Gotham City After Midnight: The Darkseid of Gotham City #4
Gotham City After Midnight
1
Following the defeat and overthrow of Bane. The mayor's office was restored. Jim Gordon was back in the role of cocommissioner. Bruce Wayne helped both financially and physically. His new girlfriend Diana Prince.
Bruce sat in his office. A knock came to the door. "Come in." He called.
The door opened to reveal Alfred.
"Bruce can I speak with you?" Alfred asked.
"Absolutely Alfred." Bruce said, his tone gentle.
Alfred walked over and sat down in a chair. He sighed. "Bruce there's something bothering me." He said.
Bruce leaned forward, giving his full attention.
"What is it Alfred?" He asked.
"It's about your relationship with Diana." Alfred said.
Bruce raised an eyebrow. "What about it?" He inquired.
Alfred sighed again.
"I've tried to understand and accept it, but there's just something about her that doesn't sit well with me. " He said bluntly.
"What exactly is it that bothers you?" Bruce asked.
"I can't quite put my finger on it." Alfred admitted. "It's just...she's so different from anyone you've ever dated."
"She's a princess...so yeah that's different alright."
Alfred nodded.
"That's part of it. She's royalty. You're not. She was born into wealth and power, while you've earned everything you have." He said. "I just worry that she might be using you."
"Don't worry about that, Alfred." Bruce said with a chuckle."You can't blame me for worrying Bruce." Alfred said, a hint of annoyance in his voice.
"I've seen people take advantage of you before, and I don't want to see it happen again."
Bruce leaned back in his chair.
"I appreciate your concern Alfred. But Diana isn't like that." He said with conviction.
Alfred looked at Bruce, and for a moment his stern face softened into something close to a smile.
"Alfred...nobody will ever push you out of the family here, alright?" Bruce assured him.
"Thank you, Bruce. That means a lot to me." He said gruffly.
Bruce could see the vulnerability in Alfred's eyes. He knew that Alfred only wanted what was best for him.
"You just have to trust me, Alfred." Bruce continued. "I know what I'm doing. I care about Diana, and I believe she cares about me too."
"I do, Master Bruce." Alfred said decisively. "I trust you, son. More than I trust anyone."
Bruce smiled. He knew how much those words meant coming from Alfred.
"Thank you, Alfred. That means the world to me." He said.
The telephone started ringing and Alfred was gone. "Wayne residence." Alfred said.
The sound echoing through the hallway. Bruce sat there thinking. "Things are not like they used to be." He said to himself.
He sat in his office, listening to Alfred's muffled voice on the phone.
Things had changed so much in the past few months. Bane was defeated, and Gotham City was slowly starting to return to normalcy. But things would never be quite the same.
Bruce thought back to the battle against Bane. The fear and uncertainty of that time still lingered in his mind. He knew that Gotham would never be truly safe from danger, but he was determined to do everything in his power to protect it.
The sound of the phone ringing stopped and Alfred entered the room."Sorry about that, Master Bruce." Alfred said. "It was Miss Kyle."
Batman raised an eyebrow. Selina Kyle, also known as Catwoman. She had a complicated history with both him and Gotham City.
"What did she want?" Bruce asked.
"She said she needs to talk to you." Alfred replied. "She seemed quite insistent."
"Alright." Bruce said, standing up from his chair. "I'll go talk to her. Do you know where she is?"
Alfred shook his head.
"She didn't say. She just said it was important." He answered.
Bruce thought about Selina and their on again and off again relationship. How it was not good for anyone involved. There was something about her though. Something that made him always try things out with her repetitively.
He sighed. Selina was a complex woman, and their relationship had always been tumultuous. Despite their differences and the constant back-and-forth, Bruce was drawn to her in a way he couldn't quite explain. Perhaps it was her strength, her independence, or just the undeniable chemistry between them.
He headed out of his office, Alfred watching him go.
"Be careful, Bruce." Alfred said.
Bruce nodded. He knew that Selina was unpredictable and dangerous, but he couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity about what she wanted to discuss.
He left the Wayne Enterprises building and headed into the streets of Gotham. The city was still recovering from the damage caused by Bane, but there was a sense of resilience in the air. People were rebuilding and moving forward, despite the challenges they faced.
Bruce walked the streets, keeping a watchful eye on his surroundings. He was always on high alert, even when he wasn't in his Batman suit. He knew that Gotham was a dangerous place, and he was determined to do everything he could to protect it.
Finally, he arrived at the address Selina had given him. It was an old warehouse, abandoned and run-down.
He pushed open the door and entered, scanning the dark interior for any signs of her. The warehouse was empty, except for a few pieces of debris and broken pieces of equipment scattered around.
Bruce took a step forward, and suddenly a voice spoke from the shadows.
"Took you long enough, Bats."
Bruce's head snapped towards the source of the voice. Selina Catwoman emerged from the shadows, her eyes glinting in the dim light.
"Selina." Bruce said, his voice flat.
She strolled towards him, her hips swaying with each step.
"Missed me?" She purred.
Bruce didn't answer. He just stood there, watching her approach. He couldn't help but notice how good she looked in her leather outfit.
Selina came to a stop in front of him, their faces just inches apart.
Selina smirked, noticing the way he was looking at her. She played with the edge of her whip, winding it around her fingers.
"You don't have to deny it, Bats. I know you missed me." She said teaseingly.
Bruce rolled his eyes, trying to ignore the way his heart rate had suddenly increased.
"Cut the flirting, Selina. What do you want?" He asked.
Selina sighed, her expression becoming serious.
"Fine. No more small talk." She said. "I need your help."
Bruce raised an eyebrow, surprised. Selina wasn't usually one to ask for help.
"Help with what?" He asked, curious.
Selina took a step back, arms crossing over her chest.
"I've been a bad girl lately and Penguin wants to kill me." She said, her tone low.
Bruce's interest was piqued.
"What kind of dealings have you been in with Penguin?" He pressed.
Selina took a step back, arms crossing over her chest.
"I've been a bad girl lately and Penguin wants to kill me." She said, her tone low.
Bruce's interest was piqued.
"What kind of dealings have you been in with Penguin?" He pressed.
Selina rolled her eyes.
"Don't get all judgmental on me, Bats. I've been using cocaine, and it was from Penguin, that's it." She said, feigning nonchalance.
Bruce's expression hardened at the mention of her stealing. He had always been at odds with Selina over her criminal activities."You know that you shouldn't use drugs, Selina." He said disapprovingly.
