy state was completely gone.
"You could say that." Batman responded. "I'm trying to gather as much information and Intel as possible. I need to know what the best strategy is taking one on."
There was another pause of silence. Then..."You understand what you're asking for?" Alan's tone changed. It was serious and grim. "I'm not here because I am skilled, or because I was smart on the battlefield, the jungle. No Bruce, I'm here on the telephone with you because I was lucky, goddamn lucky."
Batman took in what he was saying. "Luck only gets you so far." He replied. "But I'll take any information you're willing to offer."
There was a long delay, but Bruce could hear Dutch breathing. "I am sure you have been in many battles in your line of work. You know how sometimes everything goes your way, and other times you can't catch a break?"
"Yes, I've had my share of moments where everything seemed to go wrong." Batman replied. He knew the feeling too well.
"Imagine that feeling, but with a blood thirsty creature of 8 feet, who has the ability to become invisible. The Yautja has strength and agility that would put any human to shame. A trophy hunter that enjoys the pain it inflicts on prey before the kill."
"A sadistic species." Batman replied, his mind taking in the information. "Do they communicate?""They communicate with a clicking sound, but are capable of learning the language of whoever they hear speak, and repeat it in the voice of anyone they've heard speak."Dutch explained.
"They have the ability to assimilate different dialects from languages and mimic it back in that particular language?" Bruce clarified.
"They used a wrist-mounted spear, a shoulder blade that could shoot out, and a metal claw that extended from the side of their wrist." Dutch said.
"I fought a single hunter. But, they work in a unit, but, that single hunter is probably more than you've ever faced." Dutch answered.
"They're referred to as Blooded, Warrior, and Hunters." Dutch replied. "A blood is the lowest rank, a warrior is next, and the hunter is the highest rank of them all."
"We encountered one in Gotham City, but we weren't able to conquer it. What is their weakness or best way to hit it?
"They don't think like us, their weakness lies with honor. In their society, killing the weak and unarmed is looked down upon. They'll fight you hand to hand instead of killing you from far away. Their arrogance is another weakness, they underestimate every species they encounter." Dutch explained.
"What do you mean they underestimated humanity?" Batman asked, curious.
"They are bigger, stronger, faster, and better than us. In their eyes, we're inferior, like a dog compared to a lion." Dutch explained. "They've never encountered a human that can beat their asses."
Batman was silent. If they held themselves that high, then it was up to someone to put them on equal terms. "Are they still in Gotham?" Dutch asked.
"No, but, I'm positive we haven't seen the last them." Batman answered.
There was a loud sigh, "Bruce, those things are intelligent, cunning. A hunter will know what to do, and do it extremely well. You can be assured they won't attack right away, they will observe and learn. The one in Gotham, he didn't have time to think because the environment overwhelmed it. These things are used to their domain, in forests or jungles. They are smart enough to wait and watch, and, when the time comes, they will attack when you're not ready.""Thank you for the information." Bruce responded. "I'll put your intel into use. I understand I'm facing a challenge."
"Anything that I can do, just ask." Dutch finished.
"Thanks." Batman said, before shutting off the line. He had a lot to be thinking about now.
While Batman looked up some information about the Yautja, he'd asked the others to hang around while he figured out their next move. Everyone would need suits that hide their body heat.
They'd need night vision goggles, or something equivalent. Batman hoped to draw them out in the daytime, but he knew that there was no guarantee that could happen.
Batman was in the back of the Batcave, trying to think of the best plan of action. He thought of the Yautja.
1. They use clicking to communicate.
2. They have the ability to mimic voices.
3. They have superior weapons.
4. They have a superior vision at night.
5. They have three different classes; blood, warrior, and Hunter.
Batman's mind was working overtime.
There was a knock at the door at Wayne Manor. Alfred opened the door. Bette Kane stood there looking at Alfred. "Yes. I've come to visit Bruce, but he isn't here, is he?"
"No. He's not here currently, he's working at the moment. Is this urgent or it can wait until he returns?" Alfred asked, not wanting to be rude, but Bette's visit caught him off guard.
"No...just tell him that I'm back in red and black." Bette Kane said.
"Oh..." Alfred said with some surprise. "I thought you had retired."
"Yeah, well, I'm back." Bette replied.
Alfred studied her for a few moments. This girl was a strong willed fighter. But she was also reckless.
"Would you like to come inside?" Alfred asked, as he moved aside and allowed Bette to cross the threshold.
"Thank you." Bette said, as she entered the manor. "Are you the only one around?"
"Mr. Wayne is out." Alfred said, as he closed and locked the door. "May I offer you a drink?"
"No, thank you." Bette said, as she looked around the room, taking in the sight of Wayne Manor. "Say, you've been with Bruce and the family a long time, haven't you?" She turned to face Alfred.
"Yeah, that I have." Alfred confirmed, as he walked to his favorite chair. "I have known everyone in the family since they were all children."
"How is everyone doing?" Bette inquires, sitting down on the couch.
"Everything's well." Alfred answers, sitting in his armchair. "But, if you don't mind me asking, why are you here, dear?"
"No reason." Bette said. "I wanted to check up on the family."
Alfred raised an eyebrow, "Not buying it."
"Alright, if you must know." Bette continued, knowing Alfred wasn't going to let that go. "I may need a place to stay for awhile. The streets aren't ideal these days."
"I suppose I could provide that for you." Alfred said, a look of concern on his face. "But, wouldn't you be more comfortable staying at the Clock Tower with Barbara?"
"I don't want to be around Babs right now." Bette said.
"Why is that?" Alfred inquired.
"Let's just say we had a disagreement." Bette answered.
"Did you punch her?" Alfred asked bluntly.
Bette was taken back. "No! Why would you assume that?"
"Because you're not shy to throw a good punch when provoked." Alfred replied.
"I'm aware of Barbara's combat prowess." Alfred said. "So, may I ask you what triggered the disagreement?"
"Her head is not in the game. She told me that she might quit the team and run away with a rogue super hero, Alpha-One." Bette said.
"Oh, for God's sake..." Alfred said, rubbing his nose bridge. "She plans to leave with that man?"
"Well I believed her when we spoke, and thought Batman could use a Batwoman. Not some waivering Batgirl."
Alfred was silent. Bette had a point. Batgirl was becoming a wild card, and her actions were unpredictable.
"Look, I like the girl, but, she's going through a rebellious phase, and it's getting out of hand." Bette said. "I told Batman that I'd return if I thought the need was ever there. I think the time is now. We could use each other's help."
Alfred understood Bette's desire. Her return as Batwoman would not be unwelcome, but Alfred wondered if her return was also motivated by her past with Bruce.
"I know the desire to help is there." Alfred said, choosing to keep his thoughts to himself. "You two had a very close connection, you and Bruce."
"Yeah, we did have a great thing going, but I am not here because of Bruce. I'm here for the Batman. Besides he's with Selina again, right?"
"Yeah, Selina is his significant other currently, I don't think they're married yet." Alfred said. "So, you're not in need of Bruce? Just Batman?"
"Well I can't help him as Bruce, but as Batman, I think Batwoman he has more need for. He knows my value as Batwoman."
There was another knock at the door. Afred turned quickly as it caught him off guard. "Excuse me, Miss Kane."
Bette gave Alfred a quizzical look. "Who could be visiting this late?"
"Only one person knocks at this time of night." Alfred replied, as he made his way to the front door.
He opened the door and standing on the porch was Jason Todd. "Hey Alfred, is Barbara here?"
Alfred was not expecting to see him tonight. "Master Jason..I'm afraid not. Miss Barbara isn't here at the moment."
"Damn...she ran off after Bruce asked everyone to hang around until we go into battle again." Jason exclaimed.
Alfred understood his frustration. "Where do you think she went off to?"
"Wherever that Alpha-One character is. She's stupid in love with that guy." Jason complained.
Alfred agreed with Jason's judgment. "Well, Master Jason, where does he reside?"
"I don't know, you see, he's on the run. However, we could track her, and find him." Jason said. "But Bruce wanted us to stay around here. I'm not going to go searching for her. Then we're both missing."
"I can go find her." Bette Kane said. "She may not like it when I find her."
Alfred raised an eyebrow. "You'd go as Batwoman to find her?" He questioned.
"Yes." Bette confidently answered. "I'd track her through Gotham if I have to."
"Good luck with that." Jason chuckled. "She gets very touchy when you get nosy."
"I'm not scared of Babsy." Bette replied.
"What about you, Jason?" Alfred inquired. "No intentions on looking for her?"
"I would, but Bruce wants us to stay here. He plans on taking another shot at the Yautjas." Jason explains.
"You're not tired of Yautjas at this point?" Alfred asked, knowing the trials the Batfamily had with the Yautja.
"I think we all are, but they're not going to stop unless they're defeated." Jason exclaimed.
"That's a fact." Alfred agreed, rubbing his forehead. "You Bat family members are the most stubborn people."
"What should I do, Alfred?" Jason asked. "Help Bette or wait for Bruce?" Alfred thought for a moment. They knew Barbara was with that Alpha-One character and there was no telling what the two had planned.
"If you're going off, I recommend you take someone with you." Alfred told Bette.
"Why?" Bette asked.
"That Alpha-One is quite powerful. It's just a precaution." Alfred responded.
"I'll go with her. Tell Bruce that I'll be right back." Jason said.
Bette Kane changed into her black and gold Batwoman outfit. "I'm ready."
Alfred watched the two of them leave. They took off on Jason's motorcycle. He wondered what would come from this. He closed the door.
The Batbike roared as Jason maneuvered it through Gotham City. Bette was behind Jason, holding on tightly.
She tried to keep her hair from flying in her face. "Jason, slow down, will ya?"
"Hang on, sweetheart." Jason said.
"You're going to get us killed!" Bette exclaimed.
"We're not going to die." Jason confidently said. He was enjoying this.
"You might not, but I will!" Bette replied, trying to keep steady.
"What happened to the fearless Batwoman?" Jason teased.
"She's trying not to throw up, that's what!" Bette snapped.
Jason started laughing. "You afraid of a little speed?"
"When it's excessive, yes!" Bette said. "I like to keep both feet on the ground!"
"No wonder you and Bruce don't mesh well." Jason joked.
"How do we mesh, Jason? Tell me what you think about me?" Bette asked.
Jason thought for a moment. "Well, you're stubborn.."
"I think you're too stubborn and headstrong. And you don't listen to reason. That's what I think." Jason replied.Jason parked the motorcycle and they were going to search on foot. Batwoman stood beside Jason, who slipped on his Red Hood. The two prepared to go find Barbara.
"I listen just fine. I just don't agree with every word that comes out of your mouth or Batgirl's...not your precious Batman's mouth." Bette remarked.
"Of course you don't." Jason said. "You and Batgirl always did butt heads."
"Well, where do you think she's at?" Bette asked.
"I'm not sure...I was gonna check Harley's hideout. I know that she knows of it, and so she might be there."
"You think Harley knows where Batgirl is?" Bette questioned.
Bette raised an eyebrow, surprised. "Really? You're dating Harley?"
"Yeah, what's wrong with that?" Jason inquired.
"You're really dating the psychotic Harley Quinn?" Bette said. "You do know she's nuts, right?"
"Who do you think I should date? Harls and I get along well." Jason said, but knew it was a lie. They'd not been good since Jason found out she cheated on him.
Bette knew Jason wasn't telling the entire truth. "I'm not the right person to give you relationship advice, Jay. But why stick around Harley if she cheats on you?"
"I love her, Bette...she's...she's damaged and sometimes she can't help it." Jason replied.
"That's a pretty poor excuse to stay with a cheater, Jay." Bette said. "I wouldn't take that."
"Well, you're not me." Jason said with a hint of annoyance.
"I'm not with you either, but I would be better than she is for you. You deserve better." Bette said.
Jason felt something stirring in his heart. Bette was making sense. "Don't start this, Bette." Jason replied.
"You're trying to mess up my relationship." Jason said, but he knew it was already messed up. The thought of Bette and himself was tempting.
"I hate it when you're right, you know that?" Jason said. He started to slow down his pace. Walking beside her.
They turned down the alleyway that went to Harley's hideout. Jason lifts a piece of plywood, as they went underneath the old buildings that were built over the top of old Gotham City. They walked through the empty rooms inside the building and found nothing. There was no evidence that anyone had been there.
"Well, nobody's around here." Jason said with some disappointment.
"We're here, Jay...you and me." Bette took her shot.
Jason wasn't blind, he could see what was happening. Bette was making a move on him. "Yeah...I guess we are."
Bette wrapped her arms around Jason. "What do you want to do with it?" Her voice seductive and sensual.
Jason turned to Bette. He wanted her, it was easy to see. He didn't love Harley like he used to. He pulled Bette close.
Their faces were almost touching. Their bodies pressed against each other. Jason could feel the heat growing between them.
"Just kiss me, Jay." Bette said, not holding back anymore.
Jason couldn't resist anymore. He leaned in and kissed her. It was so good. She was so good.
Jason felt his body stirring with the feeling of excitement.
As the kiss deepened, Jason felt the passion take over.
"I want you, Jay. I need to feel you inside me." Bette whispered.
Jason moaned. It was deep and carnal. Jason needed Bette just as badly. He pressed her against the wall. His body was hot. His need was overwhelming.
He began kissing her neck, his lips tenderly exploring her flesh. Bette's body responded, her breath catching. She wrapped her leg around him, holding him tight.
"Do you really want me to fuck you, Bette? Jason asked, because he wanted to hear it. He needed to hear it.
"Ohh...yes. I do. I want you so bad." Bette said, her voice full of desire. "Please, take me, Jay. Take me like you want me."
"You're so sexy, Bette." Jason charmed. "I want to suck your tits."
He lifted her up, and wrapped her legs around his waist. He could feel the heat between them. He pressed her against the wall. He could hear their breathing, getting faster and deeper. They were both overwhelmed with need.
"Oh you're ready, Jason. Is Harley not putting out, baby? Is that why you need, momma?" Bette asked sensually.
"Oh you're ready, Jason. Is Harley not putting out, baby? Is that why you need, momma?" Bette asked sensually.
Jason bit his lip, and tried to answer her question. "No. Harley isn't taking care of me. I need you. I've always needed you." He ran his hands over her body, his touch hungry.
"How bad do you need me, baby? How bad do you want to be inside me?" Bette asked.
"So much. I want you so damn bad, baby." Jason replied, feeling his body grow hotter with desire. He pressed himself against her. They were both losing control.
Bette reached down grabbing his bulge in his jeans. "Oh yeah...you're excited."
"Yes...can I put it inside you?" Jason panting in her ear as he spoke.
She chuckled softly, "Oh yeah...do it. Just don't cum inside me. I'm not on birth control anymore. I've been homeless.
Jason felt another thrill as he heard this. "You're not on birth control? You're a risk, Bette."
"Yeah, I'm a risk. I've been homeless. No access to medicine or anything. I stopped taking it." Bette said, her voice low and sultry.
Jason groaned as he listened, his fingers digging into her hips. "Damn...you're wild, Batwoman." He kissed her again, his tongue seeking hers.
"Yeah, I'm out of control, Jay. Always have been." She pulled away and looked into his eyes. "We shouldn't do this. We really shouldn't."
"But we're gonna. We're gonna." Jason said, unable to hold back. He grabbed her hips, and pulled her roughly to him.
"Are you sure? Baby...we shouldn't." Bette asked, but she was leaning into him. Her hands were all over him. Her body was pressed against his, needy.
"I don't care. Not right now." He growled. He couldn't control himself. Jason kissed her neck, his teeth lightly biting her flesh.
"Ohh...yeah. Damn it, Jay." She felt the heat of his touch everywhere. "You're too damn much."
"You haven't seen anything yet, Sweetheart." He said, as he began to unbutton her suit.
"I think I can. You're dangerous, Jason Todd." Bette said, as she let him undo her Batwoman suit.
He slowly unbuttoned her costume, his fingers trembling. The dark blue and gold suit fell to the ground, leaving Bette in her lingerie."Do you like my body, Jay?" She asked, and spun around in front of her.
"God yes...you're fit." Jason mumbled as he scanned her body.
"You know that I am better than Quinn. She's a stupid slut." Batwoman was just calling it.
"I'm sure you knew that she was not with the Joker anymore, huh?"
"No...I did not know, but what?" Bette asked.
"Batman accepted her into the Bat-team." Jason said, and pulled her panties down."
"Batman accepted her?" Bette was shocked. "He'll definitely want me back then."
"You want back in the family?" Jason asked.
"Yes, and I want you too. I want to be your woman, I want to be your lover."
Jason picked her up, and sat her on his lap. He began to run his hand over her body, his touch tender and possessive.
"You've always been wild, Bette." He said, his hands tracing over her skin. "You drive me crazy."
"I can't help it. It's how I am." Bette smirked, her eyes locking on his. "I'm a risk taker, Jay. Always have been."
Jason chuckled softly, letting his fingers run down her flat stomach. "I know that about you. That's one reason I've always been crazy about you."
Bette would've shot back with a smart remark, but she could feel his massive hard on rubbing her slit. It felt so hard and hot. Her pussy was soaking wet, and Jason could feel the heat radiating from her snatch.
"Oh...damn, Jay. That feels so damn good. Keep rubbing me with it." Bette requested.
"You like it like that babe?" Jason asked
"Hell yeah, I could cum from this rubbing if you kept going." She said.
"You sure about that?" Jason grinned, as he increased the pressure.
Bette groaned softly, and leaned her head back. "Yeah...keep going, baby."
Jason complied, his hand moving slower and more deeply. "You're so wet, sweetheart."
"All for you." Bette muttered, her breath ragged. "I need you so badly, Jay. I've always needed you."
Jason looked into her eyes, their faces close. "You have me. You always do." And he kissed her, his lips hot and demanding.
"God, I want you so bad." Bette said, between kisses. "I can't help it. It's always been you."
Her wet, swollen, hot vaginal lips felt good to Jason too, but then he slid into her pussy and went all the way inside her deep. "Oh my, fuck." She screamed. "Damn you caught me off guard with your massive cock."
Jason was overwhelmed with pleasure, his eyes closing in ecstasy. "Shit...you feel so damn good, sweetheart." He lifted her, and pushed her against the wall, her legs wrapped around his waist. "I need you too, love."
Bette moaned, her body melting against him. "Take me, Jay. Isn't that better than, Harley, babe?"
"You feel so much better, baby. I don't know what I was thinking." He kissed her deeply, his heart pounding.
Jason was shoving his cock inside her hard, his balls slapping her asshole, as he drove it home missionary style. "Oh yeah, I'm getting close, baby." Jason said.
"Don't cum inside me, Jay...I am..." Bette lost the words.
Jason was pumping it at a steady pace. He knew he was about to cum. He knew that he'd promised to pull out. He also knew it felt so fucking good, and he wasn't going to pull it out. It felt way too good for that. He wanted to bust inside her hot, wet, and beautiful pussy. She could tell right before he came.
"Pull out now, Jason." Bette Kane said. She felt him exploding inside her, unprotected pussy. "Fuck Jason, you asshole."
"I'm sorry, baby." Jason said.
"You were horny. It happens, Jay." She said, kissing him back.
"Yeah, I was." Jason agreed.
"That won't happen again though, will it?" Bette asked, with raised eyebrows.
"No. It won't." Jason said.
"Good boy." Batwoman said with a smirk.
"Oh you want me to be a good boy?" Jason asked.
"No...not really, but you better behave." Bette said.
5
Batman had come up with several different plans, but he wasn't exactly satisfied with the entirety of his ideas so far. They needed weapons that could penetrate the armor of the Yautja. They were creatures of battle, created for combat, and designed to destroy the opponent. Their entire existence was predicated on being the best warrior in the universe.
Bruce picked up the phone and called Jim Gordon. The phone rang twice and he picked it up. "Commissioner Gordan here." His voice fresh with the morning brightness.
Batman's voice was harsh, raspy, and rough, "Gordon, it's Batman. Have you seen Alpha-One in the city?" Bruce asked.
"You know that he's wanted. No, we haven't seen him, but he is being hunted by several different people. He did some pretty nasty things, Batman." Gordon said.
"Who all does he have hunting for him. The FBI, his partner from his precinct back home, and Frank Castle along with his partner Matt Murdock." Gordon said.
"Murdock and Castle have taken up a new career in bounty hunting, huh?"
"They've done an amazing job so far, but are still unsuccessful." Gordon noted, and he could sense some irritation.
"I am curious of their methods." Batman responded.
"They're doing a good old fashioned detective job. They track him to a location and they attack, but each time Alpha-One is still able to evade them."
Bruce sighed. "And he is still here in Gotham?"
"I can't say for certain, but I suppose that he is. They all think that he is, why are you after him too?"
"Yes...but for a different reason. He can physically hurt the Yautjas. His Superman type abilities are what it takes. I might have to call our Superman...Kal-El."
"You probably should in reality. The Yautja warriors are deadly. We don't want to lose family."
"No sir...but call me if something breaks on the case." Batman said and ended the call."
Alfred had to walk in at the perfect time, as always. "I heard the last bit. You want to bring in Superman?""I'm strongly considering that, yeah." Bruce clarified. "He was here before, and he knows what's going on. The Yautja are sadistically charged creatures with only battling on their minds. They're technically sophisticated to the point that they're futuristic. I came up with several different plans, but none of them would realistically work, in my opinion."
"Yes. I do. He's the only one I can think of that is powerful enough to stand up to the Yautjas and Alpha-One."
Alfred agreed. "He's the strongest one we have. You need to do your research on how the Kryptonians respond to certain elements."
"I'm sure our research notes would have the data somewhere." Bruce answered.
"I don't know where it is." Alfred said. "It could take some time to dig it up and it depends on what you need to know."
"There must be something that affects Alpha-One like Kryptonite does Superman. He originates from Alpha Centurion." Alfred had been trying to figure it out too.
"That's the problem. I'm not entirely sure what they are susceptible to." Bruce answered. "I'm going to make a quick trip to Metropolis, and perhaps Superman and family can assist us. Even if it's just helping us identify the weakness."
Alfred watched Batman hop in the Batmobile, and took off toward Metropolis. Taking a look at the highway Bane had warned him of. The amount of cars travelling gave credence to Bane's theory. Bruce just kept the hammer down. Upon his arrival in Metropolis he realized that something was wrong in Superman's city too.
"Well...what do we have here?" Zod walked out to meet Batman. "You can save the tough guy shit. It's not as if we don't know who's who by now.
"What are you doing here, Zod?" Batman asked.
Zod grinned at Batman. "You want to know what I'm doing here. I reckon that I should ask you the same thing, huh?
"I'm looking for Superman." Batman replied.
"I already found Superman, but..." Zod smiled.
Then he shrugged his shoulders, and his palms up. The classic I don't know gesture. "Don't start asking me questions, ole Bat. I'm not gonna answer them, and you want to know too much."
"Why even talk to me?" Batman inquired.
Zod still laughing. "Because you need to understand your flaws, and nobody likes all those questions that you ask."
"I have always been told that the only damn question... is the one not asked." Batman responded.
"Batman...come on now. They say that to keep you talking about shit that's not their business." Zod cleared it up.
"General, I'm a detective of sorts, and detectives must ask questions to get leads and results." Batman explained.
"You? You're a detective?" Zod asked. "Who would believe for a minute that you would be an even moderately decent detective"
"I'm a detective, Zod." Batman said firmly.
"Have you ever uncovered anything or done something positive for a case?" Zod questioned.
Batman looked over at the building. "Where's Superman?"
"Go home...Batman, and fix the problems that you have over there in Gotham City." Zod advised.
"I'm worried about Superman and his family." Batman said. "Where are they, and what's going on?"
"Theyre working for me, Batman. Do you need a job? It won't be a detective position. I can't believe that someone actually gave you a paycheck for detective work." Zod continued.
"I'm not interested, Zod." Batman replied bluntly. "You didn't answer my questions."
"I told you right up front. Just so you'd know I wasn't answering your question." Zod smiled.
"Are you going to go this route?" Batman asked.
"You know something, Bat?" Zod said. "You should trade logos with the Ridler and call yourself...Question-Man."
"Don't tempt me." Batman warned, his voice sharp. Gotham's Dark Knight wasn't in the mood for this. He knew that strong arming Zod would get him nothing. He might not get it period, but butting heads would get him nothing.
"I'm not here to argue with you. I'm only here to find the information I need." Batman said. "Do you want to work for me, Zod?"
The General laughed "You could not pay my salary, Bat."
"I could." Batman said flatly. "I would give you a blank check, and you can just fill in your price."
Zod was taken aback. "You'd give me every damn dime in your account?"
"Why do you not want me here, General?" Batman asked. "What are you doing here?"
"Don't worry about what I'm doing. Just know that I am coming back to Gotham City. When I am done here I'm coming back. I've got unfinished business with your wannabe Superman." Zod confirmed.
"Then we will see you soon, General Zod." Batman said cheerfully.
M come on oute,
"Yes...you will, Batman." Zod assured him.
Batman knew that something was happening in called back to Wayne Manor. He expected Alfred to answer, but the old butler didn't pick up. This concerned him a great deal, but there was too much going on to know what if anything was affecting his not answering the telephone.
Back at Wayne Manor
Just after Batman pulled away Red Hood and Batwoman had shown back up. Upon their arrival back to Wayne Manor they noticed two men talking to to Alfred. Batwoman didn't know either one of them. Red Hood knew one of the two. One of those men was the Punisher Frank Castle. Jason didn't know the other one, but he was currently Red Hood, and as Red Hood he needed to investigate.
"Is everything alright here, Alfred?" Red Hood asked. Right behind him was Batwoman.
Harley Quinn had found out that Frank Castle was in Gotham. Matt Murdock knew nothing about Castle have an affair with a woman who'd been spoken for. Jason thought that he'd had a good thing going on, but she saw him and Batwoman. Even though the two of them did nothing in front of her, her mind started making things up .
Jason and Batwoman would not see Harley Quinn in the car, waiting for her every now and again lover, Frank punishes her Castle. "I'm a crazy bitch."
They were in the area in search of the 'Gotham City Superman' aka Alpha-One. They told Alfred that they were in the area, and they were asking folks on the outskirts of the city.
"Have you completely searched the city of Gotham before moving outward?" Batwoman asked.
"Yes, we have, ma'am." Castle said.
"Bullshit. Well, I think you're lying, but why? That's where you got me."
"Excuse me, lady?" Castle said.
"You heard what I said. You haven't checked the entire city, and I don't think you were out here looking around for shit. You were out here hoping to find her at the manor with Alpha-One?" Batwoman asked.
"Alright then. I see why Batman has you around. Are you psychic?" Castle said.
"Well hey, ma'am do you know where they are?" Murdock asked.
"No, but I have been out there looking, and that's how I know you hadn't searched the whole city. Batgirl is like a little sister to me, and I know she's dangerously in love." Batwoman explained.
"What are you going to do with him?" Jason asked. Because the day that you left Bane with Batman, your current target was standing with Dent and Gordon. Bane was going to go with you two, but if he hadn't I think Frank could have gotten him in vehicle and delivered. No offense, but I have seen Castle fight." Red Hood said.
"What does Bane have to do with it?" Castle asked.
"Because you two were in for a difficult time with Bane. Do you understand how difficult a being like Superman will be to contain?" Jason asked.
Nightwing had joined. He was listening intently to the conversation. Maybe they had a plan. Perhaps they knew something that they had figured out. The further the conversation went, it became blatantly obvious that they were fishing and needed help. "What about you all? We're standing among a handful of vigilantes." Castle inquired. "Has he already put the fear in you? Tell me be hasn't broke you, huh?"
"Absolutely not...we wouldn't be here today if that's what we were made of." Nightwing said.
"We are in the process of battling a tougher entity and we can't help you. In fact Alpha-One helped us. We were stuck with no way to attack it. None that made an impact." Red Hood elaborated.
"What kind of entity are you doing battle with?" Murdock asked.
"It's called a Yautja...known as Predators. They're alien warriors who take on the toughest challenges across multiple dimensions and universes."
Frank had the look on his face that he smelled a nasty odor. It was their story about the Predator that smelled. "Are you trying to be funny, or what?"
"No...they're very much real."
"Why haven't we seen anything like this?" Castle asked.
"You don't see them until they come out of hiding. Which they do very well with a cloaking ability.
Matt Murdock spoke up. "I've heard about it before, but like Bigfoot, Nessie, or the any other alien."
They watched the Batmobile pull into the driveway. Batman hadn't figured out a damn thing. He was not a happy Batman. He was determined and dedicated to the citizens of Gotham City.

Batman and the team were spread out, but not too far apart. Murdock and Castle were close by. They had heard their guy had helped the Bat-team the last time they fought.
Castle sat in the car watching the Batfamily moving around. They weren't trying to hide. In fact they wanted the Yautja to come get them. Batman and several others were not visible anymore.
Batman stood in the middle of the alleyway when Batwoman approached him. "Hey Bruce. I'm back."
Bruce smiled. "It's good to see you."
Then a faint hum in the air could be heard and they watched as a Yautja de-cloaked in front of them. He stood there staring, looking at them.
The two predators began to circle them slowly. Watching, waiting, studying the two heroes.
The male looked at Batman first before turning his gaze to Batwoman. He looked her up and down, and even walked up to her. He stood at the same height and had to look down at her.
He reached out a hand gently grabbed her chin, and tilted her head up.
"What are we going to do, Batman." Bette Kane asked .
"We're trying to see if we can move them. How fast they are. Learn more about them."
"They've got us trapped in this alleyway." Batwoman said, with a hint of fear, but she had a high threshold."
"They are checking us out right now. Trying to determine out threat level." Batman informed her.
"I don't like the way the big male is looking at me" Batwoman told Batman.
The male predator was still holding her chin in his hand. He leaned his head a little closer to her. He pulled her closer while studying her. He sniffed her.
To their surprise the Yautjas moved out of the alleyway and into the street. They didn't expect to be spared.
"Why did this happen, how did we get that lucky." Batwoman asked.
"Because they had us trapped. They are warriors of honor. We are not the toughest current challenge for the Yautja. Somebody among us presents a different or tougher challenge." Batman explained.
Batwoman nodded, but was disturbed that the male seemed almost fascinated by her."I'm glad they left us alone." Batwoman said her voice still shaking.
"We don't know what they are going to do yet." Batman said. "Stay aware."
"Of course." Batwoman agreed. "I hope all of the others are alright."
"Don't worry about them , keep your eyes peeled." Batman warned.
Matt Murdock saw the Yautja from his position in the car. The creature looked like something out of a nightmare. The Yautja were deadly efficient killers, their sleek muscular build made them fast, but they were incredibly strong. Their slender muscles were condensed and strong. They were able to lift several thousand pounds.
"Do you see that?" Murdock asked.
Frank scanned the area where he saw the creature with his own eyes. "What in the fuck is that thing?"
"That's the thing they told us about doing battle with." Murdock replied.
The Yautja stood in the middle of the street, scanning the area. Then it suddenly took off at top speed. It was as fast as lightning. They were both in shock.
"Damn. They are fast." Castle said.
"Very fast. It was like they disappeared." Murdock replied.
"Yeah, it got away from us. That thing is hard to catch." Castle said.
A block away Batman and Batwoman were still in the alleyway.
"Did you see that?" Batwoman asked.
Batwoman could tell that he was angry, as his jaw was clenched. "You're mad they're so quick."
"They are fast, but they are more than that." Batman said. "They know Gotham as well as we do."
Batwoman nodded in agreement. "Yeah, I have to agree with you there. The way they move it's like they know the alleys as well as we do."
"How though? They're fast and stronger than us." Batwoman said with some skepticism.
That was part of the issue, the Yautja had the edge on them on Gotham turf. "That's why we need to change things up."
"We have to use the shadows to our advantage." Batman said. "If we go up against them head on, they will take us down."
"I'm not stupid enough to go against them head on." Batwoman said, a little offended that he would think she would be that dumb.
Nightwing and Red Hood were in a firefight with the hunters.
The Yautja Hunters were proficient and skilled killers, but Red Hood was unloading on them.
The Yautja had taken cover, but were still getting peppered by Red Hood's guns.
Nightwing was waiting, watching for an opening. He was looking to see how he could use it to attack.
Red Hood was firing into their cover, but the Yautja hunters fired back.
Nightwing watched and waited. Then he saw an opening.
Nightwing attacked one of the hunters with a flying kick, while Red Hood continued his barrage.
The Yautja that Nightwing kicked was stunned, but recovered quickly and grabbed him in a chokehold.
The was no time to waste. The others would be coming back and they didn't know when.
The hunter held Nightwing in a chokehold until he passed out. The hunter held him up like a ragdoll, looking around for the others. It was time to take his trophy. The team saw that Nightwing was in serious trouble.
Batgirl, who was not too far away from the conflict, and was rushing to get to her position, but she saw Nightwing
"Nightwing. " She yelled from where she stood as she saw him held in the air. The deciding blow appeared to be coming.
There's no doubt that the finishing maneuver was going to be coming, however it wouldn't happen. An arrow from Nightwolf sank deep into his chest. The Yautja dropped Nightwing to the ground.
Nightwing dropped to the ground, falling hard. Batgirl was now moving towards his lifeless form. She rushed to his side, and knelt next to him. She felt for a pulse.
Batwoman and Batman were on the next block and being outsmarted by the Yautja. They'd mapped the city's street. Knew the power levels for each person they'd ran a profiling program. The hero, resident, and even animals would be analyzed and ranked by threat level.
They had already taken out some of the heroes and villains. They were in the process of collecting the trophies from their recent kills.
As they finished their work, a new figure dropped down in front of them. Alpha-One was standing in front of the Yautja. "You're not getting away with this." Alpha-One said.
There was a noticeable change in the excitement level in the Yautja upon Alpha-One's arrival. This was the strongest entity of everyone who had been scanned. Two more hunters, with their spears in hand, were charging for Alpha-One. This was the fight that they had wanted since the battle on the rooftops.
The hunters were stunned by his indestructible nature, even their blades shattered on contact with him, and there was no way to keep him down. Alpha-One's speed and strength alone were the most impressive part. He moved like a blur from one hunter to the other, punching them with a force much stronger than any creature this side of Krypton.
His quickness and power were almost supernatural. His body seemed to be able to heal instantly. The Yautja kept attacking, hoping to find his limitations, but could not. The battle lasted for a while before the two hunters went down. Alpha One stood above their limp, unconscious bodies with an exhausted breathing.
"That was a nice little warmup." Alpha-One said, he could feel the adrenaline still surging through his veins.
Alpha-One sarcastically called the intense battle a warm-up, but he didn't know how true that was. The Yautja were about to unleash a wave of hell on these alleged heroes. Alpha-One had moved in to help with an unconscious Nightwing.
Batgirl was working hard to get Nightwing's heart to start again, and was making progress when, Alpha-One landed then a loud explosion rattled the city. Batgirl and the others looked up.
The sound appeared to have come from the next block.
The Yautja knew they were going to be up against aliens and even other beings that weren't human.
In the future they used what's known as the "Gather Intel on Opponent Program" (G.I.O.P.) which was part of their overall strategy program.
They were aware of the weaknesses of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman.
The G.I.O.P. program had analyzed every part of the human and non-human heroes, villains, and other entities.
They knew the strengths and weakness of each of them. That G.I.O.P. program was being utilized right now to give them an advantage.
The Predators of the Yautja's future are not unbeatable, but they were one step away from that. They're intergalactic beings who had defeated incredibly difficult opponents.
The Mighty Yautja Warriors of the Shadowed Lands. The Pinnacle: was a Starship of the Yautja in 2207. The Pinnacle was the size of Earth's moon.
The starship has a cloaking ability that allows them to bring the Pinnacle undetected right next to the planet or starship they're in conflict with.
Superman was the most powerful being on the planet earth. Even the Justice League and their allies feared his power, but the Yautja knew that he had one weakness. Superman was vulnerable to kryptonite.
That would be their first plan of attack. The Yautja were closer to conquering Metropolis than they were Gotham City.
The loud crash could be heard down an isolated road and Alpha-One turned to investigate it. Were these Yautja warriors willing to blow up a city of innocent people? No, it just wasn't what they were designed to do. They were noble warriors of honor. Constantly evolving and improving their knowledge of combat.

When Frank Castle and Matt Murdock saw a
In the end it doesn't even matter.
"Stay up here. I'll go check this out." Batman said to Batwoman.
Batwoman was stunned for a second, trying to process the selfie. "Sure. Be careful."
"You know me. I'll be back." Batman replied, before leaping off the building and making his way toward the Yautja.
Batman perched on a rooftop when he heard a deep, bone-chilling howl a few blocks away. He saw several of the Yautja walking into the main part of town, and then it struck him they were hunting, and they were tracking someone specific.
There were people running around and away from the Predators and Red Hood who was now being backed up by Frank Castle. Between the two blocks was the ancient Native American Indian, Nightwolf.
He had no problem with the Justice Warriors of Earth, and their defending the land of Gotham City . They weren't in his way, and they were not powerful entities to cause any concern. With his Tomahawk in hand and a powerful source of energy flowing through his body, Nightwolf, was tracking the Yautjas covering the two city blocks.
They were stealthy bastards, but he was more so. Nightwolf was able to keep an eye on them thanks to his enhanced senses. He was watching them from the shadows trying to figure out their next move.
The group of Yautja were getting ready to hunt and their tracking was becoming more precise with each passing moment. Their hunting spears were armed, and their cloaking devices were on. They were getting closer to something.
Nightwolf was following them trying to find out who they were hunting for. That's when he heard a loud bang that resembled some sort of car running into something. The Yautja quickly picked up the scent of the disturbance.
They ran down the block, and Nightwolf was behind them, but he was careful to stay in the shadows and to remain unseen. They suddenly jumped on a building and moved along the rooftop. This was a more cautious move, and they were looking down below.
They were clearly looking for something.
They ran down the block, and Nightwolf was behind them, but he was careful to stay in the shadows and to remain unseen.
They suddenly jumped on a building and moved along the rooftop. This was a more cautious move, and they were looking down below. They were clearly looking for something.
They immediately turned their attention to the source of the impact. The night was getting even quieter, and the Yautja were getting even more excited at the sounds of the nearby commotion. They quickly headed towards the sound.
The Predators were preparing to go hunting, and they were searching for something, that something was was Alpha-One. They were anxious and excited from the anticipation of the impending fight. The Yautja were prepared to increase the volume and intensity in the coming showdown. They were hoping that the Mighty Alpha-One planned on fighting them as he'd been previously.
They scanned the area and it was difficult to detect him, even more difficult to find him. The Yautja knew he was there, they had sensed him before at the old theater. It was strange that he was not here already this time. The Yautja wanted him to arrive, and this seemed odd to them. The powerful entity was not here.
The Predators were preparing to go hunting, and they were searching for something, that something was Alpha-One. They were anxious and excited from the anticipation of the impending fight. The Yautja were prepared to increase the volume and intensity in the coming showdown. They were hoping that the Mighty Alpha-One planned on fighting them as he'd been previously.
They had to be patient. All they could do was to hide and wait. The night was getting longer, and the hunters just had to wait. They were anxious, waiting for the next few hours. The Yautja had expected a challenge with the strong opponent, but time was passing and he still hadn't made an appearance.
Red Hood had been in an intense shootout, and Frank Castle backed Red Hood. It threw the Yautja off its game. They're deadly when they can singlehandedly lock into one target. There's just about nobody who wouldn't lose or have extremely difficult waters to navigate. The stand both of them took made the Predator back off. That's a huge accomplishment against the Yautjas.
"Are you alright, Red Hood?"
"Yes Frank...I didn't take much in return from that fight."
Matt Murdock joined the two of them, but not as Murdock, he was Daredevil. "Do we know which way Alpha-One went?"
"No, we don't have a damn thing. However, he's going to come back and fight. That's going to be my opportunity to get him." Frank said.
Red Hood laughed at that..."you're going to grab him?"
"What? So he's strong. I get it." Castle said.
"Strong...you think he's just strong?" Red Hood asked. "You're gonna be grabbing, Superman, Zod, or any other Kryptonian.
Batman was on his way back toward the western block. Batwoman was still back on the southern side of the block. The youngest Huner was a Predator name Zolax, the son of Kril. Being the son of a legendary hunter, that was a tough act to follow, but Zol could get locked into the Dark Knight, perhaps this fight with Batman could be the respect amongst his team.
Zolax had been tracking Batman's movements with his advanced technology, he had a strong desire to prove his worth to his team and to follow in his father's footsteps.
He had the desire and passion to prove he was a worthy hunter himself. It was his chance to achieve the respect and admiration of his team members.
He was the son of a legendary hunter and had the pressure to meet the expectations that came with this legacy and wanted to make everyone proud. Being the son of Kril, also known as Scar, the greatest Warrior Predator in the Predator clan.
He had the chance to fulfill his own destiny and make a name for himself. Zolax was determined to succeed in hunting Batman. He was the son of the greatest Predator of the Predator clan, the son of the Predator known as Krul, Scar.
He was determined to prove he was a worthy son, and to show that he was as skilled as his father. He was eager to prove that he was a great hunter and to show everyone that he was able to live up to the legacy of his father.
He was waiting in the shadows, studying every move of the Bat, until he had his chance. He knew that his father was watching him, and he knew what was expected of him. He was ready to prove that he was a worthy successor to his father's legacy.
Batman was nearby, and Zolax was ready to engage him. He had been patient, and he had been stealthy. He was waiting for the right moment to strike, and he was prepared to do whatever it took to take down the Dark Knight.
Zolax could see the Dark Knight making his way through the block, and he knew that the time to attack had come. He was ready to engage with the legendary hero, and believed that he would be victorious. The young Yautja had placed some of the best scores they'd ever seen in testing.
He began to follow the Bat, slowly and silently, like a cat stalking a mouse. He was patient and careful, biding his time and waiting for the right moment to strike. Finally, he saw his chance.
Batman had come to the intersection where Goodyear Tires of Gotham City, across from storage units, as well as the U-Haul truck rental. Zol had moved across the rooftops following Batman.
The Bat had stopped for a moment, and Zolax seized the opportunity. He lunged out of hiding, aiming his hunting spear towards the Bat, and fired.
The Bat had stopped for a moment, and Zolax seized the opportunity. He lunged out of hiding, aiming his hunting spear towards the Bat, and fired. The hunting spear soared through the air, aimed directly at its target. Zolax watched as it flew towards its target with a sense of thrill.
He held his breath, his eyes fixed on the spear. He was waiting for the satisfying sound of the spear hitting its target, and for the Bat to drop.
The Bat had seen the attack coming, and dodged effortlessly to the side, barely avoiding the spear. Zolax's eyes widened in surprise. He had not expected the Bat to be so quick and agile.
He had expected the legendary hero to be an easy prey, easy to take down. He had underestimated the Bat, and he had failed to hit him. However, Zolax was not one to give up easily.
He knew that he had a job to do, and he was determined to do it. He quickly re-calibrated his spear and aimed it at the Bat once more.
However, Zolax was not one to give up easily. He knew that he had a job to do, and he was determined to do it. He quickly re-calibrated his spear and aimed it at the Bat once more.
He fired, hoping that this time his aim would be true. He watch with anticipation, waiting for the spear to find its mark.
The Bat dodged once more, and the spear narrowly missed him again. He was starting to get annoyed, he was surprised and disappointed that the Bat was avoiding his attacks, he had been expecting the fight to be easier.
Zolax knew that he was not going to win this fight if he just stood in one place and shot at the Bat with his hunting spear. He was going to have to get up close and personal.
Batman had been a name that drew interest among the Yautja. Zolax wanted badly to beat one of Earth's best warriors. To show Scar, Krul, and Plex.