Selina rolled her eyes again, clearly getting annoyed.
"Don't lecture me, Bruce. I can handle myself." She retorted.
Bruce let out a sigh, running a hand over his face.
"I'm sure you think that, but you're wrong." He said, his concern evident.
Selina's expression softened at the genuine worry in his voice.
"Listen, Batman. I don't need your judgement right now. I need your help." She said, her voice quieter. "Penguin isn't the most understanding person, and he's got a...debt collecting problem."
Bruce's expression darkened at the mention of Penguin's violent tendencies. He knew all too well how dangerous the mob boss could be.
"How much do you owe him?" He asked.
"About twenty-five hundred." Selina replied.
"How much do you owe him?" He asked."About twenty-five hundred." Selina replied.
Bruce sighed, shaking his head. Selina always managed to find herself in these kind of situations.
"That's not a small debt." He said, his voice stern.
Selina shrugged, trying to downplay it.
"I've been in worse." She said, but Bruce could see the hint of fear in her eyes.
There was silence between them for a moment. Bruce was still conflicted. He didn't want Selina to get hurt, but he also couldn't condone her illegal activities.
"Why should I help you? Why should I bail you out of this mess?" He asked.
Selina's expression shifted, and for a moment she looked vulnerable.
"Because you care about me, Bats." She said, her voice a low whisper.
Bruce's heart skipped a beat at her words. Damn her for always knowing how to affect him.
He gritted his teeth.
"I shouldn't care about you, Selina. You constantly put yourself in danger." He said, his voice strained.
There was just something about her that nobody would ever understand. Bruce didn't completely understand what the attraction was, but it was magic.
"I've really got to go now, Selina." Bruce said. Knowing that staying would lead to something he couldn't do with her at the moment.
She knew it. His hands hadn't touched her like usual. "Who is your love interest, Bruce?" Her voice filled with seduction.
"Her name is Diana." Bruce answered.
Selina's expression hardened at the mention of Diana.
"Oh, the princess, huh?" She said, a hint of bitterness in her voice.
Bruce could see the jealousy in her eyes, and he couldn't blame her.
"Selina, I..." He started, but she cut him off.
"Don't bother, Bruce. I get it. You've moved on." She said, turning away from him. "And who could resist a literal Amazon..."
"Come by the office tomorrow, and I'll help you out, okay?" Bruce inquired.
"I'm hiding out in this warehouse, and hoping that Penguin and his crew aren't looking for me. Penguin said that he would rape me every time he sees me, until he gets paid."
Bruce shook his head.
Bruce's jaw clenched at Selina's words. The thought of Penguin threatening her like that made him furious, but he tried to keep his emotions in check.
"You shouldn't have got involved with him in the first place, Selina." He said sternly.
"I love you, Bruce." Selina admitted.
Bruce's heart skipped a beat at her confession. He had always known that Selina had feelings for him, but hearing her say it out loud still caught him off guard.
He took a step closer to her, his gaze softer now.
"Selina...you know we can't be together." He said gently.
She was hoping that Bruce would help her on the spot. She really wanted to get some more dope. It didn't work out for her that way, but she could get some cash.
"I'm going to try to make better decisions in the future, Bruce." Her tone convincing.

Benny Wright of the GCPD had already been called to several different domestic calls.
That wasn't uncommon for a weekend night in Gotham, but these were mostly calls involving violence. Benny wondered how bad it might get.
Jason Todd was laying on his bed in the trailer park. Batgirl stopped by the trailer park to check on Jason. Dick Grayson was waiting for her in the car.
Barbara found Jason napping in the bed. "Jason." she said softly.
He snapped right up. "Hey Barb...what's going on?"
Dick and I were out for dinner and I told him we should check in on you.
Jason looked into her eyes, and he could see that she genuinely cared about him. She leaned closer to Jason and he instinctively went to kiss her.
"Jason, what are you doing." She pulled away.
"I'm sorry for that...Barbara."
"I've got to patrol later tonight with Robin. Maybe we'll see each other." Barbara said.
Jason's heart sank as Barbara pulled away from his attempted kiss. He knew he had messed up, but he couldn't help his feelings for her.
"Yeah, maybe we will." He said, attempting to sound nonchalant.
Barbara left the trailer and Jason was alone again, his thoughts filled with regrets. He knew he had to be more respectful of her feelings, but he couldn't shake his attraction to her.
She was back with Dick and she seemed happy. He didn't want to cross his bat-brother, but they'd fucked around on the side before.
Jason didn't intend on staying in all night. He got dressed and went to The Halftime Bar to shoot pool. There was always a game down there.
Jason walked into the Halftime Bar, the familiar sounds of pool balls clacking and drunk patrons chatting filling the air. The place was already buzzing with energy, but he knew he could find a game easily.
He approached the pool tables, scanning the room for someone who looked like they could provide a challenge.
He spotted a guy named Leonard Webb, a local veteran pool player who was known for his skill. Jason sidled up to him.
"Hey Lenny, need a partner?" He asked, confident.
Lenny looked up from his game and nodded at Jason. "Hey, Jason. Sure, I could use one."
Jason smirked and grabbed a pool cue, racking the balls for their game.
They started playing, and Jason's competitive streak kicked in. He was determined to win, and he played with precision and finesse. Lenny was a tough opponent, but Jason was able to keep up.
As they played, Jason's thoughts drifted to Barbara. He couldn't stop thinking about her, despite knowing he shouldn't.
Lenny noticed Jason's distraction. "You're not focused tonight, Jason." He said, lining up a shot. "Something on your mind?"
Jason shrugged, trying to feign nonchalance.
"Just some stuff, man." He said, taking a swig of his beer.
"Is it a girl?" Lenny inquired, a knowing smirk on his face.
"Lack of a good girl." Jason said. He looked around the bar, but only Pam Williams was in there."Give it another hour or so. There will be pussy all over this bar." Lenny said.
The first crowd was bikers. The Gotham Rough Riders motorcycle gang. Jason and Lenny made forty bucks each.
The Jason noticed that Harley Quinn walked into the bar. He knew better than to get mixed up with her again.
He had tried to make it work with her before, but he wasn't going to go that route again. It wouldn't ever work out.
Jason walked out of the Narrows and up towards the lower side by the Historic District. Robin spotted Jason.
"Robin and Batgirl...what's up, tonight?" Jason asked.
Robin and Batgirl had been patrolling the city when they saw Jason. They stopped to talk.
"Hey Jason." Batgirl said, giving him a small smile. Robin nodded in greeting.
Jason couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions.
Robin and Batgirl had been patrolling the city when they saw Jason. They stopped to talk.
"Hey Jason." Batgirl said, giving him a small smile. Robin nodded in greeting.
Jason couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. He couldn't show her affection with Tim with her. Although she might be fooling around with him too.
Barbara wasn't messing around with Tim, but she didn't want to get involved with Jason anymore either, but she couldn't deny the feelings she had for both of them.
They stood thereawkwardly for a moment before Robin spoke up.
"We're heading out. Stay out of trouble." He said, a hint of concern in his voice.
Batgirl looked at Jason, and he could see the conflict in her eyes. She nodded to him before following Robin down the street.
Jason watched them go, feeling a mix of frustration and longing. He knew he had to let go of his feelings for Barbara, but it was easier said than done.
Jason decided to keep walking, trying to shake off the emotions that were swirling inside of him. He wandered through the narrow alleys and side streets of Gotham, the sounds of the city filling his ears.
As he walked, his mind drifted back to his attempt to kiss Barbara earlier that night. He cursed himself for misreading the situation and for putting her on the spot like that. He knew that he had to get over that. Move on and get out of the funk.
Jason went back to the Halftime Bar and Billiards. The bikers were not only still there, but they'd multiplied and were getting wild.
Jason could feel the energy in the room escalating. The bikers were getting rowdier by the minute, and he knew it wouldn't be long before trouble broke out.
He watched from the pool table as the bikers started shoving and jostling each other, yelling obscenities and threatening each other.
Jason tensed, knowing that things could get out of hand quickly.
Sure enough, it didn't take long for a fight to break out between two of the bikers. They slammed into each other, fists flying.
Jason watched as more bikers joined in, the fight turning into an all-out brawl. The bar's patrons scrambled to get out of the way, but Jason stood his ground, ready to intervene ifnecessary.
The bartender, a no-nonsense woman named Trish, grabbed a baseball bat and shouted for them to stop.
"Break it up, you idiots!" She yelled, waving the bat threateningly.
But the bikers were too far gone in their rage to pay her any heed. They kept swinging at each other, furniture and glassware getting knocked over.
Jason knew he couldn't just stand by and watch. He was about to step in when the sound of sirens filled the air.
The bikers stopped fighting, looking around in confusion.
Police cruisers pulled up outside, their lights flashing.
"Oh crap..." One of the bikers whispered.
The police began pouring into the bar, grabbing the rowdy bikers and cuffing them one by one. Jason watched with a mix of relief and satisfaction. He'd been in trouble with the law more times than he could count, but he always appreciated seeing justice served.
The last biker in the bar, a large biker named Hank, was being led out by one of the police officers when he noticed Jason standing there.
"You." He said, his eyes narrowing.
Jason tensed, not liking the look in Hank's eyes.
"Yeah, me." He replied evenly, trying not to show any fear.
Hank pulled away from the officer and stumbled over to Jason. He was obviously drunk, but he was still a big guy.
"You're the one who was playing pool earlier." He said, poking a finger into Jason's chest.
"You're going to be more respectful or I'm going to make you." Jason said firmly and calm.
Hank sneered at Jason's words.
"You think you're tough? I'm gonna show you who's tough!"He slurred, taking a swing at Jason.
But Jason was ready for him. He dodged Hank's punch effortlessly and delivered a lightning quick strike to his jaw.
Hank stumbled back, stunned.
Police officer Weeks who'd been leading him out looked shocked. "Jesus." He said under his breath.
Hank growled and charged at Jason again, but he was too slow. Jason sidestepped and tripped him, causing him to crash to the ground.
The police officer pulled out his handcuffs and quickly cuffed Hank, who was still struggling to get up.
Another officer came over to Jason, looking impressed.
"Nice moves, kid." He said.
"Thanks." Jason said, dusting himself off. He tried to act nonchalant, but inside he was pumped up from the adrenaline rush. The police officers led Hank out of the bar, and the other patrons started to breathe a sigh of relief. The brawl had caused quite a scene, and the place was a mess.
Jason looked over at Trish, the bartender. She was still holding onto the baseball bat, watching him with a mix of curiosity and caution.
He couldn't blame her. He knew his reputation wasn't exactly good.
"You should be alright now, Trish." Jason said.
Then he noticed Becky, a biker chick looking him over. So Jason moved on over closer.
She was a bit older than Jason, but he didn't care. If she wanted to get it on, he would take her home.
He observed her ass in the tight jeans and she knew he was looking too.
"Do you like what you see?" Becky asked.
"You know, I do like it." Jason said back.
Becky smirked at Jason's answer. She could tell he was attracted to her.
"You're not bad looking yourself, you know." She said, her eyes roaming over his body.
Jason felt a spark of excitement at her words. He couldn't help but feel attracted to her, especially with the adrenaline still pumping through his veins.
"So, you coming home with me, or what?" He asked, a cocky grin on his face.
Becky raised an eyebrow, clearly amused by Jason's boldness. But she also looked intrigued.
"You're pretty confident, huh?" She said, a hint of a challenge in her voice.
Jason shrugged, trying to play it cool. "I'm just saying, I know what I like, and I definitely like you."
Becky couldn't help but smile at his words. She was getting more and more drawn in by his confidence and charm.
"I'll come home with you. But I have one condition." She said, holding up a finger.
Jason raised an eyebrow, curious. "What's your condition?" He asked.
Becky leaned closer to him, her eyes locked with his.
"You have to beat me at pool." She said, her voice low and sexy.
Jason's eyes widened in surprise. He wasn't expecting that.
"You want to challenge me to a game of pool?" He asked, a small smile tugging at his lips.
Becky nodded, a determined look on her face. "That's right. If you win, I'm all yours. But if I win, you have to do whatever I say."
Jason couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement at her challenge. He was up for the competition, and the thought of her being "all his" was pretty appealing.
He nodded, a grin spreading across his face. "You're on." he said.
Becky smirked, clearly confident in her skills.
"Don't say I didn't warn you." She said before heading towards the pool table.
Jason followed her over to the table, already feeling the competitive spirit rising in him. He watched as Becky selected a cue stick and racked up the balls.