Zolax had started to encircle the Bat, trying to get closer to him. He was using his advanced skills and technology to his advantage, darting in and out of shadows and keeping the Bat guessing.
Batman immediately noticed that the Yautja didn't want to fight from a distance. Under normal circumstances, that's exactly what Batman would make him do, but this time Batman thought his odds were better inside. He had mid and short range weapons for combat.
Zolax was scanning Batman. The information was being filtered into the database. Batman didn't know the Yautja knew, what weapons Batman had on him, knew where his injured places were, but he could also detect fear. Surprisingly, Batman wasn't afraid. They were always afraid. What made the Bat so fearless? Zolax had to know.
Zolax was intrigued by Batman's lack of fear. Most prey were scared of him and his kind, but the Bat was different. He seemed fearless, and that puzzled him. He had never encountered a prey who was not afraid of him before.
The Predator removed a sword from a sheathing. The odd shaped blade had purposes for its odd design. Most of the hooked edges were for dismembering its victim. It could be used like an axe.
This curiosity fueled Zolax's desire to fight the Bat even more. He wanted to see what made this hero tick, to figure out what made him so fearless. He was determined to find out.
Zolax wielded the sword with confidence and skill, clearly comfortable with the weapon. He was ready to use it to its full potential against the Bat.
Batman noticed the sword and took his stance accordingly. He was ready to fight the Predator, and he was determined to win this battle. He was skilled and practiced, and he was not going to be intimidated by the sword, no matter how sharp and lethal it was.
Zolax advanced on the Bat, sword in hand, moving with grace and precision. He was confident in his abilities, and he was eager to test his skills against the legendary hero.
He launched a series of lightening quick attacks, his sword moving so fast that it was almost a blur. He was trying to overwhelm the Bat with his speed and skill, and to catch him off guard with his unexpected moves.
Batman, however, was ready for the attack. He dodged and weaved, avoiding the sword's strikes with practiced ease. He was using his own agility and experience to counter the Predator's moves.
His years as a hero had taught him how to handle dangerous opponents, and he was using every move he possessed to stay ahead of the Predator's sword. The fight between the two was fast and furious, with the Bat and the Predator matching each other blow for blow.
Zolax was beginning to grow frustrated. The Bat was faster and more agile than he had expected. He was dodging Zolax's attacks with ease, and was countering his moves with his own quick strikes.
The best was coming out in both fighters. The Yautja expected nothing less. Batman hadn't been sure, but his confidence grew upon the success he found. He knew that the creature was not done, didn't appear he was winded or tired, and it was trying to intensify the attack.
He was not used to being out-maneuvered in a fight, and the Bat was clearly a skilled and formidable opponent. He needed to try something different if he wanted to win this fight.
Batman could sense the increased intensity in the Yautja's attacks, and he knew that the creature was far from done. It didn't appear to be tiring or getting winded, and it was clear that it was only getting more determined to defeat him. The Bat knew that he could not let his guard down or underestimate the Predator's abilities.
He continued to dodge and deflect the Yautja's attacks, his years of experience and training helping him to anticipate the creature's movements.
Despite the Predator's size and strength, the Bat was able to keep pace with it, evading its strikes and countering with his own attacks. The more he fought, the more he began to relish the challenge.
It was a welcome change to be fighting an opponent who was truly a match for him in strength and skill. He found himself enjoying the fight for the thrill of it, and for the opportunity to test his abilities against a worthy adversary.
Nightwolf watched Batman doing surprisingly better than anyone could've ever expected. Just when it appeared that the Yautja was in control, Batman would turn it around. Not allowing the creature's confidence grow. Nightwolf unsure how he would approach with assistance.
They continued to compete with both men making the most of the opportunities. The intensity of the fight was something that shocked those observing onlookers. Zolax wanted to use his strength advantage over Batman, but the Caped Crusader wasn't about to allow him to use his advantage.
Despite the difference in strength, Batman was able to use his agility and skill to keep the Predator at bay. He was avoiding the Predator's stronger blows and using his speed to counterattack, never letting the creature gain an advantage.
The atmosphere surrounding the fight had shifted. A crowd had gathered, drawn to the battle between two great warriors. At first, they had expected Batman to be quickly outmatched by the Predator, but the Dark Knight was putting up a far better fight than anyone had anticipated.
They had expected him to be easily overpowered by the Predator, but he was holding his own with skill and cunning. They began to cheer him on, impressed by his bravery and his fighting prowess.
The atmosphere surrounding the fight had shifted. A crowd had gathered, drawn to the battle between two great warriors. At first, they had expected the Bat to be quickly outmatched by the Predator, but the hero was putting up a far better fight than anyone had anticipated.
The onlookers gasped as the Bat dodged yet another blow from the Predator, his swift movements and precise strikes keeping the creature on its toes. It was clear that the hero was not going to go down without a fight.
The fight continued, each warrior searching for an advantage. The Predator was becoming more aggressive, trying to use its greater strength to overwhelm the Bat, but Batman was quick and agile, using his skill and experience to avoid the creature's attacks and counter with his own.
The battle was becoming increasingly intense, with the Bat and the Predator trading blows and counters with lightning speed. The onlookers were on the edge of their seats, completely captivated by the spectacle.
The Bat, however, was staying focused and calm, his years of training and experience allowing him to remain composed even in the heat of battle.
He was keeping up with the Predator's strength and speed with his agility and skill, matching the creature move for move. The fight was reaching its climax, with both warriors giving their all.
The Predator was starting to show signs of frustration and fatigue, while the Bat was growing more confident. It was almost as if Batman knew he was about to win.

The Mighty Alpha-One, he watched the scene unfold below. What if I just fly away? He thought about it. The Yautja would likely defeat Batman and the team.
That would include Barbara...and he cared about her, but going down there would bring everything out into the open. Once his crimes were completely exposed, would Barbara still want to be with him? The moments like those are what made the other guys heroes.
Alpha-One considered the consequences of making a stand. The man he told Batman that he wanted to be, that man goes down like a real hero.
Instincts were telling Alpha-One that he didn't owe these people anything. He didn't have to be the kind of man that he told Batman he wanted to be. Despite the fact that he did.
"Fuck it...let's do this." He flew down to the streets below.
The Yautja immediately noticed that it was him. Kilv was the Predator that was the first to see Alpha-One, and he took the challenge on, he moved in carefully, while he he was analyzing his attack. The Predators made a move toward Alpha-One, but he pulled back with it, and Alpha-One responded to the fake.
The Mighty Alpha One took a massive shot from the Yautja. The blades on his hands would have killed most men, but this wasn't most men. This was the Alpha-One.
"You've come to fight, huh?" He said to the Yautjas.
The Predator watched him get up and without visible damage. Completely unfazed by the Predator's best shot. Kilv moved in on the evil super powered entity that disgused himself as a human. The Alpha-One was not like these weak humans. He was a worthy challenge for Predator.
"Come on you ugly fucker." Alpha-One taunted.
Daredevil joined Frank Castle, who had been watching as the battle escalated. It was evolving into a challenge for survival.
"This might be our best shot at taking down, Alpha-One." Daredevil said. "The Predator had his attention."
Frank looked at him as if him blankly. "Keep watching, Daredevil." He laughed.
The Mighty power of Alpha-One was starting to get the best of Kilv.
Things weren't going on so well for Batman, but he was more than holding his own, and was making the Yautjas fight hard. The stamina of the creature was unbelievable. Batman thought it must be limitless, as he could feel fatigue and muscle soreness setting in.
Daredevil was listening to the sounds of the battle, his heightened senses allowing him to track the movements of both Batman and Alpha-One. He was impressed by the superhuman strength that Alpha-One had, but he wondered how long he could hold up against the Yautja.
Meanwhile, Frank Castle was watching the fighting intently. He knew that Batman and Alpha-One were both outnumbered and outgunned, but he also knew that they were both capable of taking on incredible odds.
"Yeah, I think I understand that point that you were making." Daredevil told Castle.
"The only way we're gonna take him is if he wants to go." Frank Castle laughed. Still trying to decide if there was any possible way. Something like a weakness or opening.
Daredevil was getting a little bit irritated at Frank Castle's lack of commitment. "What do you mean if he wants to go?"
Frank could not believe that his partner didn't see this man's abilities. "The damn guy is like another version of Superman."
Daredevil shook his head in agreement. "Yeah, he is pretty damn powerful, but he's not invincible."
Daredevil knew that the Punisher wasn't one to underestimate his opponents. "What about his weaknesses?" he asked.
"Maybe...I've been watching for anything, but so far he's pretty much invulnerable." The Punisher replied.
Daredevil was growing more and more concerned. "There has to be a weak spot somewhere." he said, listening intently to the sounds of the battle.
"He has not shown weakness of any kind yet." Frank answered with his eyes on the fight.
"Not finding one yet." Frank responded looking over to Daredevil.
"He seems too in control, he's taking hits without really flinching. It's not human." Daredevil said.
"Yeah...I know." Frank agreed.
Daredevil was starting to get a little nervous about their chances. "What do we do?" he asked, turning to Frank for advice.
"We wait...buy some time, see how he fares in the battle he's currently in."
Daredevil nodded, reluctantly agreeing to wait and see. "I hope you're right." he said, turning back to the battle.
Alpha-One slung the Yautja into a brick building, and with enough force to have killed him. Kilv lay on the sidewalk and not moving. Crev and Tiev moved in on Alpha-One. "What in the fuck." He said, as he saw them both coming for him.
The Predators upped the ante. Alpha-One was pissed. "To hell with you." His voice was one of anger and misery. The Predators continued to approach the target. He was trying to figure out how to handle the two of them. He flew low to the ground and right at Crev.
Crev dodged the flying attack with lightning fast reflexes, moving out of the way just in time. Tiev followed suit, both Predators moving in unison to avoid Alpha-One's assault.
Alpha-One was starting to get frustrated. The Predators were extremely fast and agile, making it difficult for him to land a hit on them. He tried to fly at Tiev next, but Tiev was just as quick to dodge his attack.
The two Predators began to toy with Alpha-One, taunting him and making it even more difficult for him to land a blow. They were skilled fighters, and they knew exactly how to manipulate him.
Alpha-One was getting angry, but he was also getting tired. The Predators were relentless, and they seemed to have an endless supply of energy. He was starting to lose his composure, and he could feel himself getting sloppy.
Crev was taking advantage of Alpha-One's anger and frustration. He moved in quickly, striking him with a series of brutal blows. Vicious shots that would have killed most anyone.
Alpha-One grunted in pain as Crev's attacks landed. He was getting hurt, and fast. He tried to counterattack, but Tiev was right there, blocking his every move. The fresh unaffected Predator was becoming too difficult for Alpha-One to get the best of. He could continue on and be beaten, or he could fly away.
The Predators knew how to attack in groups and squads, but they were all about the match up, and code of honor was about leveling up the playing field. One Yautja had twice lost to Alpha-One, which indicated they needed a two on one advantage on the super hero. Alpha-One decided to retreat. He flew up to the top of a near by building. To stay there fighting was a definite beating. Alpha-One saw no reason for that. He coud retreat and recover, and then apply a deadly attack.
Batman had fallen weak from fatigue. But Nightwolf moved in to help him, but the Yautja knew that was the plan when Batman couldn't go anymore. Nightwolf charged the Predator with his Tomahawk in hand. The Yautja set the portal and jumped out of the way.
Batman watched as they manipulated Nightwolf. They tricked him into jumping through a transfer portal. He disappeared from sight. Batman needed a break, but he'd be forced to fight again. The Yautjas were coming after him. Batwoman had rushed to the aid of Batman, but she knew she was no Batman, and she was not going to beat a Predator.
"Oh shit, Bats...they're coming back. They're coming after us." Batwoman said.
Batgirl didn't see Frank Castle, but he opened up on the Predators with his machine gun. His twin .45s were coming after he emptied his clip in the machine gun. Many of the rounds ricocheted off the armor of the Yautjas, but some of the shots got through. Castle knew that something had hit.
Neon green blood splattered everywhere around the Predator coming at Batgirl was bady injured and looking for cover.
Frank was out of sight in the shadows, waiting for an opportunity to take another shot at the Yautjas. He watched as Batgirl kept her guard up. He was watching her with admiration.
Batwoman and Red Hood were handling the protection of Batman. Nightwing and Daredevil were still fighting off the Predators, but they were not faring very well.
The fight was faring poorly for the heroes, and the Yautjas were getting the best of them. Batman knew that they needed to do something to change the tide of the battle.
The Yautjas were starting to overwhelm the heroes. Their strength and weaponry were too much for the heroes to handle. Batman was growing concerned, knowing that they couldn't keep this up much longer.
Batman thought about what to do. "We can't continue like this." He said aloud so the others could hear.
Batwoman, Red Hood, and Nightwing heard him, but Daredevil was still preoccupied with the Yautja he was fighting at the moment.
Batman looked over to Batwoman, Red Hood, and Nightwing. "We need to regroup." He said. "We can't keep fighting them alone. We need to regroup and figure out a plan."
They all nodded in agreement. They were getting tired, and the Yautjas were not slowing down.
"What do we do?" Red Hood asked.
"We need to retreat." Batman said. "We can't keep fighting like this."
"Where do we go?" Batwoman inquired.
"We need to find a safe place to regroup and strategize." Batman responded. "We need to think of something or we're going to be wiped out."
"I know where we can go." Red Hood said. "It's not the Bat-Cave, but it will work for now."
"Do you think it will be safe enough for us?" Batwoman asked. "We don't want the Yautjas coming after us."
The truth was he didn't know if they'd be safe. "It's the best place we can go. It'll work for now." Red Hood reassured her.
"I trust your judgement." Batman said. "Lead the way."
Red Hood nodded and led the group through the city streets, heading towards their new temporary safety. They were cautious and wary, constantly looking over their shoulders for any sign of the Yautjas following them.
They moved quickly and quietly, trying not to attract any attention. The city streets were empty, and the air was thick with tension.
Red Hood led the group through the dark and deserted streets, carefully sticking to the shadows to avoid being seen. The group was on high alert, keeping a watchful eye out for any sign of the Yautjas or anyone else who might be watching them.
They moved with caution, their footsteps soft and their breathing shallow. The city was eerily quiet, save for the occasional sound of a car passing by or a stray cat running across the rooftops.
The team ended up at Harley Quinn's hideout. Red Hood led them into the tunnels that took them into the underground. Moments later Harley and Alfred entered the underground hideout. The team gathered around each other.
Then they huddled together around Batman as he sat down at the table. "We are not going to beat these Predators heads up."
"What are we going to do? " Nightwing asked.
"I hate to be the bearer of bad news." Alfred said. "Superman is not going to be here, because Metropolis is facing the same fate. The Yautjas have taken over there too."
Daredevil and the Punisher had not joined the team. Batman noticed that the two of them were not present.
"There is no Alpha-One, Murdock and Castle. Does anyone know what happened with that?"
"They'rafter Alpha-One, and he's probably avoiding them." Nightwing said.
"I don't suppose that it matters much. Those of you in this room, the Bat-family, the Bat-team, we've got each other to depend on."
After the heroes left the street, the Yautjas did too. They were not gone, they were not leaving. The Bat-team knew that whatever their intentions were upon coming to Gotham City, hadn't been accomplished by the Predators.
"This is an all hands on deck situation. It may just be me, but the number of those bastards seems to be multiplying."
The Yautjas awaited the next conflict.

The coast was clear. The team separated to call upon allies that might be available to help.
There were several calls for guys already helping Superman defend.
Jim Gordon's secretary called Batman's office. "You have a couple of guys down here that want to see you. One Marc Spector and Peter Parker."
Batman was surprised to hear that Moon Knight and Spider-Man had arrived. "Send them in." He told Gordon.
Peter Parker and Spector entered the Bat-office.
Batman greeted them as they walked in. "I wasn't expecting you to be here." He shook Parker's hand first, and then Spector's.
"Jason and Dick said that you could use a little help." Peter said.
"We can use all the help we can get." Batman replied, leading them further into the conference room.
"The Yautjas or Predators, yeah...I've encountered them once, but not in the numbers they've come here in." Peter Parker said.
"They're not easy to fight." Spector added. "They're ruthless, they're strong, and they've got powerful weapons."
"That's absolutely the truth." Batman replied.
"I have something to show you, Batman." Spector said. "Come on in with him, Mr. Gordon.
"What have you done?" Batman chuckled.
"Hopefully, I have helped out, but I don't know for sure. I mean if we ever really did." Spector said.
About that time the door opened and they walked in. Jim Gordon and Bane.
"What's going on with this?" Batman asked. "It looks like Bane to me."
"It should Batman, because it's me." Bane said. "I've come to fight the good fight, " he chuckled.
Batman was still blown away by the appearance of Bane. He looked better than he had prior to being killed. Was this the same Bane that he'd been? Batman ironically didn't see either of those two in this version of Bane, but if he was going to help, and he apparently was willing.
"You sure don't look like yourself anymore, Bane." Batman said, still eyeing him skeptically.
"Looks can be deceiving, Batman." Bane said, walking closer to him. "I've come to help, don't worry."
Batman looked at Bane. "Well...then let's see if we can devise a plan for success."
They sat down at the conference table. Batman shared the information they'd obtained so far. Nightwing entered a little late. "Sorry, I'm running a little behind. I didn't mean to interrupt."
"Glad you've joined us. I have been explaining the details with them. Now that we are all up to speed, we can move on to strategies and weapons.
Batwoman and Red Hood met up on the outside of the city hall and they kissed each other.
"I'm so glad that you came back, and that we hit it off. Expressing our feelings." Red Hood said, as he continued to move down her neck.
Batwoman and Red Hood kissed deeply and kept the passion going.
Red Hood gently bit her neck, trying to make her even more excited. "You're absolutely incredible." He whispered into her ear.
Batwoman smiled and shivered as she felt his hot breath on her ear. "You're not so bad yourself." She replied, running her fingers through his hair.
Red Hood moved his hands down her sides and pulled her close to him, their bodies pressed against each other.
Red Hood let out a deep groan as Batwoman nipped at his earlobe. "You drive me crazy too." He said, his voice low and rough with desire. He wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her even closer to him. "I can't get enough of you." Batwoman's mind was spinning with desire, and her heart was racing. "Good, because I can't get enough of you either."
She pulled him into a deep, passionate kiss, her hands roaming over his body. "I want more." She said, tugging at his shirt.
Red Hood chuckled and let her pull his shirt off, revealing his muscular chest. "Patience, my love." He said, still kissing her neck.
He ran his hands down her sides, gripping her hips tight.
Batwoman shivered at his touch, her body responding to him with a wave of heat. "I'm not sure I can be patient right now." She said, kissing his collarbone.
Harley watched as Red Hood and Batwoman moved away from the group and towards the tunnel, holding hands. She felt a pang of jealousy, guilt, and anger, in her chest as she watched them walk off together.
"Come on Harley, you can do better than him. He's a troubled soul." Batgirl said.
Harley Quinn continued watching Jason kiss Bette. The betrayal from her boyfriend. She was mad enough to say something or cause a scene, but she didn't, because she knew that she hadn't been a very good girlfriend to him.
Harley knew that she had cheated on him numerous times, and she had also been verbally abusive to him.
Harley flinched at his touch, jerking her head away as a shudder ran through her. She didn't trust herself to speak, fearful that her voice would crack with emotion. Instead, she just shook her head mutely, unable to tear her eyes away from Red Hood and Batwoman's passionate embrace.
As she stood there, she couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt. She knew she had been a bad girlfriend and that she had no right to be angry at him.
Harley watched as Red Hood kissed Batwoman. She felt a mix of emotions. Tears rolled from her eyes and down her cheek.
She was hurt, jealous, and upset, but she also knew that she had no right to feel that way. Seeing Red Hood with another woman made her heart ache, but she couldn't blame him. She had pushed him away with her infidelity and her abusive behavior.
As Red Hood and Batwoman continued to kiss, Harley felt a sense of regret and remorse wash over her. She knew she had messed up, and there was nothing she could do to fix it.
The Mighty Alpha-One flew across the rooftops. He was pissed off, because the Predators made him retreate. He was not happy with his performance, but he would get another shot. These Yautjas hadn't seen the best he had yet.
They were formidable opposition. They were talented warriors created for combat and warfare, but Alpha-One knew they could be beaten. They were in for a difficult fight, but he really needed to get Daredevil and The Punisher off his back.
Alpha-One wanted to see Batgirl, and she was waiting outside the alleyway on the chance that he might come look for her. She knew that he was alright following the battle, however, she wanted to feel his embrace and his lips on her's. Batgirl knew that she was falling for him...no, she already had fallen.
Frank Castle was posted up watching her. He had been since she was talking to Harley Quinn. His partner was meeting with Batman, Pete Parker, Bane, and Nightwing. They were all going to meet prior to the main battle meeting.
"In all reality, do you think think that we've got a chance?" Grayson asked Bruce.
He looked at his boy. "I certainly hope so...I'm not so sure that we've seen everything that they're capable of, and that's what it hinges on."
"They haven't seen our best, or all that we can do." Nightwing added.
"No, son...they haven't seen all we can bring into the fight, and it's about time that we break out some of our best weapons." Bruce grinned.
Bane nodded. "I agree, the Yautjas have been impressive thus far. They are skilled fighters and extremely dangerous. But I believe we can take them down." Bane cracked his knuckles, waiting for the opportunity to take on one of the powerful aliens.
Nightwing nodded in agreement. "Bane is right. We have to play to our strengths.
"Yes, and we'll have to move fast." Bruce said, his mind was racing, trying to come up with a plan of attack.
Pete Parker chimed in. "I'm with you guys. Those things are fast and pretty strong. It's going to take all of our skills to bring them down."
"We need to work together and stay focused." Bane said, his deep voice was stern.
"Bane has a point. We can't underestimate these creatures. They are smart and incredibly dangerous." Bruce added.
Nightwing nodded in agreement. "We have to use our skills to our advantage and fight smarter, not harder."
"That's exactly right." Bruce replied. "We need to find their weaknesses, and exploit them whenever possible."