"You break." She said, stepping back to give him room.Jason lined up his shot and took a deep breath. He had a good feeling about this game. He aimed and struck the cue ball, sending the other balls scattering across the table. A solid went into the corner pocket.
Becky watched him closely, her expression giving nothing away.
Jason looked at her. "So sexy."
Becky couldn't help but smirk at Jason's comment. She knew he was checking her out and she was enjoying the attention.
She leaned over the table, her eyes fixed on the next shot. Jason watched her from the sideline, appreciating the view.
After a few shots back and forth, the game was still pretty close. Jason was concentrating on the game, but he couldn't help but steal glances at Becky whenever she bent over.
Becky noticed his looks, and she couldn't deny that she was enjoying the attention. She was finding herself more and more drawn to him with each passing moment.
Jason watched as Becky leaned over the table again, her body language confident and sexy. She took her shot, and the ball landed in a difficult pocket. Jason couldn't help but admire her skill.
As the game continued, Jason couldn't help but feel a growing attraction towards Becky. They were both competitive and talented, and there was no denying the chemistry between them.
After a few more rounds, the score was getting closer and closer. Jason was fully focused on the game now, but he still found himself getting distracted by her every move.
Each time she bent over to take a shot, he couldn't help but marvel at her well shaped body.
As the game continued and their competitive banter became more and more playful, Jason found himself getting more and more enthralled by her. He could tell that she was enjoying the attention he was giving her just as much as he was enjoying it.
They continued to trade shots back and forth, the tension between them growing with each passing moment.
As the game neared its conclusion, Jason's mind was racing with the possibilities of what might happen after the game was over. He couldn't help but feel excited at the thought of what would happen if he lost.
Becky could see the excitement in his eyes, and she couldn't help but feel a little thrill at the thought of having him under her control.
With the tension between them reaching its peak, the game was coming down to the final shot.
Becky readied herself for the shot, her body language filled with determination. Jason watched her every move, his eyes fixed on her.
She took her shot and sank the final ball, winning the game.
Becky stood up straight, a small victorious smile on her lips. "Looks like I win." She said, her voice dripping with satisfaction.
"Yes...it looks that way." Jason sighed.
Jason nodded, trying to keep his disappointment from showing. "Yeah, you did." He said, his voice a little begrudging.
Becky noticed his expression and her smile widened. "Don't be too upset. You put up a good fight." She said, teasing him.
"So what do you want me to do?" Jason asked.
Becky's smile turned wicked at his question.
"Well, lucky for you, I already have something in mind." She said, her tone dripping with promise.
Jason raised an eyebrow, suddenly feeling a mix of excitement and dread. "Oh yeah?" He asked.
Becky stepped closer to him, her eyes locked on his.
"Oh yeah." She said, her voice low.
Jason's heart started racing as she got closer to him. He knew whatever she had in mind, it was going to be interesting.
Before Jason could say anything more, Becky reached out and grabbed his hand, tugging him towards the bar's exit.
"So you’re a pool shark, huh?" Jason asked
Becky leaned closer to me, her eyes locked with his.
"Yeah, something like that."
He followed her, trying to keep up with her quick pace. "Where are we going?" He asked.
Becky didn't answer, just kept leading him out of the bar. Once they were outside the bar, she finally spoke.
"My bike is parked around the corner." She said, still tugging him behind her.
Jason felt a thrill of excitement at the thought of riding on her bike. He liked a woman who rode a bike.
As they rounded the corner, he saw her bike parked in a small alley. It was a mean-looking motorcycle, all polished chrome and shiny black paint.
Becky let go of his hand and fished a set of keys out of her pocket. With a quick flick of her wrist, she unlocked the bike and threw her leg over, straddling the seat.
She looked back at him, a smirk on her face. "You coming?" She asked.
Becky raised an eyebrow, clearly amused. "Oh, you think you can handle my bike?" She challenged.
Jason couldn't resist a challenge. He stepped closer to the bike, eyeing it up.
"You bet I can." He replied, a confident smirk tugging at his lips.
Becky handed him the keys. "Alright tough guy, prove it." She said, her voice daring him.
Jason took the keys, his hand brushing against hers. Electricity shot through him at the touch, but he tried to keep his cool.
He straddled the bike behind her, feeling her warmth radiating against him.
Becky revved the engine, the sound loud and powerful. Jason could feel the vibration of the bike beneath him, and it filled him with excitement.
"Hang on tight, Jason." She called over her shoulder.
Jason didn't need her to tell him twice. He wrapped his arms around her waist, gripping tightly as she kicked the bike into gear.
The bike lurched forward, and Jason felt a rush of adrenaline as they sped down the alleyway.
The wind whipped through their hair and the city lights flew past as they weaved in and out of traffic.
Jason couldn't help but feel a sense of freedom and excitement as they zoomed down the streets. He could feel Becky's body pressed against his, her scent filling his senses.
They continued riding for a while before finally coming to a stop outside a row of apartment buildings.
Becky killed the engine and climbed off the bike, looking back at Jason.
"Impressed?" She asked, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
"I love motorcycles." Jason said.
She looked at Jason like a tiger eyeing it's prey. "Whatelse do you love?" Her tone of voice seductive.
Jason's heart skipped a beat at her question. He knew what she was implying, and the thought of it made his pulse race.
He took a step closer to her, his voice low. "I could make a list." He said, his eyes locking with hers.
Becky's smirk widened at his response.
"Oh really?" She asked, taking a step closer to him.
Jason could feel the tension between them growing with each passing moment. He was drawn to her, to her boldness and confidence.
"Oh yeah." He said, his voice dropping even lower.
"What do you want from me tonight." Becky asked.
Jason wrapped his arms around her waist and grabbed her thick ass.
"I think you know what I want." Jason spoke low and rough.
Becky's breath hitched at the feel of his hands on her body. She could feel the heat pooling in her core, and she found herself wanting him.
Her eyes flicked up to meet his, and the look in his eyes made her heart race.
"Yeah, I think I do." She said, her voice coming out in a breathy gasp.
The tension between them was electric now, the air heavy with desire. Jason could feel the heat radiating off of her, and all he wanted to do was to taste her.
He pulled her flush against him, their bodies pressed together. He could feel every curve of her body, and he wanted to explore them all.
"What are you waiting for?" Becky asked, her voice low and teasing.
"Shouldn't we go somewhere more private?" Jason asked.
Becky took a step back, breaking the contact between them. It was like the air in his lungs was gone when she moved away from him.
"Good point." She said, a small smirk on her lips.