Peter Parker nodded. "And we need to stay coordinated, and work together as a team. We can't afford to let them divide and conquer us."
"We need to weapon up too. Have some serious firepower. We've been out gunned every time. We've been lucky to do as good as we have. Based on them having all the advantages and I was given them some of our own." Nightwing explained.
"Nightwing's right. We need to use whatever weapons we have available to us. We can't afford to be at a disadvantage every time we fight them." Bane said.
Bruce nodded in agreement. "That's true, but we have to be smart about it. We can't just go in guns blazing and expect to come out on top. We need to use our brains and our skills to their fullest potential."
Batman looked over the team he had before him. "If we are going to do this, who can tell me our first move? Also what's their first move, do we know? Have we observed any patterns or repetitive moves?"
"That's right, but we also have to be ready for anything. These things are unpredictable, and we need to be prepared for whatever they throw at us." Peter Parker added.
"Alright, thanks Alfred. If we can stop them here...we will help them as soon as we can." Batman responded.
The meeting had officially been opened up.
"Alright...let's get this underway." Batman's voice powerful and full of desire. "Does anyone have an idea they want to bring forward?"
The team sat their as if thinking about possible or scenarios, but perhaps they had nothing. Batman had a few, but none were real solid, and could be dangerous. There just wasn't enough advantages over the Yautjas. They were absolute, and deadly efficient killers.
"Come on...let's hear what you got, anyone?" Batman encouraged.
There was a long silence in the meeting. None of the heroes had any ideas to suggest. They were all trying to come up with something, but nothing was coming to mind. Batman sighed, knowing that they were stuck.
Bane was the first to speak. "I may have an idea, but it isn't a great one." He said, his voice firm.
"It's not great, but it is something." Bane replied.
"My idea is simple. A good ol fashioned bait and switch." Bane said.
"Bait and switch? How so?" Nightwing asked.
"Bait and switch? How so?" Nightwing asked.
"I bait them into an attack, draw them out...and when they think they've got me, we switch." Bane explained.
"Bait them into an attack? And how do you plan on doing that?" Batwoman asked, crossing her arms.
Batman nodded, gesturing for Bane to continue.
Everyone in the room looked at Bane. They were all curious to hear what he had to say.
"What is it, Bane?" Batman asked, his eyebrow raised.
"When they see too many of us together they come out to do battle with us." Bane said. " It's not about if we can draw them out...we can, that's easy. It's more about whether we can get them where we want them."
"The problem is that they're incredibly smart. You saw the way the tricked Nightwolf into running into the portal?"
Everyone was nodding. They were all in agreement with that.
"Exactly. If they're smart, they'll see right through the bait." Batwoman said.
"They're smart, and they're strong. They won't go down easy." Batgirl replied.
"So, Bane's plan is to lure them out, and then switch?" Batman asked, his hand on his chin as he thought about it.
"Alright...they'll come out. Like Bane said, that's not going to be an issue, but what about when that occurs, where do we go with them?" Parker asked.
"Are we trying to corral them?" Batgirl questioned.
"We'd have them dead to rights. It'd be like shooting fish in a barrel." Frank Castle grinned.
"Hell...they'd follow us if we move toward the direction we need them to go." Bette Kane said.
Batman nodding,"but, where to move them?"
"First...we need it to contain them somehow. Secondly we need to be able to hide such containment from the others, and the third thing, and maybe most of all, keep them from shooting at us, bombing us, lazer beams etc." Peter Parker said.
"Perfect plan that will never work." Bane said. "We have no such holding device, there's no chance to create such a thing, and they're too smart for that to work very long."
"Listen...maybe it's the opposite of getting them together, sure you can kill them in bulk, one time, but to separate them from one another, they can not use teamwork on us that way...no backup, no aide." Harley Quinn said.
Everyone was listening to what Harley had to say. They were hearing her out and her words were making sense.
Batman nodded in agreement. "She has a point. If we can get them separate from each other, we have a better chance of taking them on."
"Play hide-and-go-seek with them." Harley nervously laughed.
"Hide and seek?" Red Hood asked, raising an eyebrow.
"You can go screw yourself, Red Hood the No Good." Harley snapped back.
Red Hood chuckled at Harley's response. "Feisty..." he said, a smirk playing on his lips.
"Can it you two...knock it off." Nightwing said, rolling his eyes.
Red Hood held up his hands in surrender. "Alright, alright...we're done."
Batman was shaking his head. "Come on, you do realize that these things will kill you.
"Yeah...we do." Red Hood said.
Bane was eyeing Harley Quinn. "She's not wrong though. If they're apart, then we can take them on individually."
"Yeah...I am sure that will be effective, but work complete." Murdock expressed.
"It's worth a try." Batman said, nodding in agreement.
"Yeah...it couldn't hurt to try something like that." Batwomam added.

Deathstroke was moving about the city. Unaware of the events that have occurred. The money in hand was payment. Why Cobblepot wanted him dead, Deathstroke didn't really care. The money was all there. So it was time for him to die.
Alpha-One saw Deathstroke. He hadn't seen him since he'd been in Gotham City. He knew that they were looking for him. He was already angered for having to retreat. He didn't know if Deathstroke was looking for him, but he was going to find out. Alpha-One soared down to the street below.
"Who are you looking for, killer?" Alpha-One asked.
Deathstroke noticed the man had flew from the sky. That immediately told him that he was probably not the better fighter. "I'm looking for a man named Frank Castle."
Alpha-One realized that this guy was looking to kill one of the men who was looking for him. He nodded his head. "Well...he's here in Gotham City.
"Is that so? He's here in Gotham?" Deathstroke asked, a sly chuckle escaped from him.
"Yeah." Alpha-One replied, eyeing the assassin.
"And can you point me in the right direction?" Deathstroke asked, still eyeing Alpha-One, sizing him up.
"Not in a million years." Alpha-One said bluntly.
"Oh...so you're going to be difficult about it?" Deathstroke said, his tone growing annoyed.
Alpha-One laughed at him. Are you getting mad?" Alpha-One asked, but didn't really care. "I got no dealings with you. I'm not going to start now. I told you all that you're getting outta me. Who are you, killer?"
Deathstroke clenched his jaw, his temper flaring. "I don't think I like your attitude." He said, his voice low and dangerous.
"Oh yeah...I already can tell you don't like my attitude. However, the best part for me is that you're not going to do anything about that. Why you ask? Because you can't." Alpha-One let the contract killer know where he stood.
"Oh yeah...I already can tell you don't like my attitude. However, the best part for me is that you're not going to do anything about it. Why you ask? Because you can't." Alpha-One let the contract killer know where he stood.
Deathstroke's hands moved closer to his guns. "You don't know who youre talking to..."
"Look don't try to channel your inner-Wyatt Earpp." Alpha-One said. "Because it doesn't end well for you."
Deathstroke's eyes narrowed at the mention of Wyatt Earp. "You have no idea what you're talking about."
"Oh, I don't?" Alpha-One said, his tone laced with sarcasm. "Well tough guy...you can try your luck against me, or you can just walk away."
"Oh, I don't?" Alpha-One said, his tone laced with sarcasm. "Well tough guy...you can try your luck against me, or you can just walk away."
Deathstroke was absolutely pissed by the disrespect from Alpha-One. This made him laugh despite not exactly being satisfied with everything going on. "There's nothing stopping you from doing what you want to do." Alpha-One said coldly.
Deathstroke let out a dark laugh. "You think you're that tough, huh? I've seen worse than you."
"I highly doubt that." Alpha-One said, a confident smile on his face.
"Alright. Let's see what you're made of then." Deathstroke replied, taking a few steps forward.
Alpha-One smiled, ready for a fight. "Bring it on."
Deathstroke let out a smirk as well. "You're going to regret this."
"We'll see about that." Alpha-One said, getting into a fighting stance.
Deathstroke was going to fight a man who not only had Superman type power and abilities. Alpha-One knew that this Rent-a-Killer had no chance.
Alpha-One needed to get Deathstroke out of his way, and get focused on the Yautjas.
"I've got news for you, buddy. I can take you anytime." Deathstroke replied, his tone confident.
"You don't believe that or you already would have." The Mighty Alpha-One warned.
"You don't stand a chance against me, but I'll show you since you don't believe me." Alpha-One said coldly. His voice laced with extreme confidence. Deathstroke chuckled. "Don't be so sure."
"You talk a big game. Let's see if you can back it up." Alpha-One said, his eyes hard on him. "Let's get started."
Deathstroke was already pulling out his two handguns. "Alright then. Let's do it."
Alpha-One smiled knowing that if these guns were the answer, and they were, he was about to find out who Alpha-One was.
"Are you sure, you're gonna shoot me?"
"You better believe it." Deathstroke replied.
"Oh okay...you do that. Then I will take your life." Alpha-One laughed.
Deathstroke didn't like the confidence. "You're pretty full of yourself, aren't you?"
"Yes, that's pure facts. If you were me you would too." Alpha-One informed him. "Now are you gonna shoot me? Or did you decide that today wasn't a good day to die?"
"You think you're that fast, huh?" Deathstroke said, still gripping his guns tightly.
Alpha-One laughed. "You would too. I'm telling you that it's not wise to find out."
Deathstroke chuckled, though it was masked in arrogance. "I'm pretty fast myself, pal."
Just then Matt Murdock picked up on the rage on two men face to face, and ready to fight.
"Hold on, you two, don't do this." Murdock shouted.
Peter Parker had been right beside Murdock, and if Alpha-One knew he was there to bring him into custody, he might need the the assistance.
"You're one of them bounty hunters they sent to bring me in." Alpha-One accurately accused.
Batman has devised a plan for defeating the Predators. I'm going to help him the best that I can...what are you two doing here?
"Looking for Frank Castle. You gonna get him."
"I'm here to kick some Yautjas ass. Alpha-One said. "Get ready, its going down, that's for real."
Deathstroke looked over at Alpha-One, then at Daredevil and Spider-Man, had just joined them. "Well, isn't this a happy reunion?"
"Looks like we've got a few too many players here." Murdock said, his voice calm.
"Look Murdock, unless you want me to kill you and your partner, because I will. Then tomorrow I will go back to being a good superhero guy." Alpha-One said in a matter of fact way.
Daredevil nodded. "Fair enough."
"Good now get out of my way." Alpha-One said, his eyes fixed back on the contract killer.
Murdock and Spider-Man looked at one another, then back at them.
"We'll be around." Murdock said as he started to back away.
"So will I, Double D." Alpha-One said. He never took his off of the assassin in his line of fire.
Deathstroke started to realize that this Alpha-One might be the guy he'd been claiming to be.the The confidence, the arrogance knowing he was against guns, and Daredevil and Spider-Man both just left. He also knew that he was probably in too deep.
"Looks like its' just us now." Alpha-One said. "You sure you still want to do this?"
"I'm not backing down." Deathstroke replied, his tone defiant.
"Okay, tough guy. Make your move." Alpha-One said, still completely confident and composed.
Suddenly, Deathstroke fired a barrage of bullets at Alpha-One. He expected him to be fast enough to evade the incoming shots. Instead he'd see the the bullets bounce off of him as they hit him. Deathstroke was starting to see why Alpha-One was not afraid, and why the Daredevil and Spider-Man had backed away carefully.
"What was that? Were you trying to kill me?" Alpha-One laughed.
Deathstroke was absolutely stunned. He stared in disbelief as the bullets bounced off Alpha-One without leaving a scratch.
"What the hell? How is that possible?" He said, his voice betraying a hint of fear.
Alpha-One laughed again. "Looks like you're not used to people being able to withstand your firepower, huh?"
Just then the Yautjas had started to appear from various hidden locations. It wasn't all of them, but it was still more than they wanted to see. The Predators had known these hero warriors of Earth would be back to fight. They hadn't given in up til then, and knew that they never would. This made the ideal opponents.
"They're back." Alpha-One said aloud. "It's showtime." His voice filled with excitement and anticipation.
Just then several Yautjas appeared, surrounding the area. They were all fully prepared for combat. Their thermal vision had picked up the heat emanating from the two men.
He watched Alpha-One launch himself in the air, but staying low to the ground. With a solid impact, Alpha-One nailed one of them. The blunt force fatally wounded the Yautja Hunter.
"Take that you sons of a bitches." Alpha-One taunted the competition.
Deathstroke was looking on, and he was trying to figure out exactly what he'd walked into. First a run-in with a superpowered man, in Alpha-One. Now it appeared that an even more difficult challenge awaited.
As Alpha-One attacked the first Predator, the other Yautjas began to move forward, ready to take on the two men. They brandished their hunting weapons and prepared to engage.
Deathstroke watched as Alpha-One took on one of the Hunters, taking him out with a powerful blow. He was impressed by Alpha-One's strength and skill, and suddenly realized that he was in way over his head.
The battle ensued and was heating up. Alpha-One was fighting multiple-Yautjas, using his speed and strength to take them out as fast as he could.
However, the Yautjas were proving to be surprisingly difficult foes. They were agile and skilled hunters, with weapons and technology far beyond what any human could hope to possess.
Deathstroke started firing at one of the Yautjas, but he found that his conventional weapons had little effect on them. He could see that the Yautjas were not scared of him, and actually seemed amused by his attempts to fight them.
Alpha-One continued his relentless onslaught against the Yautjas, but they were beginning to overwhelm him. He was strong, but he couldn't fight them off forever.
The Yautjas were skilled hunters, and they were starting to wear him down. The only reason he was still standing was because the Yautjas were not even trying yet. They were toying with him, seeing what he was made of while testing his skills.
Deathstroke was getting frustrated. His guns weren't working, and he was starting to feel like he was out of his league. He was starting to think that maybe this was not the smartest move. However, he was in there now, and they were trying to kill him.
The situation had turned dire for Alpha-One and Deathstroke. They were outnumbered, outgunned, and fighting against an opponent far more advanced than they had ever faced before.
Suddenly more Yautjas arrived, increasing the odds even further against them. The creatures surrounded them, their weapons pointed at the two men.
Alpha-One realized that he and Deathstroke were outnumbered and out of options. He tried to stay calm, but he knew that their chances of getting out alive were slim to none. He looked at Deathstroke, and he could see the fear in his eyes.
The Yautjas kept coming one after another. They needed to eliminate some of them. Alpha-One used his heat-ray vision and blasted the Yautjas.
The red lazer beams shot from his eyes hitting the Yautjas as they approached him. The armor protected them, but not completely. The heat lazer beams cut through them, as well as cooking them under the metal armor plating.
The Yautjas were now aware of Alpha-One's powers and tried to avoid his heat-ray vision. They began using their plasma casters and plasma shields to protect themselves.
However, the powerful shots were hard to avoid as they were precise and fast. It was a stalemate now.
The stalemate was short lived. Several Yautjas began firing their shoulder-mounted cannon weapons at Alpha-One, while other Yautjas used their wrist bombs. The attacks began overwhelming Alpha-One and he could not focus on all of the attacks.
A few more Yautjas also joined in with their combi sticks and energy weapons.
Alpha-One dodged many of the attacks, but a couple hit him, causing him to stumble back. He tried to regain his balance, but the onslaught of attacks was too much for him to handle. The Yautjas seemed to have him right where they wanted him.
Deathstroke was also struggling to keep up with the onslaught of the Yautjas. He was using all his skills to stay alive, but the Yautjas were too many, and they were too powerful. He knew that they were outnumbered and outmatched, and he was quickly running out of ideas.
The Yautjas continued to press their attack. They wanted to take down Alpha-One and Deathstroke, and they were not holding back. The Yautjas were using the full extent of their weapons and equipment, and they were showing no mercy. It was a desperate situation for Alpha-One and Deathstroke, but the Yautjas had them right where they wanted them.
Alpha-One was starting to feel exhausted. He was fighting hard but it was getting harder. The Yautjas were coming at him from all sides, and the onslaught was intense. He ducked and dodged, trying to avoid the blows but the hits came. He thought about how it ate at him the last time. The Mighty Alpha-One was not about to see that happen again.
Deathstroke was using his grenades on the Yautjas. Going after those who were clustered together. The impact of the explosion was powerful and had killed several of them, but only injuring others. The situation had turned completely dark and hopeless. He'd had enough of these Predators.
Alpha-One saw Deathstroke take off running for safety, and he too had taken refuge after being overwhelmed. He was determined not to allow such a thing to happen again. Though he was exhausted and not moving like he could, he continued to take chances that would allow him a pathway victory.
The Yautjas regrouped and quickly began to pursue him again. Their focus was on hunting him down, and they were not going to give up until he was captured or dead. They'd known of the others. They'd done battle with Superman in the past. They'd tracked down the man who turns into the Hulk. The Terminators and Spider-Man.
The situation was dire, and the odds were stacked against Alpha-One. Would he have to retreat again? Absolutely not, as he felt his rapid regeneration kicking in. He had never been pushed to these limits and was finding out things about his own powers that he didn't even know. He was more mighty than he knew.
Alpha-One continued to try to shake the Yautjas, but they were relentless. They seemed to be gaining on him with every leap he made, and the distance between him and them was getting shorter and shorter. He needed to find a way to escape, and fast.
Alpha-One's fatigue started to fade as his fast regenerative abilities began to kick in. He felt a surge of energy and strength that he had never felt before. He realized that he was stronger and more powerful than he had ever believed himself to be. He was going to make a stand and fight back.
Deathstroke watched the battle unfold from the cover of the bathrooms in the park across the street from the battle zone. The whole situation had been over his head. From the initial meeting of the arrogant Alpha-One, and then against these Wolf Predators. Absolutely deadly fighters that didn't give up or relent in their attacks.
The situation had escalated quickly, from the initial confrontation between Alpha-One and Deathstroke, to the now all-out battle against the Wolf Predators. They were formidable opponents, their attacks relentless and their pursuit never-ending. Alpha-One had been forced to retreat earlier, but now it seemed that he had discovered something about himself.
He had started to regain his strength and energy, and he was feeling stronger and more powerful than ever before. This could be the break he needed to turn the tide of the battle in his favor and to win this fight with the vicious wolf Predators.
The battle ensued and had become an all out war. Alpha-One grabbed the Yautja and flew into the air with it, and threw it back at the others below. Using the Yautjas against themselves. Their ability to see what was happening, and then finding a solution was impeccable. They were extremely intellectual and they could learn quickly. This created adjustments that they'd make upon gathering information.
The Yautjas were stunned by Alpha-One's use of one of their own against them. They had never seen such tactics before, and they were caught off guard by the surprising move. Alpha-One had managed to turn the tables on them, using their own tactics against them.
The plan was being executed by Batman and the team. Spider-Man was toying with using his web-shooters. They didn't know what he was doing, but they were sending the information back to the Scientist who would use it. Sometimes they could use it immediately, and sometimes the information was used in future.
Bane's plan was coming together very well. Spider-Man had them both confused and distracted. While Batgirl, Harley, and Red Hood, were pulling them deeper into the designated area where they had traps set, and they'd lead them into ambush zones. They were getting tricked and manipulated, but they were figuring it out. Move by move the Predators continued to think about the approach and plan for a counter move.
The information was being fed to them from the scientists at real time. They could upgrade and update equipment on the fly. They will be surfing the database for options when the system doesn't recognize or know what direction of action to take.
The vison system allows them to map directional coordination with precision. They will know a location better than the people that are from there. They're infrared and x-ray vision, and the lazer scope for shooting. Their helmet was a valuable piece of equipment.
Moon Knight was in a hand to hand fight with the Yautja named Fazek, a Wolf Predator that had great hand to hand skills. Moon Knight needed to dig down, and find a way to end the scuffle. They were moving on as they seperated and lead the Predators into isolation, but the further they got away from the city streets and into the woodlands. The element of the city was not their preferred place to fight, but the forests were exactly where they wanted to get the opponent.
Moon Knight was struggling to keep up with Fazek's movements through the dense forest. The Yautja seemed to know the terrain better than he did, and was able to move with incredible speed and stealth. Moon Knight knew that he was at a disadvantage, but he refused to give up.
As the fight moved further away from the city and into the woods, the environment changed completely. The terrain was now more difficult to navigate, but the Yautjas were more comfortable in this setting. They knew they were now in their element, and they had the upper hand over Moon Knight.
"I have to go help, Moon Knight." Bane said.
Batman looked back realizing what Bane was talking about. Moon Knight was struggling with the fight against Fazek. When Bane got over to assist with Moon Knight, who he owed his life to Moon Knight for the resurrection performed.
Bane moved in on Fazek with speed and aggression. As Bane moved into range he knocked the Predator off of Moon Knight. They saw three more soldiers in the brush coming towards them.
The three additional Yautjas were approaching Moon Knight and Bane, and they were armed with their plasma weapons. They began to fire at them, and they were forced to dive for cover behind some nearby trees.
Moon Knight and Bane were outnumbered, but they were determined to fight back. They readied themselves for the upcoming battle.
"There was a time when Venom ran thorough my veins. Don't worry about it though...I've got enough fight in me regardless." Bane said.
Bane was a formidable opponent, even without the aid of Venom. He was a skilled fighter and a powerful force. Moon Knight could sense the intensity and determination in Bane's words.
"I don't doubt that you have enough fight in you," Moon Knight replied. "But we're outnumbered here...we need to be careful."
"You got any tricks up your sleeve?" Bane asked.
Moon Knight thought for a moment, trying to come up with a plan. "I have a few tricks up my sleeve," he said. "But I'm not sure how well they will work against the Yautjas."
Bane nodded, understanding that Moon Knight's abilities were not something to underestimate.
The Predators were relentless and the fight was on. Bane punched one as quick as it came into sight. There was a cracking sound as Bane's fist landed on the helmet with unbelievable impact. It went down from the crashing blow Bane delivered. Like Fazek who recovered, so would this Predator.
Moon Knight watched Bane one shot the Yautjas. It was true, even without Venom, Bane was an absolute force.
"That was impressive," Moon Knight said, as he watched Bane take down the Predator with a single punch. "You're a force to be reckoned with."