She took his hand and lead him towards one of the apartment buildings. Jason followed her, his heart racing in anticipation.
They entered the lobby, and Becky led him to the elevators. She pressed the button for the fourth floor.
As they waited for the elevator to arrive, Jason couldn't help but notice the way her hips swayed with every step she took. He was finding it harder and harder to control his desires.
The elevator door opened and they both stepped inside. Becky pressed the button for the fourth floor and the doors closed.
The elevator started to ascend, and Jason suddenly had an idea.
He pressed Becky against the wall of the elevator, trapping her there. She let out a surprised gasp, but her expression quickly turned to one of desire.
"What are you doing?" She asked, her voice breathy.
Jason leaned in close, his lips hovering just above her ear.
"Taking what I want." He murmured.
Becky shivered at his words, a thrill of excitement running through her. She could feel the heat pooling in her core as Jason pushed her against the wall.
His body was pressed against hers, their breaths mixing together in the small space of the elevator.
She looked up at him, her eyes dark with desire.
"And what is it that you want?" She asked, her voice dripping with teasing.
Jason's eyes locked with hers, and the intensity in his gaze made her breath catch. He leaned in even closer, his lips hovering just above her skin.
"You." He said, his voice low and gruff.
Becky's heart skipped a beat at his words. She could feel the heat radiating off of him, and it was driving her wild.
She didn't know how much longer she could resist him.
"I bet you’re already so wet for me, aren’t you? I bet all I have to do is touch you and you’re ready to cum for me."
Becky's breath hitched at his words, her body shivering at the thought.
She could feel the heat pooling between her legs at the thought of him, and her mind was already buzzing with desire.
She licked her lips, her eyes dark with want.
"Yes." She said, her voice little more than a breathy gasp. "I want you."
Jason's eyes darkened with desire as he heard her words. He could feel his own body responding to her, the want and need almost overwhelming.
He took a shaky breath, trying to keep himself together.
"You don't know how badly I want you right now." He said, his voice low and rough.
Becky's heart was racing and she couldn't help but respond to his words.
"Then take me." She said, her voice dripping with desire.
Jason couldn't resist anymore. He closed the space between them, his lips crashing down on hers in a heated kiss. Becky melted against him, their bodies pressed together.
They kissed hungrily, hands roaming over each other. Jason had never felt this kind of connection with someone before, and it was driving him crazy.
He pulled back from the kiss to catch his breath, staring down at her with a look of pure want in his eyes.
"You're killing me here." He murmured.
Becky couldn't help but feel a shiver run down her spine at the intensity of his gaze. She could feel the desire radiating off of him, and it was driving her wild.
She leaned in closer, her hands resting on his chest.
"We're almost at my floor." She said, her voice breathy.
Jason's heart rate quickened at her words. He could feel himself getting impatient.
"Hurry." He said, his voice low and urgent.
Finally, the elevator binged and the doors slid open.
Becky took Jason's hand and lead him down the hall to her apartment. She fumbled with her keys, her hands shaking with excitement.
Jason was practically breathing down her neck, his impatience obvious. He leaned in close, his breath hot on her ear.
"Can you hurry up?" He murmured, his voice low and gruff.
When she opened her apartment door Jason was all over her. He was ripping her clothes off. Hungry for her offerings.
"I want to see you naked." He said, and stripped her bare.
"I bet you’re already so wet for me," I told her, my eyes searching hers.
"My bet is that all I have to do is touch you and you’re ready to cum for me."
Becky's breath came in short gasps as Jason tore off her clothes. She felt exposed, vulnerable, but also strangely excitement.
She could feel the heat radiating off of him, and it only served to fuel her own desire."I want to touch you." Jason said, his voice rough with want.
"Yes," she gasped, her voice barely above a whisper.
Her breath hitched at his words and Jason could tell she was getting more and more turned on by the second.
Becky's heart raced at his words, and she couldn't help but shiver at the thought of him touching her.
"Yes," she gasped, her voice barely above a whisper.
Her breath hitched at his words and Jason could tell she was getting more and more turned on by the second.
Jason's eyes roamed over her body, taking in every curve and contour. She was like a goddess, and he wanted to worship her.
He stepped closer, his hands reaching out to touch her. His fingers traced along her smooth skin, leaving a trail of goosebumps in their wake.
Becky trembled under his touch, her eyes half closed with desire.
Jason was inside her missionary style. Jason wondered if the rocking and shaking of the bed was going to break it.
"Harder...hit it harder...make me cum. I'm almost there." Becky said in a blissful tone.
Jason's heart raced as he heard her words. He could feel the tension building within him, and he knew he was getting close.
He gripped her hips tightly as he pounded into her, his pace quickening. He wanted her to feel every inch of him, wanted her to fall apart under his touch. N
"You're so damn sexy," he panted, his voice rough with desire. He leaned down, capturing her lips in a fierce kiss.
Their bodies moved together in a perfect rhythm, like they were made to fit together.
Becky could feel the pleasure building inside her, growing stronger with every stroke. She was getting closer and closer to the edge, and she didn't know how much longer she could hold on.
She looked up at Jason, her eyes dark with desire.
"Don't stop," she pleaded, her voice breathy. "Keep going."
"I can't hold back much longer..."
Fuck, I'm going to cum...
I gasp, biting my lower lip as my cheeks flush.
"I can't hold back much longer..."
He grunts, his hips thrusting faster, his cock pounding my pussy walls.
She feels his member throb and pulse intensely before erupting deep inside her unprotected womb.
"Stop..." Becky said. "Not inside me, Jason."
"My bad...you told me not to stop."
Jason pulled out of her, and sank down onto the bed beside her. They were both breathing heavily, their bodies still flushed with desire.
Becky's head was buzzing, and she couldn't quite focus on anything except the feeling of Jason's body next to hers.
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, trying to steady herself.
She couldn't believe what had just happened.

The Penguin was back in his spot as the Gotham City Crime Lord. He was moving weapons never seen in the city before. He provided the best cocaine the city had ever seen before.
Batman had a finger on the pulse of Gotham City, and he had at least an idea of what everyone was doing. He remembered the early days when he went into situations of danger ill-advised and under prepared. These days he has a systematic approach.
He knows what to do. He does it and teaches it. Gotham City is a product of the Bat-system of crime fighting. These thoughts came to him as he prepared to go out on patrol. It was a nightly process. One more necessary than ever under the Darkseid cloud of evil on the city.