"I've been fighting for so long it's as easy as walking to me." Bane said.
Moon Knight chuckled in agreement. "I can see that," he said. "You make fighting look effortless."
The fight for survival was on, as the Yautjas were coming from different directions in the brush. It dawned on Bane that they were using his strategy on them now. The Predators were on their game. The Gotham City Defense Team was on borrowed time.
"Wow...there's even more in the trees lining the parameters of the swamp land." Moon Knight
Bane looked up and saw them. There must've been forty or fifty of them marching through the brush and thickets.
Moon Knight watched them approaching. "We're outnumbered...this doesn't look good."
Bane clenched his fist, preparing to fight. "We'll just have to fight harder."
While Moon Knight and Bane were busy fighting several Yautjas.
Alpha-One was also in a battle of his own back in the city. He was taking on several Yautjas at once, using his superpowered strength and speed to keep them at bay. He was using his heat-ray vision to cut through them, but more were coming.
Alpha-One knew that he would soon be overwhelmed. He was ready to fight, and his mind was trying to figure out how to handle the dangerous task upcoming. As he was trying to figure it out Daredevil stood beside him. Alpha-One looked at him. "Are you ready for one helluva battle. " He asked.
Daredevil nods that he in fact was.
"Good, because they're not going to stop and are coming hard." Alpha-One replied, as more Yautjas came at them.
Batman and the crew with him were leaving the jungle. That had given the Yautjas too much of an advantage.
"Are you sure, Batman?" Frank Castle asked.
"Yes...we give them too much advantage out here." Batman replied.
The group made their way back towards the city.
"We need to get back and help the others." Batman said.
"Do you think the others can handle it?" Batgirl asked.
Batman nodded. "They're the best of the best. If anyone can handle them, it's them."
Alpha-One and Daredevil were in an intense battle, and were rejoined by Deathstroke after he reloaded his weapons, as well as adding a few more explosives. These Predators were not like the Wolf Predators. These were their soldiers known as Hunters. The Hunter Predators were bulked up Yautjas. They're not as agile, but they were much stronger than the Wolf Predators.
The fight was getting worse and worse for the three of them. Alpha-One was holding his own, but he was getting tired. As the Yautjas continued to attack, more and more appeared.
Deathstroke looked around and realized that they were in a bad predicament. "There's too many of them... we can't keep fighting like this."
"We don't have much choice." Daredevil said, his eyes focused on the Yautjas surrounding them. "We have to keep fighting."
Deathstroke tossed a grenade into the pack of Hunters. The shot was a success killing a handful of the deadly Hunter Predators.
"Nice shot." Daredevil said, impressed by Deathstroke's grenade throw. Despite the small victory, the battle was still raging on. The Yautjas were coming at them from all sides, and they were outnumbered.
Alpha-One was feeling exhausted. He was giving all he had, but it wasn't enough. His body was starting to slow down, and his energy was running out. "We can't keep this up forever." He said, panting heavily. "We need to find a way to turn the tide."
The Hunters stopped the pursuit of the three heroes. Draven and Maeve were walking the long line of Yautjas. The fighting stopped as the King and Queen of the Hunting Predators.
Draven pushed a button on his wrist and he then spoke. "Your best against our best." The words came from the database of stored conversations.
Alpha-One, Daredevil, and Deathstroke were standing face to face with Draven and Maeve.
The three of them exchanged a look, realizing what the two Predators were asking for. They wanted to match their best against the best of Batman's Gotham City team.
The Yautjas were going to put DeQuinchi a Tribal Predator. They're a gladiator type Predator that fight for sport. They're rewarded for fights won, and are traveled to various realms to fight their most worthy gladiators.
"You better bring your best." Alpha-One said, his voice filled with determination.
Maeve said, "we shall bring our DeQuinchi, who is the finest warrior within our packs."
Daredevil rolled his shoulders and shook his head. "Alright, then it's time for a showdown."
Maeve looked at the three of them. "Where is your leader?"
"Only one gladiator that must be chosen by the Boss or Foreman." Draven said.
Draven and Maeve were different from the others. Not just in looks, but they did in fact look different, but yet the same, just a solid golden version adorned with golden skulls. Some were attached and others were carved inlays. They clearly looked more important, but they were speaking and holding a conversation. They were also more civilized in a way.
"Who is the leader of your clan?" Maeve asked.
"We don't have one leader." Alpha-One said. "We work together as a team. That's the only way we can operate successfully."
"You have no leader, captain, bossman, etc, then the group must unanimous select the warrior who will represent your clan, team, family, or organization. We decided what prize you will give to us." Draven explained the parameters of the contest.
"We have to come back for another contest if the correct rules aren't applied." Maeve.
"We are not the Ultimate Prime Yautja Ruler. We are permitted by the standards to choose our warrior being King and Queen of the Diamond Clan.
"Okay...what's the prize?" Alpha-One asked, his curiosity piqued.
"You can choose. Minerals, technology, or power." The King said.
Daredevil thought for a moment. "What kind of power."
"Like this power." Draven said, and held up the glowing wand.
"What does it do?" Alpha-One asked, inspecting the wand.
"You heard of magic?" Maeve asked.
"Yes...like your magic." Draven confirmed.
The two Predators of royalty were speaking to each other in their language. It was clicking sounds that resembled Morse Code.
"This battle for now is on hold. Where are the other members of your squad?" Draven asked.
"We cannot do gladiator fight with this small team. Teams must pick representative for contest." Maeve said.
"We've got more teammates. They're not here, but we can get everyone together." Daredevil said.
Maeve looked at Murdock close and intensely. "What happened to you eye sight?" Maeve asked. Female Yautjas are curious by nature.
"I was blinded in an accident when I was young." Daredevil replied, his tone betraying a hint of sadness.
Red Hood, Nightwing, and Batwoman, joined the three of them among Yautja Royalty. "The King and Queen of the Hunting Predators." Alpha-One said.
"What's the deal?" Nightwing asked.
"Our best warrior against their best." Alpha-One answered.
Red Hood found that interesting. "Like one on one?" he questioned.
"Yeah...they say we must unanimously select one warrior to fight."
Batman, Batgirl, and Punisher, waked up. Before they got there it was clear that two high ranking Yautjas were among the other Bat-team members. Shining gold Predators.
"A one-on-one contest?" Moon Knight asked, intrigued by the idea. "That's an interesting challenge."
Alpha-One nodded in agreement. "It's a test of skill, strength, and strategy. Whoever we choose for this contest should be able to hold their own."
The terms and conditions were explained to Batman. He made sure that after the gladiator style battle, that they would be leaving Earth. They agreed to leave Gotham City.
"We cannot speak for other clans. After the gladiator battle, The Diamond Clan will exit Gotham City. The land of great heartache." Maeve said.
Batman agreed to the terms of this contest. "They're honorable and they lived by a code of honor and standards."
Batman brought the team back to Harley Quinn's hideout. The Diamond Clan agreed to let them leave their sight. That was a sign of trust.
Batman stood before them...we have to select one of us to fight. Who are we going to send into battle.
"Do we know that this isn't just a trick?" Bane asked.
Frank was leaning against a wall smoking a cigar. "These guys are not liars, you bet your ass on that."
"Alright then...who's going in there against the Yautja Warrior?" Bane changed his question.
"I haven't been in the game lately, but I feel I'm the best for this contest." Moon Knight said. "I can fight, I have weapons, and I have faith in myself."
"Are you being serious?" Nightwing asked.
"Don't be a hater." Moon Knight said back.
Daredevil was sitting there wondering if they'd forgotten about the capabilities of The Gotham City Superman...The Mighty Alpha-One. He didn't speak up at that point. He wanted to hear more.
Batgirl looked at Alpha-One, wondering if he would enter their contest. Everyone was looking at Batman for a final answer.
"Alright...let's get this figured out." Batman said.
"What's your call?" Bane asked Batman. Everyone was wondering who Batman picked.
"It's been decided...I want Alpha-One to represent us." he said.
There was silence, and everyone was in a little shock.
"...Wait...seriously you want him? " Nightwing asked. He was shocked.
"He will hold his own." Batman replied simply.
They stood near the corner, out of earshot from the others. Batgirl looked at Alpha-One with concern.
"How are you feeling about this?" she asked.
"I'm good with it. Like Daredevil said, was I not the obvious choice? I suspected that it would be me, Spider-Man, or Batman himself." Alpha-One answered the question.
"And you feel no hesitation or...fear?" Batgirl inquired.
"No fear whatsoever." Alpha-one said. "I've just got a good feeling about this. When it's over I've got you."
Batgirl was impressed by his mindset. "You sure you'll be okay?"
The decision to go with Alpha-One wasn't a unanimous one, but it was logical choice in Daredevil's opinion. He was the only one who physically beat and killed the Yautja hunters without the aid of a wepaon. His body was the weapon. Batman, like Daredevil thought that Alpha-One was the clear choice. The most proven of the team. Some of the new guys don't realize that Alpha-One was going shot for shot against General Zod.
The other Bat-Team members were also shocked, but Daredevil and Batman have seen Alpha-One at work. They both know that he could handle himself against the Yautjas.
Daredevil was looking at everyone, and he could hear the heart beats. He could hear them talking amongst themselves. "Are you sure you want to send him in there? They're predators that don't joke or fool around." Nightwing said, his thoughts running wild.
"You better stay out of this." Batman replied. He was confident in his choice. He could see the look in Alpha-One's eyes. This was his fight. "I have complete faith in him." Batman said.
"I can't believe that y'all are sending him in there." Nightwing said, not thinking about how Alpha-One had performed against the Yautja Hunters.
"I've seen him in action...I trust his skills, and abilities." Batman calmly replied.
"Yeah...he's definitely got the wider variety of abilities that he can use." Bane agreed.
"He's got this in the bag." Red Hood said.
"I have the same faith in him that I have in myself." Batman said, and he was dead serious about it.
"Who...or what is he going up against?" Red Hood asked.
"It's a gladiator style battle. They said that one of their finest warriors will face him one on one." Batman replied.
"Do you think he'll be able to beat whoever they send?" Batwoman asked.
Batman looks at her. "I have no doubt that he will win."

The Mighty Alpha-One
DeQuinchi the Tribal Gladiator was as strong as any Yautjas who ever had been tested for strength. He's not as fast as a Wolf Predator, but he is fast nonetheless. The battlefield had been chosen. On the outskirts of Gotham City there had been land cleared off and developed for building, but it never came to be. It would make for a great ideal location based on the wide open area. The landscape wouldn't be an advantage to either fighter. Batman had seen DeQuinchi. He was absolutely a big strong creature. One capable of maximum damage. Batman after the meeting of Yautjas, had no less confidence in their choice of representative.
Alpha-One was talking to Batgirl and Harley Quinn. Then Bane walked up on them. He looked at Alpha-One and then said,"Everything is on you." Bane's voice was one of faith and belief.
"Do you think that he's got a good chance of winning?" Batgirl asked.
"Yes. I do believe that he can beat their Predator that they choose, but don't expect them to run these same Wlolf Predators out there." Bane said.
"What else do you think they've got?" Alpha-One asked.
"There is no telling...just be ready for anything. Because there's no limit to what they might bring." Bane said.
"Yeah...I'll be ready, Bane." Alpha-One said, and with an unwaivering confidence.
"I don't sense fear on you." Bane said. "Fear can be a good thing, but confidence is nonnegotiable. Make everyone remember the day that they saw Alpha-One."
DeQuinchi had proven himself in battle with unbelievable amounts of success. Speed, power, advanced combat and survival knowledge. He was born a gladiator in a family of killers. From an early age DeQuinchi was believed to be the next great Warrior Predators. He stands at 7'5" and has the strength of Hurcules.
The Yautjas awaited the fight. They knew that DeQuinchi would win. Alpha-One held his own against the Wolf Yautjas, but struggled against them too. The Ultimate Predator: DeQuinchi the Warrior- who they don't believe would struggle with three Wolf Predator.
"DeQuinchi the Tribal Warrior will rip this Alpha-One in half." The King said. In a series of clicks.
The King, and the Hunters knew that the outcome was a sure win. They waited for the arrival of Alpha-One.
DeQuinchi stood on the sidelines of this battle. He had never fought a being like Alpha-One before. This would truly test his strength and skill.
In another area, Alpha-One had been mentally prepared. His friends were wishing him the best.
"You going to beat his ass!" Harley said, she was all about seeing a fight.
"I hope so...this won't be fun." Batgirl said, worried about the match outcome.
"Everything will be fine." Alpha-One said confidently.
Selina Kyle shows up with Edward Nygma. She hoped that Bruce would see her and be jealous. They were met by Oswald Cobblepot who was pissed that no money was being made off an event like the fight.
Penguin was ready to find a way to profit off the fight, as he would a sporting event. Edward Nygma was fascinated by it all.
"You can tell when a man has too much money, they stop trying to make more on events like this." The Penguin said.
"I don't think they wanted to make it public." Nygma said.
"However, we don't play by their rules." Selina said.
Nygma had not meant that they weren't allowed to stay, or that they'd be put out. The perimeters of the battlefield was surrounded by Yautja Hunters. They looked absolutely intimidating, but they were menacing. The sight of one created fear that didn't exist.
"As I understand, Batman, has put someone up to fight the alien creature. I don't know, but it sounds like something he'd do." Nygma mouthed off.
Batwoman stood within distance to hear the Bullshit. Nygma was a damn fool. Then she saw Harley and Batgirl. The time seemed right, or to Batwoman it certainly did. She cut them off crossing the field.
"Barbara...you and me, girl, we need to talk, about things that you can say, and the things I will beat you down for saying. You understand what I am saying?" Bette Kane confronted her.
"Are you trying to intimidate me. I'm not afraid of you, and you don't know what you're getting into. Because, I'm not that little girl that you could push around. I will fight you if that's what it comes to." Batgirl replied.
"You need to understand something you little ungrateful little bitch. The Bat-family comes first. The day that you cannot do that...is the day that you should resign. Quit, and get out of the way like I did." Batwoman said firmly.
"Who are you calling a bitch?" Barbara checked her.
"Well it's only you and the Clown Bitch. I wasn't talking to her." Bette Kane said, her tone intense.
The verbal exchange between them was about to get physical, and fast.
Harley Quinn spoke up. "You acted like a real whore by going after Jason, and you knew that we were together."
Batwoman looked at her with contempt. "That is none of my concern. You're the clown."
"You're calling me a clown? Is that what you're doing?" Harley asked.
"Yeah...that's what I'm doing." Batwoman answered. It was obvious that neither of them liked each other.
"Now we got a problem. Don't we?" Harley asked, with a smirk on her face.
"We sure do." Batwoman replied with a cocky expression on her face.
Batwoman was being disrespectful to Harley, and Harley was not going to accept it.
"You're being too big for your britches. So that's why I'm gonna pull down your britches and then whoop some tail." Harley said.
"Oh really..." Batwoman said in defiance.
Batwoman was being disrespectful to Harley, and Harley was not going to accept it.
"You're being too big for your britches. So that's why I'm gonna pull down your britches and then whoop some tail." Harley said.
"Oh really..." Batwoman said in defiance. "The two of you better jump on me together, or you will receive a beating one on one." Bette Kane laughed.
"Bring it on then." Harley said, not backing down. Batgirl intervened. "Hold on, Harley...this is stupid."
"No, stay out of this." Harley said.
"No. I'm not staying out of this." Batgirl said in a commanding tone. "We're on the same team."
"She called me a whore and a clown." Harley said, her voice rising.
"Because you're both of those things." Batwoman said firmly.
"Oh you want me to kick your ass." Harley said, and she raised her fist to deck Batwoman.
"Bitch...you can't fight...sit down clown." Bette laughed at her.
"I'll shut your mouth." Harley said.
"You're welcome to try." Batwoman said with a smirk.
Red Hood noticed that Batwoman and Harley Quinn were about to fight. That's what it appeared to be anyway. He knew that the disagreement or fight was likely because of him. He couldn't be sure, but he didn't want to get closer and possibly get involved. He knew what the right thing to do was, but it didn't make doing it any easier. As Jason stood off trying to decide, Nightwing and Moon Knight went over to break it up. More importantly, find out what made them get so mad to begin with .
"Hey, ladies...cut that out right now." Nightwing said.
They were about to go at it. Batgirl and the others were trying to get the fight to stop.
However, Batwoman and Harley were locked on to each other. Red Hood went to stop it. "Damn it." he mumbled.
"What's the problem guys?" Red Hood asked.
Batgirl pointed out Harley and Batwoman. "The clown and the bat are about to throw down."
Red Hood looked at them. "Why?"
"That's what we all want to know." Batgirl said.
"Who has been sneaking around with Todd behind Harley's back?" Batgirl said with anger in her voice.
"What are you talking about." Batgirl asked with a confused look on her face.
"You're full of it, Kane!" Harley said.
"Don't push your luck." Batwoman said.
The girls were ready to fight. The kiddie has been gloves were off, and the verbal assaults continued between teammates.
"Just keep walking...or I'll beat you down girl." Batwoman said in a stern voice.
Harley Quinn wasn't afraid of Batwoman, but she probably couldn't handle Bette in a fight. Batgirl knew that she had a high chance to get the best of her.
Harley was not on that level of competition. However, Quinn using her dirty tactics could possibly do some real damage. She'd had her ass beat plenty of other times. If that was the worst to come.
As the tension between Batwoman and Harley Quinn grew, Nightwing tried to defuse the situation. He walked over to them.
"Ladies, let's not do this now. There are more important things to worry about."
"Like what?" Batgirl asked, still upset.
"Like the fact we're in the middle of a crisis right now, and you all are about to fight each other over a man," Nightwing replied.
"What does it matter to you how we handle things?" Batwoman asked.
"Because it's stupid and unnecessary," Nightwing said. "And you're only making things worse for yourselves and everyone else by focusing on this instead of the real problem."
"The real problem is her trying to steal my man," Harley said, pointing at Batwoman.
Nightwing sighed, exasperated by their behavior. "You guys sound like a couple of high schoolers fighting over a boy."
Batwoman nodded, realizing the absurdity of the situation. "You're right. This is ridiculous. We need to focus on the real threat we're facing right now, not fight with each other over a man."
Harley huffed, but she knew deep down that they were right. "Fine. I'll drop it for now. But I'm not gonna forget about it."
Batgirl shook her head, still annoyed. "I just can't believe she's even accusing me of something like that."
"Let's just focus on keeping everyone safe and finding a way to deal with the Yautjas." Nightwing said firmly.

Batman and Spider-Man were talking strategy Alpha-One. "You've got to be watching for anything that the Yautja Warrior." Spider-Man explained.

Alpha-One was not afraid to take this stand for Gotham City and the vigilantes that protect the land of Batman.
"I'm not doing this for glorify or give me a pat on the back, but do you guys think they'll at respect the fact that I've changed." Alpha-One asked.
Batman thought about what Alpha-One asked him. They looked at Spider-Man, he too was lost in thought. The truth was that that it could go so many different ways. No change, completely changed their opinion, or even a mixture of both. There was no way to know, but both felt very confident that he'd have some of them flip and support him.
"Honestly, it's hard to say. It's possible that they'll see the change you've made and acknowledge it, but it's also possible that they won't. Even if they do acknowledge it, it doesn't mean they'll necessarily like what you've become." Spider-Man said, expressing his honest thoughts.
Batman nodded in agreement. "It's a complex situation. The Yautja have their own cultural norms and beliefs, and it's possible that they'll see your change as a threat to their way of life, rather than a positive change."
"So if something happens and I fail to win...the Yautjas won't leave?" Alpha-One asked.
They still didn't see fear in Alpha-One, but this competition seemed to light something inside him. His heart was beating faster but he was excited, not fearful or nervous.
They could both see the bold confidence he had about him. Batman knew that Alpha-One was legitimately powerful like Kryptonian, and his fight with Zod proved that.
"If you fail, it's possible that the Yautja won't just leave, but they agreed to leave if we matched up a great fight. If you lose they're going to kill you. They're going to collect your skull and spinal cord." Batman warned.
"This might sound crazy, but I don't think that any single Hunter, Wolf, or Ultimate Predators, can beat me. I've learned a lot in the past few fights with them." Alpha-One said. "I'd noticed that it takes extreme blunt force trauma to kill one. That's what I'm going to deliver that very thing...blunt force trauma."
Batman and Spider-Man both nodded, understanding Alpha-One's conviction. "It's true that the Yautjas are formidable opponents, but you have shown incredible strength and resilience in your battles with them," Batman said. "If anyone can beat them, it's you."
Spider-Man smirked, "Hell, I'd pay good money to see you take them all down."
Alpha-One smiled at their words. "I'll do my best to make it a show worth seeing."
"We know you will," Batman said. "But just be careful out there. Those Yautjas are smart and they'll be ready for you too."
Alpha-One nodded, "I'll be careful. But I'm not going to hold back either. I'm going to give it everything I've got."
Just about that time Bane walked into the area that they were using pre-fight. "Hey...Alpha-One...it takes one helluva man to do what you're doing today. I wish you all the luck in the world, but just be constantly looking for the spots. Be aware this Predator will have additional abilities to defend."
"Did Batman show you this deadly right hook he throws?" Bane chuckled.
"He sure did," Alpha-One replied with a grin. "But I learned a few tricks of my own that I plan to use against those Predators."
This Yautja Supreme Warrior Predator was not just a soldier of defense or invasion. DeQuinchi was a Gladiator style battle tested Predator. He didn't know what surrender meant, he knew nothing about empathy or mercy. His kind were built to kill, period.
DeQuinchi had defeated incredibly difficult opponents with strong combat backgrounds. Many tough and formidable opponent went down easily to the, pressure, weapons, and skills in combat, until he'd overwhelmed them. They all had heart, determination, and a will to win, until the mighty warrior Predator ended their lives.
Despite his immense strength, DeQuinchi was also known for his ability to think strategically and tactically in battle. He had a keen mind for strategy and a ruthless willingness to do whatever it took to win. The thought of defeat was almost unimaginable for him.
This made him an especially formidable opponent, as he was not only physically dangerous, but also incredibly cunning and strategic. He was a master of his craft, and a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
As the battle was about to commence. The sun was high and the air was brisk. Gotham and Batman's city were completely deserted of people, but not of other Predator creatures and animals of nature. The birds and some of Gotham's creatures were all hiding in the shadows. They too knew that something of great importance was about to take place.
Gotham's city limits were under siege of Yautjas. There were thousands of predators, and several species. There were more warriors than just the regular Predator Warrior, but this time the number of Wolf Predators and Ultimate Predators had greatly increased. They had more numbers than before and were more equipped than ever. There were hundreds of Ultimate Predators in the city alone.
Several of Gotham's citizens, criminals and even some of the criminals, stood side by side with the Gotham team. There were people from every class, age and background. There were also many animals gathered with the team, but they were not visible at the moment.
They were all with the team, but some of the other animals of Gotham's wildlife did not appear to be with them. Gotham's wild life seemed to be either on the fence, or in a corner somewhere.
The team stood ready and focused as Alpha-One led the way. Bane, Daredevil, Frank Castle, Harley, Bette, Batwoman, Nightwing, Moon Knight, and Red Hood stood with him.
Batman was on the roof watching, ready to see his plan through. Spider-Man was on standby, if needed. The air was tight as the silence was overwhelming.
The sun was starting to set and the sun was starting to settle. The birds stopped chirping, and the bats went back to their caves, almost sensing something big was about to take place.
The wind picked up, and a few leaves floated across the empty streets. The silence was eerie and all the Yautjas were just standing or sitting down, like motionless statues.
It was an almost surreal sight. The city was completely silent except for the sounds of nature. Batman watched from the roof of a building nearby, waiting to see what would happen next.
Alpha-One was waiting for the Predator to come to the designated open field behind the Panama Park.
Suddenly he saw a figure moving towards him surrounded by Wolf Predators leading it toward the waiting Alpha-One.
DeQuinchi was bigger and taller than his fellow Predators. He stands a head taller. Those walking around DeQuinchi were excited and jovial. The Ultimate Predator was just walking as if they weren't escorting him out.
"Damn...the Bane of Yautjas." Alpha-One laughed.
Bane chuckled too, and the other team members couldn't keep from smiling at the situation either.
This would be a challenge and unlike any other before it. The Ultimate Predator was known for its cunning, skill, and strength in combat.
"Alpha-One this is a battle like no other. You've trained hard and honed your skills but your gonna have to work twice as hard to beat this one," Bane said, his eyes on the approaching Yautja.
"Yeah...you just make sure that nobody jumps in." Alpha-One keeps the situation light.
Bane chuckled. "Don't worry, we'll make sure no one messes with your fight."
The Ultimate Yautja Warrior DeQuinchi stood looming above the others. His armor battle warn. His muscles rippling and tight. His glimowing red eyes scanning his surroundings.
DeQuinchi stood looking at Alpha-One. He didn't know why they thought that this guy was going to be a tough challenge. DeQuinchi didn't care. He was prepared for whatever they thought was the best fighter for the challenge.
DeQuinchi was still analyzing the abilities of the opponent. His abilities were pretty well hidden. DeQuinchi knew that the specimen was not of human origin, despite the fact he looked human.
The tension was as the two opponents stood facing each other. They both knew this was going to be a difficult fight, with no clear advantage. They could sense the power and determination radiating from one another.
DeQuinchi was shocked by Alpha-One's lightening speed. He had not seen the move coming. He turned around to find Alpha-One standing there with a smirk on his face.
"Not fast enough huh?" Alpha-One said, taunting DeQuinchi.
DeQuinchi lunged at Alpha-One again, this time even more aggressively. He tried to catch Alpha-One off guard, but Alpha-One was ready. He dodged DeQuinchi's attack and countered with a powerful punch of his own.
The punch landed hard on DeQuinchi's face, causing him to stumble back. He was surprised by the strength behind Alpha-One's attack, and he knew that he had underestimated his opponent.
DeQuinchi tried again to land an attack on Alpha-One, but he was met with swift counters and dodges. Alpha-One was quick and precise, and he seemed to know exactly what move DeQuinchi was going to make before he even made it.
DeQuinchi was growing frustrated. He was used to being the one in control, the one who could overpower his opponents. But Alpha-One was different. He was strong, fast, and skilled in ways that DeQuinchi had never seen before.
Every move that DeQuinchi tried to land was countered or dodged by Alpha-One. It was as if he were reading DeQuinchi's mind, knowing exactly what attack was coming before it was even thrown.
DeQuinchi was starting to feel the pressure. Alpha-One was not giving him an inch, and he was starting to tire. He tried to push harder, but Alpha-One was just as strong, if not stronger, and he couldn't find an opening to land a significant attack.
The fight was starting to take its toll on both DeQuinchi and Alpha-One. They were both breathing hard, their muscles sore and tired. But they were both determined to keep going, refusing to give up or show any sign of weakness.
DeQuinchi looked at Alpha-One closely. He was starting to realize that this guy was not like any other opponent he had faced before. He was fierce, determined and he didn't give up easily.
Alpha-One could sense DeQuinchi's thoughts. He could see that the Predator was starting to realize that he was not dealing with an ordinary fighter. He could see the determination and resolve in DeQuinchi's eyes, but he also could see the exhaustion and frustration.
As the fight raged on, Alpha-One started to get into a rhythm. He could see DeQuinchi's moves before he made them, and he was countering them almost effortlessly.
DeQuinchi was starting to get frustrated. He was missing more and more attacks, and his strikes were becoming more and more predictable. Alpha-One was reading him like a book, and it was starting to wear on him.
Alpha-One could see the frustration building in DeQuinchi. The Predator's movements were getting more and more predictable and frantic as he became more and more exhausted.
Alpha-One capitalized on this and began to land more and more blows, taking advantage of the openings that DeQuinchi was leaving.
DeQuinchi was starting to lose his cool, and he was making more and more mistakes. He was trying to fight off the exhaustion, but it was getting harder and harder to think clearly. Alpha-One was capitalizing on his mistakes, landing blow after blow.
He tried to shoot his heat lazer with deadly efficiency, but although it was a accurate weapon, Alpha-One was able to avoid the heat beams. The Yautja Warrior DeQuinchi, pulled his sword from the sheath.
As DeQuinchi pulled out his sword, Alpha-One knew that things were about to get more serious. The sword was a dangerous weapon, and he needed to be ready to defend himself against its power and precision.
DeQuinchi lunged towards Alpha-One with the sword, intending to slice him open. Alpha-One leaped out of the way just in time, avoiding the sharp blade by a fraction of a second.
DeQuinchi was relentless in his attacks, and he didn't give Alpha-One any time to recover. He swung the sword with speed and precision, slicing through the air as he lunged towards Alpha-One again and again.
Alpha-One was struggling to keep up with DeQuinchi's attacks. The sword was sharp, and it was becoming increasingly difficult to avoid being cut. He was doing everything he could to avoid the deadly blade, but it was becoming increasingly difficult to do so. As more and more strikes cut closer and closer, he was forced to be more defensive than offensive.
DeQuinchi's attacks were coming faster and faster, and Alpha-One was having a hard time avoiding them. He was forced to dodge and block the sword as it sliced through the air at him. He was starting to feel the pressure of the fight, and he knew that he couldn't keep this up for much longer.
The sword was becoming increasingly dangerous, and Alpha-One knew he had to think of something fast. He could tell that DeQuinchi was starting to get tired as well, but he could also tell that the Predator was still very much in control of the fight.
Alpha-One used his heat-ray vision and blasted the ultimate Yautja Warrior with full powered shot stored energy.
The Mighty Alpha-One flew low across the ground and he hit DeQuinchi with a powerful impact that shook the Yautja like he'd never experienced before. The force rattled DeQuinchi to his core. The Predator tried to regain his composure and recollect his senses. The force of the impact scrambled the computer connection within his helmet. DeQuinchi stood up, still slightly disoriented and discombobulated.
Alpha-One saw the opportunity, and he knew that he needed to strike while the Predator was still off balance. He lunged toward the Predator, using his own momentum to drive his attack.
Frank Castle watched on in surprise of Alpha-One's abilities, durability, and strength. He thought all along that Alpha-One could win the battle, but not like this. The Predator had no answer for the Mighty Alpha-One's attack.
Bane was stunned by what he was seeing. He had thought that Alpha-One could win the battle, but he had never expected this. The Predator was completely taken aback by the power and speed of Alpha-One's attack, and he was completely at a loss about what to do next.
Moon Knight was in complete and total disbelief. He had never seen anything like it. He was totally stunned by the fact that Alpha-One was able to easily and completely trash the Yautja Warrior DeQuinchi so quickly and effortlessly.
It was almost like DeQuinchi didn't stand a chance against Alpha-One at all.
The other spectators were stunned also. They watched Alpha-One tear down their champion as if he were an insignificant toy.
It was hard to believe that DeQuinchi was the same Yautja they'd seen destroy other great intergalactic entities in previous fights. He defeated Globaltron an entity created by several different societies over a million years ago. Powerful entities have tried DeQuinchi the Warrior, and they all failed.
Yet the Alpha-One was dominating him and DeQuinchi was unable to match the Alpha-One's abilities.
Alpha-One was a force to be reckoned with, and it was clear that no one had any idea what the Alpha-One's limits were. He appeared to be the Superman type, only not Kryptonian.
The Yautja's eyes looked lost, and he was unable to react in time before Alpha-One grabbed the Predator and used a combination of martial arts moves to send DeQuinchi to the ground.
DeQuinchi hit the ground with a loud thud, his body completely stunned and immobile. He tried to get up, but he was completely paralyzed by the impact.
Alpha-One approached DeQuinchi, standing over his defeated body and looking down at him with an almost mocking look on his face. He seemed to take pleasure in the fact that he had completely defeated the Yautja Warrior, and his expression made it clear that he did not hold back.
The others were in shock. They couldn't believe what had just happened. The mighty Yautja Warrior had been easily defeated by Alpha-One, and he wasn't even breathing hard.
The Yautja warrior was beaten, but not dead. This was a fight to the death. The other Yautjas were filing away. Nowhere close to the excitement they had entered the fight with. The defeated Yautja had been helped by the others.
Alpha-One observed that all happening around him. While he celebrated the victory over DeQuinchi. "Where's the honor in that?" Alpha-One asked, his is voice strong and powerful.
DeQuinchi opened the device on his wrist. Then proceeded to type on it with his claws. A strange sound coming from him like laughter. It sounded like a blown audio speaker that was multiple people laughing.
Moon Knight was the first to realize what was happening before them. "Everybody...run now...get away from the Yautja. Run now...Go!!!"
They did not know why he had warned them, but they trusted that he had a good reason. The team members scattered in different directions, with Alpha-One leading the charge. They ran as fast as they could, trying to put as much distance between themselves and the Yautja as possible.
The explosion rocked Gotham City to its foundation...
12

The timely response to the Yautja's built in bomb was critical and it saved lives. Moon Knight alerting the others prevented massive death totals.
Batman was thankful to Moon Knight and the help that he provided the team. Including the resurrection of Bane. The same could be said for Spider-Man, Daredevil and Frank Castle. Although they had a alternate motive, but stayed to provide whatever help that they could.
Bruce watched Jason and Bette holding each other in a firm embrace. There was a knock on the door. "Come in."
Batgirl walked into the room. Her face full of pain, anger, fear, and uncertainty. She stood there with her bag in hand
"Bruce, I have come here with a reason." Her voice shaking.
"Barbara...what's wrong, honey?" Bruce asked.
"I'm done. I do not want to be Batgirl anymore. The suit and weapon belt are inside the bag." Barbara sits it on the desk.
"What's wrong,Barb?" Bruce asked. Clearly not sure why she's upset, but he was sure it had something to do with Bette.
"I just want to be Barbara not Batgirl. The position is bigger than I am, and it defines me and that way it causes me to be lost." Barbara explained. "When I fall in love, I don't want that to be a team decision."
Batman understood exactly what she meant, and she was probably better off without the team and their opinions. Barbara was bright, beautiful, and charming. Maybe she was being held back by the pressure of being Batgirl.
"I don't necessarily like it, but I understand exactly what you are telling me." Bruce said.
"I just want something else. Perhaps I'll go back to college or something like that."
"You're Batgirl, and the absolute best at the job. Not of just the ladies. You're one of the best period. You and Grayson just understood the position best."
"Who knows, maybe one day I'll come back. You know like Bette did."
"You're way better than her, you know that, right?"
Batgirl nods "I don't know that." She walked out of Bruce's office. The bag was sitting on his desk.
Looking out the window, and thinking about the new situation, noticing that Jason and Bette were gone. The love birds had taken off.
The taxi cab had taken Barbara across the city. The cab stopped in frontvof her father's house. Commissioner Jim Gordon's residence. Her father was happy to see her,and happy that she wasn't going to be working with Batman, but was curious about what was next. He was just concerned with her future. Despite some rough patches and disagreements, Jim Gordon loved his baby girl.
Alfred was stunned to find out that she had quit the team, and that she'd moved out of Wayne Manor.
"I have no doubt that she had her reasons, but it still doesn't feel right." Alfred said.
"In the thirty two years I've been doing this, I've wanted to do other things. So that's not unbelievable, but it's her demeanor...something was off." Bruce responded with a hint of sadness.
"Have you attempted to check on her?" Alfred inquired.
" Not yet...she's only been gone a couple of hours." Bruce clarified.
"...she may need some space..." Alfred said, he was certain that something was up. He knew the young lady.
"Alfred, do you really believe that?" Bruce asked, he'd been around long enough to know better.
"Then I'll go check on her." Bruce said, he was concerned and he didn't want to ignore a gut feeling, especially from Alfred.
"She's a woman now, not a little girl." Alfred added, referring to how Barbara was always Bruce's little girl.
"I know that." Bruce replied, knowing that he wasn't about to tell Barbara Gordon what to do.
Bruce thought he'd call and see if he could invite her to dinner. Alfred couldn't help but feel a sense of being helpless, but Bruce wanted him to be there, and help him understand her. Alfred had a way with all the Bat-children. They loved him as Bruce always had.
The phone rang, and Jim picked up. "Hello?"
"Hello, it's Bruce."
"Bruce, how are you doing?" Jim asked.
"I'm fine," he answered, "How is Barbara?"
"She's doing fine...she went to bed early." Jim said. "It was an emotionally exhausting day."
“Yeah, I bet it was.” Bruce agreed with Jim.
"Is there any reason why you're calling?" Jim asked, wondering if there was more to the call than just asking about Barbara's wellbeing.
"No, I was just wondering about how she's doing." Bruce answered.
"She's doing okay. She doesn't want to talk for whatever reason. I know that I'm not getting anything else out of her" Jim clarified.
"Do you mind if I speak to her?" Bruce asked, and for this he didn't want to take no for an answer.
"You can try, but don't expect much." Jim said, and they were in agreement.
"Thank you Jim." Bruce said, and he hung up.
Jim sighed, he wanted to say no, but he knew that his old friend was worried. Jim walked to Barbara's door, and knocked. "Honey, do you have a minute?"
There was a slight silence, but just a moment later, she responded. "Yeah, come in." she answered with an uncertain tone.
Jim opened the door, just to see the look on her face. She was sitting on the edge of her bed, and she looked up at her father.
"Bruce called. He wants to talk to you." Jim said, hoping that she would speak with him.
"Did he, huh?" Barbara inquired.
"Yeah," Jim said. "He's worried about you. We both are."
"That's not necessary." Barbara said, she stood up and walked toward her dad.
"It is necessary, sweetie." Jim replied. "He's concerned about you."
"I'm a big girl." Barbara said, as she looked at her dad with an expression of determination.
"Why? Because I'm done being a character who's larger than I am?" Barbara questioned.
"I don't understand your reasoning behind it." Jim said, her decision had left him with more questions than answers.
"If you don't understand it now, the you probably never will. I want to be known as Barbara Gordon, not as Batgirl. Nobody knows that I'm Batgirl, but when Barbara becomes a prominent member of Gotham City, they'll know."
Jim knew what she'd meant, and he didn't like the idea. "What is it that you want to do exactly?"
"I'm not sure...I'll find a way. I might go back to school or something like that."
Jim was worried and it was visible on his face. "Is this what you really want? Are you sure, Honey?"
"Perhaps I'll become the city's mayor." She smiled.
Jim nodded, knowing that his little girl growing up hadn't left with his approval. However, he was hopeful about her decisions. She was intelligent, and it was possible. "That's a little much, don't you think?"
"Don't do that. I thought a few moments and almost lost it." Jim said with humor in his voice.
Barbara hugged him tightly. "I'm still your baby girl." She said.
"You'll always be my baby." Jim said, hugging her.
Barbara hugged him tightly. "I'm still your baby girl." She said.
"You'll always be my baby." Jim said, hugging her.
"You know that I'm worried, right? You don't have it together. I know that." Jim asked, and he was expecting an honest answer.
"Yes, I know. But you don't have anything to worry about. Dad, I'm going to be fine." She was trying to reassure him, but he felt concerned anyway.
On the grounds of the Mayfield Apartment Complex, Harley Quinn waited outside the complex. She knew Jason was inside their with Bette, and when they came out she had a little surprise for Bette. Her baseball bat in hand.
Barbara had told Harley Quinn that she was leaving the Bat-team. This only further fueled her rage and anger. Little innocent Harley could be the ultimate bitch, and they were about to see the worst of her. It was a side of her she didn't even like.
Jason was in the apartment with Bette when the doorbell rang. "I wonder whom this could be?" Bette asked.
Jason was curious himself. "I don't know who that could be."
"I'll get it." Bette said, and she headed for the door."
Jason followed Bette to the door, and he was right behind her as she was opening the door. When he reached the door to look, there was nobody there. The only thing that they saw was the baseball bat flying to their legs. Bette hopped over on her left foot only to fall to another blow. Jason took the full blow to the head. He was laid out and laying right next to Bette.
Harley Quinn walked off in to the night.
Alfred took the call around 8:30 pm. "Wayne residence." His voice both steady and firm. Business like in tone.
"This is investigator Harvey Bullock. Can I speak with Mr. Wayne please?" He asked.
"No...Mr. Wayne isn't home at the moment." Alfred said.
"Is that right? Well when do you expect him home?"
"He's out with a young lady...it's hard to tell." Alfred said.
Bullock was frustrated. "Have him call me as soon as he gets back."
"Of course sir. I will give him the message." Alfred said, before he hung up the phone.
Alfred called Jim Gordon next, and he picked up. "Gordon speaking."
"Hello, sir, this is Alfred of Wayne Manor. I wanted to let you know that Jason Todd and Barbara Gordon have been assaulted and taken to the emergency room. "
"How do you know this, sir?" Gordon asked.
Alfred had been listening to the police scanner. "I was listening to the scanner, and heard their address. It wasn't difficult to figure out who the victims were." Alfred said.
Jim could understand perfectly. "This is why I don't want her patrolling the city. Did they say who done it? "
"Not at the moment. The police haven't found any trace on the person who did it. I am heading over to the hospital." Alfred said.
"I'm going to meet you there. This is bullshit." Gordon said.
"I'll meet you there. See you soon, and stay calm." Alfred implored.
Jim was surprised, yet relieved. "Oh...thank God she's with Bruce. I can't imagine the consequences if something happened to her."
"She's fine. I assure you. She's in good hands." Alfred added.
"Can you find out who's investing the case, is it Bullock?" Alfred asked.
"I believe Bullock is working this one. He's probably already working it. I'll find out." Jim said.
"Please keep me informed." Alfred requested.
"I will...I'll see you when you get there." Jim said and hung up.
Nightwing was working the Gotham City streets for Batman. Things weren't going on as normal, or he'd never have been working out there by himself.
Nightwing sat down, and prepared to take a break. He took this time to check the news on his phone. Nothing had happened.
Things had been quite smooth in Gotham City since Alpha-One had beaten the Yautja, and sent the Predators packing. Nightwing had questioned the selection of Alpha-One, but he realized in hind sight he was wrong. That was the best choice. Had Barbara quit because of her loss of Alpha-One?
"Nightwing...meet Batman at the hospital, Alfred is there with Jason and Bette." Bruce's message said.
Nightwing was moving toward the hospital, following the location Batman gave him. He was worried about what was happening there, and he knew he needed to get there as quickly as possible.
Nightwing could feel the sense of worry in the message, and it made him a little concerned. He quickly made his way to the hospital.
Nightwing greeted them. "I got the message. Got here as quick as I could."
He could sense the tension in Batman's voice. It was unusual to hear him so emotionally removed, and it made Nightwing wonder what was going on.
"What's going on? What's wrong?" Nightwing asked, concern in his voice.
Batman looked at him, his expression somber. "It's Bette and Jason. They was found unconscious in his apartment, and Alfred is with her now."
Nightwing felt a jolt of alarm at the news. "What happened? Are they okay?"
Batman shook his head. "We don't know yet. They were unconscious when the neighbor found them. We need to get out there and see what we can find out."
Nightwing remembered the fight between Bette and Batgirl, as well as Harley Quinn. His heart sank deep, and wondered if he should mention it.
"Do you think it's the Joker?" Nightwing asked.
"No...he has not been in Gotham City for over a year. I think Frank Castle might very well have killed him."
Nightwing was surprised to hear this. "The Punisher killed the Joker? When did that happen? That would have made headlines."
"I don't know that he did, but he had a bounty on Joker, and nobody had seen Joker since then. It's not fact, but I've wondered." Batman responded.
Nightwing was still surprised. "That's pretty significant if it's true. The Joker has been quiet for a while, but I didn't think the Punisher would be able to take him out that easily."
"Frank Castle is an effective killer. It's like it was made for it." Batman said.
Nightwing couldn't disagree with that. "True...the Punisher is a force to be reckoned with.