Batman stepped out onto the rooftop and took in the view of the city. Despite the constant struggles and the never-ending battle against crime, he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in what Gotham had become.
He knew that much of the city's progress was due to his own efforts, but he also knew that he couldn't take all the credit. The Bat-family were accomplishing things he couldn't have alone.
Red Hood was supposed to be on the beat. Batman found that he was missing in action. So Nightwing pulled his shift. Batman was not pissed, but a little disappointed with Jason.
As Batman made his way across the rooftops, he heard a noise below him. He turned and saw a figure huddled behind a dumpster.
He dropped down from the roof, landing silently behind the figure before they could run. When he got closer he recognized Gotham City's Red Hood.
"Sorry I am late. I'm ready to do this thing." Red Hood said.
Batman's expression was stern as he looked at Red Hood.
"You're late." He said, his voice emotionless.
Red Hood shifted under Batman's gaze, looking a little embarrassed.
"Yeah, I know..." He said ruefully. "But I'm here now, right?"
"You work the Strip, and I am going to the Iceberg." Batman said
Red Hood nodded gruffly.
"Fine by me." He said, adjusting his leather jacket.
Batman gave him one final look before launching himself back onto the roof and disappearing into the darkness. Red Hood watched him go, a mix of admiration and frustration filling him.
Red Hood took a deep breath, steeling himself for the night ahead. He knew that patrolling the city was not easy, especially at night.
He started walking, scanning the streets for any signs of trouble. As he walked, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched, but he tried to ignore it.
Realizing that he could not ignore it. He decided to try out outsmart them. He doubled back. He his and watched, but nothing seemed to out the follower.
Red Hood walked through Jay's Bar and then he noticed him. He ordered a beer at the bar to fit in, but it didn't work. Red Hood spotted him.
He walked over to Frank Castle and see what he was doing. He spotted Jason walking up to him."What's up, Frank?" Red Hood asked.
"I thought you were someone I'm looking for here in Gotham City. I've cleared it with Gordon, but I need to see Batman." Frank explained.
"Who are you looking for, Punisher?"
"An Assassin named Deathstroke. I couldn't tell if you were him, but he looks similar to the shape of the outfit." Frank explained.
He didn't want any more problems with Batman, and long ago he agreed to tell Batman that he was in the city. The Bat-family were out every night preventing guys hunting other guys, but The Punisher was different.
Red Hood's eyes narrowed.
"Deathstroke..." He said, the name dripping with disdain.
He knew all about Deathstroke, and he wasn't happy to hear that he was still in Gotham.
"You can't just be roaming the streets looking for him." He said, his voice stern. "Batman will want to handle this."Red Hood's eyes narrowed.
"Deathstroke..." He said, the name dripping with disdain.
He knew all about Deathstroke, and he wasn't happy to hear that he didn't go into hiding like Bane.
"You can't just be roaming the streets looking for him." He said, his voice stern. "Batman will want to handle this."
Meanwhile at the Iceberg Casino and Lounge, Batman went inside.
The Penguin's bodyguards approached Batman, but were unable to prevent him going to the offices in the back of the building.
The Penguin was sitting behind his desk, sorting through a stack of money. He looked up as Batman entered the room, a small smirk tugging at the corners of his beak.
"Batman." He said evenly. "You're a little early tonight."
"Why are you here, Batman?" The Penguin inquired.
"Selina Kyle." Batman said simply. "She's part of the Bat-family, and if you mess with her I'll finish you off." Batman said. "Perminantly." His voice low and somber.
The Penguin raised an eyebrow at Batman's threat, but he didn't seem too concerned.
"I'm just doing business, Batman." He said, his voice nonchalant. "Selina knows better than to steal from me."
"You touch her and I'll kill you." Batman said firmly.
The Penguin leaned back in his chair, a small smirk on his face.
"You'll kill me, huh?" He said, his voice dripping with confidence. "You and I both know you can't do that."
Batman's jaw tightened, but he said nothing. The Penguin's smirk grew wider.
"You're all talk, Batman." He said, his words dripping with mocking. "You won't do a thing to me."
Batman's hands clenched into fists at his sides, but he kept his emotions in check. He knew that the Penguin was baiting him, trying to get a rise out of him.
"You're a criminal, Penguin." He said, his voice low and dangerous. "And I won't let you hurt Selina."The Penguin scoffed.
"Oh, so it's all about Selina now?" He said, his tone mocking.
"She's family." Batman said, his voice firm.
The Penguin rolled his eyes.
"Family, huh? You're getting soft, Batman." He said, his voice dripping with disdain.
Batman took a step closer to the Penguin, his eyes narrowing.
"Don't test me, Penguin." He said, his voice warning. "I'm not afraid to take you down."
The Penguin's smirk widened at Batman's threat.
"Is that right?" He said, his voice challenging.
Batman swiftly moved through the city, making his way towards Selina's apartment. As he went, he couldn't shake the feeling that things were happening in Gotham. With Bane gone and Deathstroke on the loose, he knew he needed to keep a closer eye on the people he cared about.
When he arrived at Selina's apartment building, he used his grappling hook to swing onto her balcony. He knocked on the window, knowing she wouldn't be expecting him.
Red Hood moved throughout the city, and even after catching Frank tailing him, sorting that out, he could feel someone else behind him."Hey...it's me, Batgirl." Barbara said.
Jason stopped and waited for her to catch up with him.
Red Hood turned to see Batgirl approaching him, her cape fluttering behind her.
"Hey, Batgirl." He said, his voice wary.
She came to a stop in front of him, her eyes scanning the area around them.
"You seem on edge." She observed.
Red Hood pulled his mask back and kissed her. That led to Babs going back to the trailer park with Jason.
"I'm glad I got to see you tonight." Jason said honestly.
Batgirl smiled at his words, feeling a warmth in her chest.
"Me too." She said quietly, her eyes locked on his.
There was something different between them in that moment. The chemistry was undeniable.
Jason stepped closer to her, his hand reaching out to brush a strand of hair out of her face. "You drive me crazy." He said lowly.
Batgirl's heart fluttered at his words, the intensity in his voice sending a shiver down her spine.
She closed the distance between them, her body pressing against his. She could feel his heartbeat beneath her fingers, and she felt him shiver.
"You drive me crazy too." She whispered, her voice low and breathless.
Jason's eyes darkened with desire, and he leaned down to capture her lips in a heated kiss.