Jim Gordon joined the conversation with Batman and Nightwing. "We don't have a damn thing really, but we are all together in this." Jim said.
"What if it were, Barbara?" Nightwing asked.
Batman was about to interrupt that question, but Barbara and Bette had been at odds about Barbara's commitment to the team. It was unlikely, but not impossible.
Jim looked at Nightwing, sensing the tension in the air. "What makes you think it was Barbara?"
"They weren't exactly getting along lately." Nightwing replied. "But I doubt she was capable of this."
"You might not want to rule it out just yet." Jim said. "We don't know who it was."
Batman knew Jim was right. "We need to keep an open mind. It could have been anyone."
The three men went silent for a moment, each lost in thought about the possible suspects.
Jim spoke up again. "We should head inside the hospital and see what we can find out."
Harley's Hideout
Harley Quinn started to think about it as she was inside her hideout. She'd popped some pills and had a few drinks. The thought of what she'd done haunting her. She felt horrible about what she'd done, but she was angry, hurt, and she felt disrespected.
Batman and Nightwing were both searching for her. She wanted to turn family, but since joining them she had never felt accepted. Bette rejoined the team and took her man. That type of bold disrespect wouldn't be tolerated. The crazy bitch comes out first.
"Harley, babe...you just did what you had to do." She said to herself.
They knew where her hideout was. Harley was going to wait for them to come get her, but she wanted more wine. She sat there trying to decide.
Batman and Nightwing went to Harley's hideout into the underground city. There was another empty bottle of wine and a burning candle on a table in the middle of the room. Batman could smell her scent in the air. "She's been here."
Nightwing also caught on to the clues before them. "Yeah, I think that she's no more than five minutes away."
"You stay here, see if she comes back. I'm gonna have a look around outside." Batman said.
Harley didn't go back to the hideout. She just walked the sidewalks and was thinking. Soon she found herself at Wayne Manor. She tried the door handle, and Alfred had left it unlocked in a rush. Harley went inside. Went into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of that expensive wine.
Harley liked the cheap shit better. She went into Bruce's office and hid in the corner. He'd come in and log the night's activities. He'd never see her coming. The wine was starting to catch up with her. The more Bruce crossed her mind, the less she wanted to kill him. Right the opposite. She wanted to make love to him.
Harley's hand found her puffy, swollen, aroused vagina lips. Her mind was on Bruce Wayne fucking her. Her hand was now moving at a feverish pace. She was chasing her orgasm that eluded her at the moment. Still she was locked among these dirty thoughts of Batsy. He'd ravish her body and take her like the little slut that she was. She had wanted him inside her for so long. She felt something deep in her heart for Batman.
Soon she found herself with her middle finger and ring finger inside her. Her palm hitting her clit. She hit the right place and caught her orgasm. Her pussy squirting on the floor beneath the desk. Her Bruce fantasy wins again.
While Batman and Nightwing are looking for her they run into Bane. "Good evening, gentlemen."
They're both shocked to see Bane. "Bane...what are you doing here?" Nightwing asked, trying not to sound too surprised.
"I agreed to help Batman, and fix the problems that plague the city. I'm a man of my word." Bane answered.
"Right. You have kept your word so far." Batman said, his eyes skeptical. "Why are you here now?"
"I'm working the beat, am I not on the night shift?" Bane chuckled.
Batman looked at him with a serious expression. "You're patrolling Gotham? By yourself?"
Bane nods..."I am indeed, Batman, don't they all?"
"Yes, but Gotham can be dangerous even for the most experienced fighter." Batman said, his expression serious.
"Now Batman...you do realize that this is me, Bane."
Batman is unphased. "Yes, I know who you are. But even you have limits, Bane."
"How would you like my assistance, Batman?" Bane asked.
Batman looked at Bane, sizing him up. "I don't think we need your help. We can handle this ourselves."
Batman looked atBane, his expression hardening. "I didn't say I didn't appreciate your help. I just don't think we need it right now."
"Very well...I will call you tomorrow morning." Bane said, and he walked away.
Second guessing everything.
Questioning whether or not he really wanted to worry about Gotham City.
They'd liked his plan and Jim Gordon told Batman that it'd work, and it'd turn the city around. Then it hit him, and it had to be...Batman didn't want to completely fix the problems that plague the city.
Bane realized that Batman probably liked the way things were and preferred if Gotham remained under the control of the mob. It made sense, given the way things had been before Bane arrived.
Gotham had a history of corruption, and Batman had been fighting against it for years. But when Bane stepped in and offered to help, Batman agreed readily enough.
Now that he was actually helping, however, it seemed as though the Batman had suddenly lost interest in fixing the problems of Gotham. It was as if he preferred things this way.
Bane felt a sense of anger and frustration building up inside of him. He had thought that Batman was a good guy, someone who truly cared about the city and wanted to make it a better place.
But it seemed that, all along, Batman had been content to let Gotham remain plagued by crime and corruption. The thought made Bane furious.
13
Bruce entered the office. At his desk was a naked Harley Quinn sitting in his chair. Passed out with her hand on her vagina.
Batman was shocked by the fact that she had broke into his office, drunk, masturbated, and was passed out naked. He knew what he had to ask, but he was speechless.
Harley opened her eyes, and saw Batman standing there. "Mmmmm...heyyya there, handsome bat-guy. You look better without the eye-black. "
"What are you doing in my office?" Batman asked, despite already putting it together.
"I'm not with Jason anymore, you know?" Harley asked. "So I'm going for what I want. What I'd rather have anyway." Harley said, and very seductively.
Batman saw her sitting there, drunk, and naked. He shook his, and knew that she didn't stand a chance. Harley Quinn was beautiful, but she had major issues. Bruce was definitely turned on. She had seemed to have changed as Bruce had accepted her on the team. With that being said, he knew in his gut that she beat up Jason and Bette with a bat.
"How did you get in here?" Batman asked.
"The front door, my love." Harley Quinn said.
"Why are you dressed like that...with no clothes?" Batman asked in disbelief as he observed her body.
"Waiting to be handled by a real man." Harley slurred.
"Oh yeah? What do you consider your type?" Harley asked, getting out of the chair.
"Someone who is the complete opposite of you Harley...I like a certain type of woman. You're not even close to her." Batman said bluntly.
There she was, drunk, nude, horny, and sexy. Alfred was at the hospital. Nobody would really be coming over to catch them. She definitely had the type of body that he liked.
"Then what's your type?" Harley asked, as her voice lowered to a seductive tone, and she placed her hands on his chest.
"There is more to a woman than just her body." Batman responded, he was clearly attracted to her.
"That's true..." Harley said as she moved closer, and her fingers traced the outline of his chest. "...but it helps a lot, doesn't it?" Tracing her nipples.
"It does." Batman said, his eyes tracing the entire contour of her body.
"You like what you see, don't ya?" Harley said teasingly.
"I sure do...but..." Batman told her.
There was no denying that. It was facts. However, that didn't mean he had to tell her that. He didn't have to answer her questions, but he really wanted to use her body. It had been awhile since he'd had sex, and here she was before him nude, sexy, horny, and ready to fuck. Bruce could not think of a good reason not to do so. "Get on your knees." Batman demanded.

Harley immediately dropped to her knees, with a slight smile on her face.
"Good girl." Batman said.
Harley took him into her mouth. His cock completely filling her mouth. It was so huge that it had stunned her,but she didn't hesitate. She needed it before he changed his mind. Batman started bucking his hips. Harley knew that he liked what she was giving him.
"Oh fuck. You're so damn good." Batman responded.
"You want me to go faster?" Harley asked.
"Oh shit...yes. Do that." Batman sat down in the chair. She moved with him never disconnecting from him.
Harley was going fast, but she wanted more. She started going deeper and faster. Occasionally gagging herself as she dripped from her snatch.
"Oh yeah Harley."
"Yes, say my name. Say it again." Harley responded.
Hearing her say "Bat-daddy" almost made Batman lose it. "Ohhhh...don't call me that."
"You don't like it?" Harley said as she slowed down.
"No...I love it. Too much." Batman replied.
"You want it, don't you!" Harley asked, "Show me how much."
"Stand up." Batman said, almost too sternly.
Harley did as directed.
"Turn around." Batman added.
"Oh yea?" Harley asked, doing as told. "I'm all yours, daddy." She spread her cheeks wide open.
"Good..." Batman said, she was completely exposed standing before him. "Get on the desk."
Harley did what he said. She wanted this, needed this, and she was going to get it. Batman sank himself deep inside the warmth of her wet passion.
"Ohhhh!" She screamed. Batman pounded as he held off, but couldn't last long. Harley pulled his face to hers and began to kiss him. He knew her game, and he fell into it immediately. It was sloppy, rough, and full of desire.
"Mmmm...oh, that's so good. I need it." Harley purred.
"Do you want it?" Batman asked, "Beg for it."
"Yes...but, I'm not on the pill, Batsy." Harley said. I want it so bad baby, use me, abuse me, own me, Babe." Her voice shaking.
"You sure about this? Not being on the pill?" Batman asked.
"I know I'm not, and I don't care. I need you inside me." Harley pleaded.
She needed him so badly, and would willingly risk it. Hell she welcomed it in ways.
"Be careful. You'll have to accept your consequences when it's done." Batman warned.
"I already know what they'll be, big boy. Do I look like I care? " Harley inquired.
"I'm close, and we cannot take it back." Batman replied.
"Don't stop." Harley begged, "Please don't. I want to feel it. I want to feel you."
"Oh shit...I'm cumming." Batman said. He was experiencing pure bliss.
"YESSSS!" Harley practically yelled.
They were both panting. Batman held her for a minute, and they both remained silent.
"I needed that." Harley said, finally breaking their silence.
Batman needed it more than he'd confess to, but there was no doubt that she was the best he'd had in a long time.
"Glad to be of service, bat-daddy." Harley said, she slowly stood up. Jizz leaking from her used pussy.
"Careful with the nickname." Batman warned, and she just giggled. Cum leaking from his softening dick.
"Why? You like it." Harley said, trying to walk up to him. "Maybe even love it."
"Yes, I do...but I won't admit it." Batman said.
"You don't want me to tell everybody you're the best ever had?" Harley grinned.
"Don't you even think about it." Batman responded, but secretly found her smile seductive.
The thought came over Batman during the afterglow, that he needed to try to see if Harley Quinn could tell him anything about the beatings of Bette and Jason.
"Harley, do you know anything about Jason and Bette. They were both injured in an attack on them."
Her face said that she knew something about it, and Batman had figured she did. "I might know something." Harley's voice was broken and fear consumed her. "I need you to help me, Bats."
Bruce's demeanor had shifted to listening mode. "What do you mean, Harley?"
"I need protection...and you need to know who hurt them. That was me...I was the one paying them back." Harley says. "They were rude and ugly to Barbs and myself. So they got what they had coming."
Batman knew it was her. In just a few words he knew exactly what she had been up to, and it pissed him off. "You did this?"
"Yeah that's right, and I'd do it again. I'm sorry for what I did, but I don't regret it. They did me wrong and hurt me." Harley defended her actions.
Batman was both angry and hurt by it, he didn't expect it from her. "How could you do that to them? What did they do to you?"
"I only tried to be a part of something bigger than myself. Bette came back took Jason away from me, and threatened both of us. I loved Jason, I care very much about Barbara too." Harley said.
"That's not an excuse, Harley." Bruce said, disappointed. "You think you can get away with it? You can't just go around beating people for your own selfish reasons. You know this."
"No...I will answer for what I did. I'm not sorry for it. They both deserved it. But...it's wrong and I'll own up to that." Harley responded.
"They don't deserve to be assaulted. You took things way too far, and I can't believe you did it." Batman snapped at her.
"I...you don't understand." Harley said, she began to cry.
"Harley, you can talk to me. I'm listening." Batman said gently, his demeanor had changed.
"I...I couldn't take it anymore. I had enough of them, and I snapped. It's not my fault they don't know their place, and Jason is way too good for her." Harley said, she was upset by the truth of it.
"You don't have the right to take that decision away from him." Batman said simply. "Jason makes his own choice, you had nothing to do with it."
Harley started to cry, but stopped it. "If they make me and Barbara feel like they did. They'd get it again. Go ahead and take me in to the GCPD. If that's what you've got to do." Harley said.
"You're willing to go to jail." Batman asked, surprised.
He watched her expression, her emotions, and how she was. Batman didn't see a monster anymore, and it was just a messed up girl who felt the need to defend herself.
Harley was still waiting for her arrest. "Do it, lock me up, Bat...if that's what you think is just." Harley had accepted her fate.
"You're not a villain anymore. I've changed my mind." Batman said, he didn't think jail was necessary.
"Why? Don't you think I need to pay for what I did?" Harley questioned, she was confused.
"No. I have a better deal for you. One that doesn't involve a cell...or cuffs." Batman said.
"That's not what I expected. What sort of deal is it?" Harley asked, and there was a glimmer of hope.
"It would require you to stay clean, and be on your best behavior. You'd have to work for me, and if you slip up...a jail cell is your fate. Deal?" Batman asked.
"That's basically been what I've been doing." Harley Quinn said.
"This will have one major change though. No weapons..." Batman trailed off, knowing how she would react.
"After working with Batgirl and developing fighting skills, I'm a weapon." Harley Quinn flexed her biceps.
Batman knew about her fighting skills, he had observed her in battle and she was good. Her fighting skills were on par with Batgirls, and he wondered how she had become that good, so quickly.
"Batwoman thinks she can beat me up...if I agree, then we can have a fight of her choice. She really believes that she can beat me up. " Harley Quinn said.
"You and Kate will not fight. Ever." Batman made that very clear. "Understood?"
Harley nods. "Okay, but she wants it too. I can guarantee it."
"I don't care what she wants. You're not going to fight her. I want you alive and breathing." Batman said, "and one more thing. You have to give up the clown get up for good."
"Clown...what? Are you calling me a clown too?" Harley glared at Batman.
"I'm not calling you that. I just want you to dress normally. No clown stuff." Batman said. "You do not need facepaint or a clown costume. Just clothes."
"You don't need a Batsuit, but you wear one. I'm Harley Quinn now...not Harleen Quinzel."
"I'm Batman. It's different." Batman pointed out
"I use it to protect people, to keep them safe." Batman retorted."
I do the same." Harley said. I go from Harleen to Harley.
"How do you protect people as Harley?" Batman inquired.
"With you and the Bat Team." Harley answered.
"And as Harley, what's your role on the team?" Questioned Batman, and he knew the answer.
"Master motivator." She said confidently.
"Master of mayhem is more like it." Bruce said with a smirk.
She smiled. "I've changed my ways."
"You certainly have." Batman said, "You've grown into a whole different person.""I'm still me, just a better me." Harley said.
"You know that though, don't you?" She asked, stepping closer to him.
"I do." Batman responded, "You're better and you're a lot stronger and wiser."
"You think I'm all those things?" Harley asked, and she was standing directly in front of him.
"I know you are. You've grown up, Harley." Batman said, not knowing what she was going to do. With her it could be anything.
Harley smiled. She was looking into his eyes, and knew that she was getting to him.
"So...Mr. Bat...are you going to take me in?" She asked, but was doing this just to get him going. "Can I be Batgirl if Barbara leaves for good?"
"No. You can't be Batgirl. That's her name." Batman said, "Why do you keep calling me Mr. Bat? You never do that." Batman said, he was trying not to get frustrated with her.
"Until tonight I never knew what kind of weapon you were using, but I must say...one huge bat!"
Batman wanted to hide his smile, but couldn't hold it back. "Really? You're going there?"
"Oh yeah...I am." Harley said as she put her finger on his chest. "You could really do some damage with what you're packin' in those tights."
"Stop it. Come on, stop it." He said, trying to get her to stop.
"Oh...Mr. Bat, you so want it don't you?" She purred as she pulled him close.
"You know that I do." He said, with his hands placed on her hips.
"I'm glad we agree on that." Harley said, she wanted him desperately.
Batman didn't stop her, Harley was all over him. She had him right where she wanted him.
"Damn...you're hot." Harley said, as she moved her mouth to his neck and began licking it right above his collar.
"You're driving me crazy." Batman said, but didn't make her stop. His hands gripped her hips tightly.
They were looking into each other's eyes intimately."I want you now." Harley said, her teeth lightly bit his neck. "Please."
Batman couldn't hold himself back any longer. He pushed her against the wall.
"Ohhhhh, that's it big boy...have me. I'm all yours. I need you please." Harley said, and her body was trembling.
"Mine, you say?" Batman replied, he found her words to be very arousing.
"Yes, yours. Please take me now." Harley responded as she pulled him closer.
"As you wish." Batman answered, and he took her into his arms.
Their bodies crashed into the wall, she pressed her flesh against him, wanting him badly.
She was wrapped around him, her legs wrapped around his waist, and his powerful muscles pressed against her softness.
Harley grabbed his face and hungrily kissed him, their tongues wrestled.
He pulled her down into a reclining armchair. Their bodies on top of each other, she was on top.
As she sat on top of him, she let out a whimper of pleasure.
"Mmmm." Batman groaned softly.
"I want you, please. Take me, big boy." Harley said, her body shaking with excitement.
The words that escaped her lips was music to his ears. He placed his hand on her thighs and moved them up.
"Oh,my God...what are you doing?" Harley whispered, as she felt his fingers slide closer to their mark.
"You say you want me, do you?" Batman whispered in her ear.
"Yes, yes...I want you. Please don't stop." Harley begged, her desire was uncontrollable.
He knew how she felt, he couldn't control his need for her either.
His fingers continued to slowly slide up her inner thigh.

The Mighty Alpha-One wasn't dead. He couldn't die. Part of him wished he could eventually die, but that wasn't going to happen. He had the ability to withstand any injury, no matter how severe. He'd regenerated from injuries that no other human could have survived. He was almost invincible and immortal.
He had survived battles that would have killed any other fighter, and he'd emerged victorious in every fight. He was along with Superman the most powerful beings on planet Earth.
He was one of the strongest and most powerful beings on planet Earth, but he wasn't indestructible. He could be hurt, and he had been wounded in battle before. He had rapid regeneration. Super accelerated healing.
Despite his incredible power, he wasn't quite invulnerable. He was simply better at healing and recovering from injuries more quickly than any normal human. Alpha-One wasn't human despite looking like one. He was an Alpha Centurion resident, an Alphalite.
He wanted to find Batgirl, and romantically confess his love for her, but he knew that the Yautjas left Gotham City, but Superman was struggling to overcome the Yautja attack in Metropolis. After their defeat in Gotham City they increased the pressure on Superman and Metropolis.
The right thing to do would be to help Superman the way he'd defeated DeQuinchi in Gotham City. Step up in whatever way necessary. Help defeat the Predators. The manhunters of intergalactic battles. The hunters, the warriors, the cybernetic Yautjas, and Gladiator Yautjas.

There was no doubt that there were real feelings between the two of them, and she had incredible pussy and sexual skill set.
When his past was exposed she didn't just turn on him. Even though he said he changed, didn't mean that he did. She believed in him without question. There hadn't been anyone like her in three lifetimes.
Still Alpha-One knew that he was needed in Metropolis, and he flew through the skies into the city under attack. As he landed he saw Spider-Man, who had been in Gotham City, and now was helping in Metropolis. There were many others fighting who Alpha-One never encountered or heard of.
There were cybernetic Predators. These were created when the Yautjas encountered the Terminator John Connor. The machine impressed them with a relentless attack, endless endurance, and indestructible materials. They imagined the Yautja Terminator and the Engineers made this idea become reality.
Alpha-One grabbed a Yautja off of the Martian Manhunter, and landed hard punches into the creature's face until he'd crushed it in. The Yautja's face was completely smashed and unrecognizable.
As he fought, Alpha-One couldn't shake the thoughts of Batgirl that kept creeping into his mind. He wanted to find her, to tell her how he felt, but he knew that the fight was too important. He needed to focus on the battle.
He didn't have time to worry about personal matters while the city was in danger. He had to put aside his feelings for Batgirl, and focus on the task at hand.
"What happened to Superman?" Alpha-One asked.
"The Yautjas took him out with Kryptonite." Wonder Woman answered.
"Damn...I'm starting to see what has happened here." Alpha-One said bluntly. "It ain't good either."
Wonder Woman looked at him with concern. "What do you mean?" she asked, worried.
"We just defeated them in Gotham City. These Yautjas are technologically advanced beyond that of humans. We intrigue them with our perseverance, will to achieve and accomplish, and our hearts and souls. Although technically I'm not human, but that beside the point." Alpha-One explained.
Wonder Woman nodded in understanding. "I see your point," she said. "But we can't let the Yautjas win. We have to protect the city, and we have to find a way to get Superman back into the fight."
Shazam was doing substantial damage with every punch. They hit him with an electrical lazer beam, but it was ineffective and only made Shazam go harder. Alpha-One saw the damage that Shazam was putting on these Predators, and he realized that he had a couple of high level heroes working along his side.
"This is worse than the attack on Gotham City." Alpha-One said. It had dawned on him clearly.
The cybernetic Yautjas were just about unstoppable. They could withstand catastrophic impacts. Alpha-One flew across the city streets, and he flew as fast as he could hitting the cybernetic Yautja. The impact was massive. It sent the machine through a concrete wall.
Moments later it returned from the hole it created inside the building's wall.
"They saved the big guns for last." Alpha-One said.
"Damn..." Wonder Woman muttered. "This is bad."
The cybernetic Yautjas were stronger than ever, and they seemed indestructible. They could take massive damage and keep on fighting.
Alpha-One continued to fight the cybernetic Yautjas, using all of his strength and power. He was determined to protect the city from these powerful enemies.
"I've never seen anything like this before," Wonder Woman said as she fought side by side with Alpha-One. "These cybernetic Yautjas are even scarier than the ones we faced in Gotham City."
"I know." Alpha-One said, his voice grim. "And they keep coming back no matter how many times we take them down. It's like they're not even bothered by the damage they sustain."
"We need to find a way to stop them permanently" she said. "We can't keep just knocking them down and running away."
"They're able to repair each other, but the injured cybernetic Yautjas can fix certain injuries within themselves." Alpha-One explained.
"So they have a healing factor." Wonder Woman said with a frown. "That's going to make them even harder to stop."
"Not only that, but they also seem to have a hivemind, similar to the way the Predator's communicate." Alpha-One pointed out. "They're able to coordinate their attacks and strategize together."
"That makes sense." Wonder Woman said. "They're able to work together and adapt to the situation quickly. We need to find a way to break up their communication and disrupt their coordination."
"That's easier said than done." Alpha-One said. "The cybernetic Yautjas are heavily protected, and their communications are heavily encrypted. It's not going to be easy to break through those defenses."
"Right" Alpha-One agreed, "I could tell they were coordinating their attacks and responding to the tactics we were using. "They were adapting to our efforts to stop them." He added.
Wonder Woman nodded in agreement. "They were definitely responding to our attacks in a way that was almost like they had a hive mind," she said. "They were coordinating their movements and attacks, and it was as if they were able to communicate with each other and respond to our moves."
"Yeah," Alpha-One said, "it's as if they're all connected in some way." He paused and thought for a moment. "Perhaps they have a kind of telepathic link, or maybe they have a central control system that they're all connected to."
"It's possible," Wonder Woman agreed. "Either way, we need to figure out a way to disrupt their communication and coordination. If we can break up their hivemind, we might have a better shot at taking them down."
Alpha-One nodded. "Agreed. We need to find a way to disrupt their hive mind." He thought for a moment. "Perhaps we could use some kind of technology to interfere with their communication. Or maybe we could try to physically disable their central control system."
Wonder Woman nodded in agreement. "Both are good ideas," she said. "We just need to figure out how to implement them quickly. Every minute we spend strategizing is another minute these cybernetic Yautjas are causing destruction.
"You're right," Alpha-One said, his mind already racing with possibilities. "Let's split up and try to find some kind of technology or physical access to their central control system. We can communicate via our earpieces and coordinate our efforts."
"Sounds like a plan," Wonder Woman said, nodding in agreement. "I'll take the east side of the city, and you take the west. Let's stay in constant communication in case we find something."
"You got it," Alpha-One said. They exchanged a quick nod and then soared into the sky, each flying in opposite directions.
Alpha- One focused his attention on the west side of the city, scouring the area for any sign of the central control system for the cybernetic Yautjas. The city was chaos.
As he flew over the city, he could see damage everywhere he looked. Buildings with huge holes in them, fires burning uncontrollably, people screaming as they ran desperately for cover. It was like a scene out of a nightmare. The city was being torn apart by these monstrous beings.
Alpha-One fought off the urge to go and save the civilians, knowing that would only waste time. He needed to keep his focus on the task at hand - finding the central control system. He had to work fast, or else the cybernetic Yautjas would continue to tear the city apart.
He scanned the city for any signs of the central control system. He could see the cybernetic Yautjas everywhere, causing destruction wherever they went.
Some were fighting heroes, while others were rampaging through the city on their own. Alpha-One had to admire their tenacity, even if they were the enemy.
Suddenly, he spotted something on the ground. It was a small building that looked out of place compared to the rest of the city. It was surrounded by a group of cybernetic Yautjas, protecting it with their lives. Alpha-One knew that he had found what he was looking for.
He swooped down and landed a few hundred yards away from the building. He knew that the cybernetic Yautjas were going to be tough to take down, but he also knew that he didn't have a choice. He couldn't let them win.
The creatures turned towards him as soon as he landed, their red eyes locking on to him like a predator tracking its prey.
They moved in unison, their metallic bodies glistening in the light. They were all connected, working as one to protect the central control system.
Alpha-One clenched his fists and prepared for the fight. He knew that it wasn't going to be easy, but he was ready.
He was a warrior, and he didn't back down from a challenge. He was going to take down those cybernetic Yautjas, no matter what it took.
The creatures charged towards him, their bodies moving with lightning speed. Alpha-One leaped into the air, avoiding their charge with a graceful jump. He knew that he had to stay agile and keep moving if he wanted to have a chance at winning.
The cybernetic Yautjas quickly regrouped and charged at him again, their metallic claws slashing through the air.

Alpha-One dodged their attacks, weaving and ducking to avoid their claws. He could feel the wind from their movements and the adrenaline coursing through his veins.
The battle lasted for what seemed like hours. Alpha-One fought with everything he had, using every last bit of him.
The cybernetic Yautjas were relentless, their attacks never ceasing. They were determined to protect the central control system at all costs.
Alpha-One was beginning to tire. He could feel the exhaustion setting in, his limbs becoming heavy and his movements slow. He knew that he had to end this battle soon, or else he would be too tired to fight anymore.
The cybernetic Yautjas seemed to sense his weakening and attacked with renewed fervor. They were like a swarm of machines, their metallic bodies moving with a mechanical precision. They were a formidable opponent, and Alpha- One knew that he couldn't let them get the upper hand.
He fought hard, but the battle was taking a toll on him. He could feel every hit, every blow, and he knew that he was losing strength with every moment. The cybernetic Yautjas kept coming, their metal claws slashing at him, their jaws snapping viciously.
Spider-Man was toying with them. Using his web to temporarily stopping them. The webs didn't stop them permanently, but it make things difficult for them. They were so strong. Any inside fighting was just not a good idea.
Martian Manhunter was holding his own with his strength and skill. He too was feeling the fatigue setting in. Wonder Woman had advanced the treacherous grounds to gain access to the building that Superman was struggling inside of. The Cybernetic Yautjas were relentless and their pursuit never-ending.

Jason Todd was released from the hospital. He had messages from friends who were telling him about the all hands on deck situation in Metropolis. Moon Knight, Spider-Man, and Supergirl, had all called him seeing if he could assist with the fight in Metropolis.
Jason dialed Bruce, but he didn't answer. He was balls deep inside Jason's ex-girlfriend. Since he didn't answer Jason didn't go help out. They hadn't been able to come help in Gotham City.
Jason sat on the bench and thinking about the Yautja and the threat level they were. Those were just facts. However, it didn't make it alright for Red Hood to not do his part.
They needed help, and he knew that, but Bette wasn't out of the hospital, and he didn't want to leave Gotham City until she was. Jason didn't know anything about the cybernetic Yautjas that were destroying Earth's best warriors and protectors. He knew the Kryptonians respond to help Kal-El. Admittedly he didn't know that Metropolis was in a worse position than he'd experienced in Gotham.
Bane had heard of the battle in Metropolis, and he was prepared to go assist with the Yautjas. He knew to take the major damage weapons. He knew the impact that it took to take one down. What he didn't know is that the cybernetic Yautjas were far more durable than the Predators.
Wonder Woman had made it to Superman, Supergirl, and Superwoman were all being held by the Kryptonite. Inside the building she ran into Nick Fury.
Fury looked up as she entered the room, his expression grim."Wonder Woman," he said.
"We need your help. We've got a major problem on our hands." Fury said with fear all over a voice.
Wonder Woman nodded, her eyes taking in the scene before her. She saw Superman, Supergirl, and Superwoman, all trapped and weakened by the Kryptonite. She knew that they couldn't fight back in their current state.
As Wonder Woman prepared to head out into the battle-torn city, Superman approached her. "Wonder Woman," he said, his voice weak but determined, "I want to help. Let me come with you."
"You need to regain your strength and help Alpha-One, Martian Manhunter, and Spider-Man on the front side of the street. "
Superman nodded, understanding the situation. "You're right. But be careful, Wonder Woman. These cybernetic Yautjas are dangerous."
Wonder Woman nodded, a determined expression on her face. "I'll be careful. You focus on regaining your strength and help the others. We'll need your strength once we take down the central control system."
"Wonder Woman?" Superman said again. She turned around quickly.
"Where is Batman?" He asked. Shocked that hadn't shown up.
"Maybe he was injured defending Gotham City." Wonder Woman guessed.
"Maybe," Superman said, though there was a hint of doubt in his voice. "But Batman isn't one to sit out of a fight like this. He would be here if he was able to be."
Wonder Woman nodded, her expression growing more concerned. "I know," she said. "But we can't afford to worry about him right now. We have to focus on the task at hand."
Superman knew she was right, but it didn't make the situation any easier to accept. He nodded, his expression weary. "You're right. We have to focus on the mission. But we'll keep trying to reach him."
Wonder Woman gave him a reassuring smile. "Don't worry. Batman is a tough one. He'll show up when we need him most."
Superman couldn't help but smile weakly at her optimism. "I hope so," he said, his voice filled with a tinge of worry.
He watched as Wonder Woman turned and left the room, her cape flowing behind her as she headed towards the east side.
He couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss.
He took a deep breath, feeling the weight of responsibility on his shoulders.
He had to help the others fight against the invading Yautja threat. He was Superman and he had to play his part.
Superman clenched his fists, steeling himself for battle. He knew he was still feeling weak from the Kryptonite exposure, but he couldn't let that stop him. He took a deep breath and launched himself into the air, flying towards the front line to join the fight.
He landed next to Alpha- One and the others, his eyes locking onto the approaching Yautja predators.
He could see the determination in their eyes, their relentless drive to destroy everything in their path.
"It's good to see you back in action, Superman," Alpha-One said, a hint of relief in his voice. "We could use all the help we can get right now."
Bane showed up with his high powered guns, grenades, and rocket launchers. He had noticed the cybernetic Yautjas, and he realized that he hadn't faced these robotic Predators.
Bane quickly took in the scene before him. He was impressed by the power and resilience of these cybernetic Yautjas. They looked different than the regular Predators he had fought before.
He knew that he needed a different strategy to take them down. He carefully considered his arsenal, choosing the high powered guns, grenades, and rocket launchers that he thought would be most effective.
He hefted one of the high powered guns in his hand and tested its weight and balance. It was a solid weapon, with a lot of firepower. He knew that it would be a good choice for taking out the cybernetic Yautjas.
He checked his supply of rockets and grenades, making sure he had enough for the impending battle. He was ready to face the Yautjas, no matter how tough they were.
"Let's do this," he growled, his mind set on defeating the cybernetic Yautjas. He charged into the battle, ready to take out as many of them as possible.
The cybernetic Yautja predators noticed his arrival and turned their attention towards him. They saw him as a threat and began to move towards him, their metallic bodies moving with terrifying speed.
Bane didn't flinch. He raised his high powered gun and opened fire on the approaching Yautjas. His shots hit them square in their robotic bodies, causing them to stumble momentarily. But they quickly recovered and kept moving towards him.
Bane gritted his teeth, realizing that he would have to be even more aggressive to take them down. He switched to his rocket launcher, aiming it at the group of Yautjas and firing off round after round.
The rockets slammed into the Yautjas, causing them to stumble and falter. But they were tough, and they quickly regained their footing. They continued to advance on Bane, their metallic jaws snapping viciously.
Bane knew he had to keep moving. He couldn't afford to get cornered. He quickly loaded his grenade launcher and fired at the Yautjas, hoping to take out as many of them as possible with each shot.
The grenades exploded amongst the Yautjas, causing a few of them to go down. But the explosion also caused a few nearby buildings to collapse, bringing more destruction to Metropolis.
Bane knew he had to be careful where he aimed his weapons. He needed to take down the Yautjas without causing more collateral damage to the city. He quickly looked around, trying to find a more open area where he could fight without causing more destruction.
He spotted a nearby park and decided it was his best option. He began to fall back towards it, firing off shots and launching grenades at the pursuing Yautjas as he went.
The Yautjas followed him, their metallic eyes locked on their target. They were relentless in their pursuit, determined to take him down no matter what.
Bane reached the park and positioned himself behind some trees and bushes.
He took cover and continued to fire at the approaching Yautja predators.
He was trying to conserve ammo and only took shots that he knew would hit their target.
The Yautjas were undeterred by the cover. They charged towards him, their metallic bodies smashing through whatever obstacles were in their way. They closed in on Bane, their jaws snapping and their claws ready to tear him apart.
Bane was beginning to feel overwhelmed. He was outnumbered and outgunned. But he wasn't going to give up. He kept firing at the Yautjas, trying to take out as many as he could before they reached him.
Moon Knight could see his disposition and he knew that he had to help him. He saw that Bane was in trouble. He knew that he couldn't let him fight alone. He quickly moved towards him, his eyes scanning the area for any possible ways to help.
He spotted a nearby building that was still standing and had a clear view of the park. He quickly made his way to it and climbed up to the roof. From there, he could see the battle unfolding below.
He saw Bane fighting fiercely against the Yautja predators, his shots and grenades taking down a few of them. But there were too many, and he was getting overwhelmed. Moon Knight knew he had to act fast.
He aimed his pistols at the nearest Yautjas and opened fire. His shots hit their target, causing several of them to go down. But more were approaching, determined to take down Bane.
Moon Knight kept firing, trying to clear a path towards Bane. He knew that he had to get to him soon, or else he would be overrun.
He quickly jumped down from the building and started running towards Bane. He dodged and weaved through the wreckage, avoiding the Yautja predators that were trying to stop him.
He made it to the park and joined Bane, fighting alongside him against the approaching Yautjas. Together, they were able to push back against the wave of enemies, their weapons firing in unison.
But the Yautjas were undeterred. They kept coming, their metallic bodies seemingly impervious to pain.
Moon Knight and Bane continued to fight, their movements fluid and precise. They moved together like a well-oiled machine, their years of experience and training kicking in.
Moon Knight and Bane exchanged a glance, acknowledging the dire situation they were in. They knew they had to come up with a new plan, or they would be overrun.
Suddenly, they heard a noise behind them. They turned to see that a couple of Yautjas had managed to flank them and were closing in on them from the back.
Moon Knight and Bane cursed under their breaths and spun around to face the new threat. They kept their weapons at the ready, preparing for the onslaught.
The Yautjas charged forward, their metallic jaws snapping and claws glinting in the sunlight. Moon Knight and Bane stood their ground, aiming their weapons and firing with deadly precision.
They took down the first wave of Yautjas, but more kept coming. It was an endless wave, and they were running out of ammo.
Moon Knight and Bane looked around, searching for a way out. They knew they couldn't keep fighting indefinitely. They were becoming exhausted and overwhelmed.
They were surrounded, with no obvious path to escape. The Yautja predators closed in on them, their metallic bodies glinting in the sunlight.
They raised their weapons one last time, ready to go down fighting. They glanced at each other, their expressions resigned. They had done their best, but it wasn't enough.
Just when things seemed hopeless, they heard a familiar whooshing sound. It was the sound of a cape. But they knew it was something more than that.
They turned to see Batgirl arrive on the scene, her cape and utility belt in place. She saw the two men standing back-to-back, surrounded by the Yautja predators.
They knew they were in trouble.
Just then, they heard a familiar sound in the distance.
It was the sound of a Bat glider. Batman had arrived.
They turned to see him flying high in the sky on his glider, his Cape and Batsuit shining with its black bat inlaid on his chest.
They could all see the worry and concern on his face. Batman landed with a thump, and turned to them, his voice stern.
"Are you alright?" He asked, looking at both of them but his eyes mostly focusing on Batgirl.
Moon Knight and Bane looked relieved at the sight of Batman and Batgirl. They were both injured but managed to give a weak smile and nod.
"We'll be fine." Moon Knight said, though his voice was weak. "Just a few scratches."
Batman nodded, his gaze shifting between them. But his eyes lingered on Batgirl, as if making sure she was alright.
"Good." He said, his tone still serious. "We're going to need all the help we can get from here on out."
Alpha-One saw Batman's arrival. Gliding down into live action. The cybernetic Yautjas saw this too. He flew as fast as he could hitting the cybernetic Yautja predator.
The impact was brutally hard, and for the first time in the battle, the cybernetic Yautja was hurt. It was flailing around on the ground. Badly damaged. Alpha-One felt a surge of energy flowing from the pride that hit brought him.
Superman had recovered from his exposure to the Kryptonite.
He was not happy with the way the Yautjas had used the Kryptonite to subdue him, and destroy his city.
He was pissed, and he unleashed a wrath of hell upon them. When they clashed the cybernetic Yautja held it's own, as the aggressiveness of his anger boiled over.
"You're done now...it's all over." Superman was trying rip the head off the cybernetic Yautja.
The Yautja struggled to break free from Superman's grip, its strength still formidable despite the damage it had taken. But Superman was too strong, his anger fueling him with an inhuman strength.
He slammed the Yautja onto the ground, pinning it with his knee. The Yautja growled and snarled, trying to break free. But Superman was relentless, his grip on the Yautja's neck tight.
Alpha-One was locked onto the cybernetic Yautja's arm when it tried to hit him with his sword. The Alpha Centurion born Earthling was overwhelming the Yautja machine. He tore the arm off the Yautja and unloaded on him with it.
Alpha-One used the Yautja's own arm as a weapon, swinging it with bone crushing blows. The Yautja stumbled and staggered under the onslaught, its metallic body groaning and creaking.
Alpha-One felt a surge of power and confidence as he used the Yautja's arm against it. He could see the failure in the machine's eyes as he continued to pummel it with the stolen arm.
The first Yautja was still flailing uselessly on the ground, unable to move or fight back. It was out of commission, at least for now. Alpha-One left it there and moved on to the next nearest Yautja.
These cybernetic Yautjas just kept coming. They needed to eliminate them in bulk. One at a time was no good. It wasn't cutting it.
The other Yautjas were quickly closing in on him, their metallic bodies moving with frightening speed. But Alpha-One was ready for them.
He had faced these machines before, and he thought he knew their weaknesses. He dodged their attacks, his eyes constantly searching for an opening to counterattack.
He waited for a perfect moment, and when one of the Yautjas overextended itself in a lunge, he struck quickly and hard.
He slammed the Yautja with a quick powerful blow, causing it to stumble backwards. He quickly followed up with a series of punches and kicks, his blows landing hard and true.
The Yautja struggled to keep up, its metallic body faltering under the onslaught. It tried to strike back. But Alpha-One was too fast, too agile. He blocked each blow and countered with his own fierce strikes.
He could feel the rage building within him, fueling his every move. His punches and kicks were precise and brutal, landing with crushing force on the Yautja's metallic exterior.
He felt alive, as if he was tapping into some ancient, primal force within himself. He was unstoppable, a force to be reckoned with. He could feel the Yautja weakening, its movements becoming sluggish and labored.
On the opposite side of the lawn Superman was completely angered and ripping into the cybernetic Yautja. Superman and Alpha-One were managing to rip these indestructible robotic masterpieces apart like action figures.
As Alpha-One and Superman continued their onslaught, the Yautja's resistance seemed to be diminishing. Their moves were more slow and sloppy now, their once unyielding attack faltering in the face of the two warriors' relentless assault.
However, just when it seemed like they were gaining the upper hand, another wave of Yautja machines appeared on the scene. They had emerged from the shadows, their metal bodies glinting in the light.
Alpha-One felt his heart rate increase as he saw the new Yautja machines. These were a whole new level of enemy.
Yet... he refused to let the fear consume him. He would face this new threat head on, just like he had done before. "Bring it on mother fuckers." Shouts Alpha-One.
He clenched his fists and prepared for battle. Beside him, he could hear the deep breaths of Superman, who was also preparing for the fight.
They knew they would need to work together, to fight together, if they wanted to come out of this alive.
"We can do this," Alpha-One said, his voice determined. "We'll take these cybernetic Yautjas down, just like we've done before. We've got each other's backs."
Superman nodded, his expression resolute. "We've fought together before. We'll do it again. We'll make these Yautja machines sorry they ever messed with us."
Spider-Man was shooting their legs with webs. They were slowed down enough for Superman and Alpha-One to attack and then move to the next one. As they were fighting with the cybernetic Yautjas they heard a familiar sound behind them.
"SHAZAM" he shouted.
The two men turned to see Shazam standing there, his hand raised in the air. He had arrived on the scene to join the fight, his powers activated and ready for action.
"About time you showed up" Alpha-One said, a hint of sarcasm in his voice. "We could use some help."
"Hey, I got here as fast as I could" Shazam said with a grin. "I see you guys have been having some fun without me."
"Oh yeah, loads of fun." Alpha-One replied dryly, gesturing to the surrounding battleground. "These guys are a real blast."
Shazam chuckled. "Well, I'm here now. So let's do this."
The three warriors stood side by side, their eyes fixed on the approaching Yautja machines. Alpha-One could feel his heart pounding in his chest as he prepared himself for battle once again.
"Alright" he said, his voice steady. "Let's show these machines what we're made of."
The Yautja machines approached, their metallic bodies moving with frightening speed. But the three warriors were not afraid. They stood ready, their eyes locked onto their opponents.
The team fought with everything they had within them. Alpha-One attacked with lightning-quick punches and kicks, his body moving with grace and precision.
Shazam was a blur of light, his power and strength unmatched.
Superman moved with superhuman speed, his blows landing with devastating force, smashing through the Yautja machines as if they were made of tissue paper.
The three warriors fought side by side, each covering the other's blind spots and working together like a well-oiled machine. They fought with a coordination and synchronization that was almost unnatural.
Every move they made was flawless, every blow perfectly timed and executed. It was as if they had been fighting together their entire life.
The Yautja machines continued to attack, but they were no match for the three warriors. They were outmatched in every way.
Alpha-One could feel the adrenaline coursing through his body, his mind sharp and focused. This was an intense battle, and he knew that they couldn't afford to make a single mistake.
He fought with every ounce of strength and skill he had, dodging and blocking blows with ease. He felt like he was in his element, his mind and body completely in tune with the battle.
Superman's punches smashed through the Yautja machines with ease, his every move calculated to take the machines down.
Shazam's speed and power were unparalleled, his electricity and thunderbolts taking out several machines at once.
They fought them throughout the day and into he night. Throughout the night as the morning sun was on it's up just beyond the horizon. The Yautjas watched their best and futuristic cybernetic Yautjas, were outmatched by the Earth's heroes. The Marvel Shazam, The Mighty Alpha-One, and Superman The Man of Steel.