Batgirl melted into the kiss, wrapping her arms around his neck. His hands came up to hold her hips, pulling her closer if that was possible.
Jason deepened the kiss, his tongue exploring her mouth. His fingers tangled in her hair, gripping tightly.
Batgirl moans softly, her body pressing flushed against his. The tension between them was electric.
She was with Dick, and knew she shouldn't be there with Jason, but she had feelings for him too. When they broke the kiss Barbara said, "you know I shouldn't be here."
Jason sighed, his forehead resting against hers.
"I know." He said, his voice low.
They stood there for a moment, the weight of what they were doing hanging between them. Jason knew he shouldn't be getting involved with Barbara while she was with Dick. But he couldn't help how he felt.
"I can't help but want to be with you." He said quietly.
Jason kissed her softly and deepened the kiss, his tongue exploring her mouth.
His fingers tangled in her hair, gripping tightly as he pulled her head back to gain better access to her lips.
Batgirl moans softly, her body pressing flushed against his.
The tension between them is electric, and Jason can feel himself getting hard.
Batgirl could feel the heat radiating off of Jason, his body pressed against hers. She could feel the desire radiating off of him, and it was making her head swim.
She broke the kiss, looking up at him with flushed cheeks.
"We shouldn't be doing this." She said, her voice breathy.
Jason looked down at her, his eyes dark with desire.
"I know." He said, his voice rough.
They stood there silently for a moment, the tension heavy between them. Batgirl could feel the conflict within herself. She knew she shouldn't be doing this, but she couldn't help how she felt.
Jason could see the struggle in her eyes, and he knew he should let her go, but he couldn't. He couldn't resist the pull he felt towards her.
"I can't stop thinking about you." He said softly, his hand cupping her cheek.
Batgirl's heart fluttered at his words, and she couldn't help but lean into his touch.
"I can't stop thinking about you either." She admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.
Jason's eyes darkened at her confession, and he pulled her closer to him.
"Then we're in the same boat." He said, his voice ragged.
Batgirl shivered at his words, feeling the heat growing between them. She knew she had to stop before things went too far, but she couldn't bring herself to pull away.
Jason looked at her with a mixture of desire and uncertainty.
"We should stop." He said quietly, but there was no conviction in his voice.
Batgirl nodded, agreeing with him even though she didn't really want to stop. She took a small step back, trying to put some space between them.
"You're right." She said, her voice sounding shaky. "We shouldn't be messing around when I still have a thing with Dick.""Oh I know, but you want to...don't you?" Jason came back.
Batgirl felt her cheeks flush at his question.
"Of course I do." She admitted, her voice low.
Jason felt a wave of satisfaction at her words, and he took a step closer to her.
"Then why stop?" He asked, his voice low and rough.
Batgirl looked up at him, her resolve weakening.
"Because I'm technically still with Dick." She said, but there was no conviction in her voice.
Jason's eyes darkened at her words.
"Technically." He repeated, taking another step closer.
"We shouldn't have ever gotten into this situation we're in, but we didn't exactly play things cautiously." Barbara said.
Jason couldn't argue with her there. They had fallen into this situation without much thought, but they were both drawn to each other like moths to a flame.
He took another step closer, closing the distance between them.
"No, we didn't." He said, his voice low.He reached out and gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.
Batgirl shivered at his touch, her body responding to his proximity. She could feel the heat radiating off of him.
Jason's eyes were fixed on hers, the intensity in his gaze making it hard for her to think straight. The tension between them was growing stronger by the second.
He leaned in closer, his face inches from hers.
"You know we shouldn't." He murmured, his voice low and gruff.
Batgirl knew he was right, but she couldn't make herself move away. She was drawn to him in a way she couldn't explain, and it was all consuming.
She could feel the heat between them, the electric tension sparking between them.
She took a deep breath, trying to gather her thoughts.
"I know we shouldn't." She said softly. "But I can't stop wanting you."
Jason's heart skipped a beat at her words, and he couldn't resist the urge to close the distance between them. He reached out and gently cupped her chin, tilting her face up towards his.
"I can't stop wanting you either." He said gruffly, his voice filled with desire.
Batgirl gasped at his words, her body responding to his touch. She couldn't resist him, not when her whole body was screaming for him.
"Jason..." She breathed, her voice uneven.
She reached up to cup his face, her eyes locked on his.
"I want you too." She murmured, her voice thick with desire.
Jason let out a low growl at her admission, his body already reacting to her.
He leaned in close and claimed her lips in a deep, heated kiss. His tongue flicked against her bottom lip, seeking entry. She gasped and he slipped his tongue into her mouth, tasting her.
She groaned, her hands coming up to grip his shoulders tightly. His hands slid down to grab her hips, hauling her closer to him.
The kiss became more and more heated, turning needy and desperate.
Jason's body pressed against hers, their bodies fitting together perfectly.
Batgirl could feel the heat radiating off of him, and her head was spinning. She couldn't remember the last time she had felt this way for someone.
She couldn't recall wanting, no, needing somebody as badly as she needed Jason right now.Jason broke the kiss, his breathing labored.
"Babs...I need you." He panted, his voice rough with desire.
He looked down at her, his eyes hungry with want. Filled with desire.
"I need you so goddamn badly." He repeated, his voice low and needy.
Batgirl could feel herself growing more and more desperate for him. His words were making her weak in the knees, and she could feel the heat pooling between her legs.
She reached up to grip his hair tightly, pulling him down to her.
"I need you too." She breathed, her voice raspy.
Jason groaned at her words, his body already reacting to hers.
He leaned down and kissed her fiercely, his tongue clashing against hers. He wanted her more than he had ever wanted anything. He couldbarely think straight.
He deepened the kiss, wanting to be closer to her. His hands roamed over her body, trying to touch every inch of her that he could.
Batgirl arched into him, her body responding to his touch. Everywhere he touched seemed to tingle, and her mind was clouded with want. Her body was on fire. His touch was electric.
She could feel the tension between them growing stronger, the need becoming unbearable. She wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him closer to her.
Jason groaned against her lips, unable to resist her. His hands found their way to her thighs, gripping them tightly as he tried to get even closer.
He shifted, pressing his body more closely against hers. His hands wandered to the waistband of her pants, teasing the skin there.
"I want to touch you, Babs." He murmured against her lips. "I need to touch you."
His hands pushed up under her shirt, sliding across her bare skin. Her heart rate quickened at his touch, the contact setting her skin ablaze.
Barbara gasped, her mind spinning at the feel of his hands on her bare skin. No one had ever made her feel like this before.
She lifted her hips, letting him slip her pants off.
Jason's eyes darkened as he saw her bare legs. He ran his hands up and down her thighs, savoring the feeling of her soft, smooth skin.
"You're so beautiful." He murmured, his voice rough with desire.
Batgirl shivered at his words, her body responding to his touch. She could feel his eyes on her, and it made her feel both vulnerable and powerful.
She reached up to grip his shoulders, her fingernails digging into his skin. She needed more, and she couldn't take the tension anymore. She needed him.
"Jason..." She pleaded, her voice ragged. "Please, I need you."
Jason's heart skipped a beat at her words, and he couldn't resist her plea. He leaned down, his lips hovering just above hers.
"You have no idea how much I want you." He murmured, his voice low and rough.
His hands slid up over her bare thighs to grip her hips. Lifting her, he positioned her so she straddled him, their bodies meeting in the most intimate way.
Batgirl gasped, her arms going around his neck. Her body pressed against his, every nerve in her body on fire. She could feel him hard against her, and she couldn't help but roll her hips against him.
Jason groaned at her movement, his grip on her hips tightening. He could feel her heat through her thin panties, and it was driving him wild."You're killing me, Babs." He said, his voice strained.
Batgirl couldn't help but smirk at his words. She knew she was driving him crazy, and the power it gave her was intoxicating.
She shifted on his lap, her body rubbing against his in all the right ways. She could feel his breathing quicken, and she knew he was just as affected as she was.
"You're not exactly complaining." She breathed, her lips grazing his ear.
Barbara gasped, her body arching as he filled her completely. She couldn't believe how good it felt, how right it felt to be with him like this.
She wrapped her legs around his waist, her nails digging into his back.
"Y-yes." She breathed, her voice thick with desire.
Jason groaned at her words, his body already responding to her.
He started to move, setting a slow, steady rhythm. Every movement felt like heaven, and he couldn't get enough of her.
His hands roamed over her body, touching her everywhere he could reach. He wanted to memorize every inch of her, wanted to memorize the way she felt beneath him.
Barbara knew she had given in, but she didn't care in the slightest way. She wanted this, needed it, and she was going to get it.
"Harder Jason, hit it harder." She commanded.
He grabbed her hands, pinning them to the couch above her head. He leaned in close, his lips hovering just above hers.
"You feel so good." He murmured, his voice rough with desire.
Barbara gasped at his words, feeling a shiver go down her spine. His grip on her wrists was firm, holding her in place beneath him.
She could feel his body pressed against hers, everything feeling hot and heavy with need.
She lifted her head, their lips just inches apart.
"More." She pleaded, her voice breathy and needy. "I'm almost there."
Jason groaned at her words, his own body on the brink of something intense. He let go of her wrists, shifting his grip to her hips to angle her just right.
"I'll give you whatever you want." He promised, his voice low and rough.
He picked up the pace once more, his body moving in a perfect rhythm with hers. He took was almost there.
The room was filled with their gasps and moans, the sounds echoing off the walls. Jason was losing control, the sensations building to a peak.
He could feel her body tightening around him, and he knew she was close. He leaned down, his lips inches from hers.
"Come for me, Babs." He murmured, his voice gruff with desire.
His words sent a shockwave of pleasure through her, and she couldn't hold back any longer.
She cried out, her back arching and her nails digging into his shoulders as she climaxed.
Jason's grip on her hips tightened as he felt her clench around him, and he wasn't far behind. He groaned her name, his body releasing with a final few ragged thrusts.
They both collapsed onto the couch, panting and spent. Jason rested his head on her chest, listening to the wild beating of her heart.
The morning sun was about to rise over Gotham City when Barbara left for home.
Jason watched as she left, feeling a mixture of contentment and disappointment. He knew that what had happened between them was wrong, but he couldn't seem to regret it.
He ran a hand through his hair, trying to shake off the guilt. He knew he needed to talk to Dick about this, but he wasn't looking forward to that conversation.
Jason got dressed and went outside, heading towards his motorcycle. He was lost in thought as he walked, replaying the events of the night before over and over in his head.
His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of gunfire. He knew immediately what that meant.
He hurried to where the gunfire was coming from. He already knew who it would be.
He arrived at the scene to see Bane and his crew creating chaos. They were terrorizing citizens and causing mayhem throughout the city, and Jason knew he had to stop them.
He took a deep breath, steeling himself for the fight ahead.
"Time to play, Bane." Jason murmured, his voice low and dangerous.
Bane paused in his rampage, turning to face Jason. A slow, cocky smile spread across his face as he recognized him.
"Well, if it isn't the little bird." He said, his voice dripping with disdain. "Back to try and stop me again?"
"You were beaten out Bane, and you ran scared. I'm not afraid of you. I will end your life without a second thought of it." Jason said firmly.
Bane's smile faded, and he let out a low growl.
"You're just a boy playing dress up. I'll snap you like a twig." He said, his eyes narrowing.
Jason held his ground, his grip tightening on his weapon. He wasn't afraid of Bane.
"You can try." He said, his voice steady.
Bane lunged at him, but Jason was ready. He dodged the attack with ease, his movements fluid and precise.
Bane stumbled forward, surprised by Jason's speed. He turned to face him again, a look of anger and contempt on his face.
"You're fast." He grumbled, his voice begrudging. "But you're not that fast."
"What are you doing here in the Narrows, Bane?" Jason asked.
"Any comeback starts at the bottom." Bane growled.
"You are not going to be making a comeback, Bane.
Jason's gun aimed right at Bane's forehead. "Don't make me do it. I'm not Batman...I have no problem with shooting you between the eyes."
Bane paused, his expression turning wary. He knew Jason meant buisness. He could see it the cold, steely look in his eyes.
"Is that a threat?" He asked, his voice gruff.
Jason's finger twitched on the trigger.
"It's a promise." He said, his voice cold and serious.
Bane could see that Jason was not as empathetic as Batman, and sensing that he just might kill him. "What do you know about real power, Red Hood?"
Jason thought about that question, and he did not know how exactly to take it.
"Being Red Hood gives me a level of power." He answered.
"That's not true power. That's a deception, and you think you've got power. You've never experienced real power, like the energy of the Dark Force provides." Bane said firmly.
Jason didn't know what to make out of Bane's statement, but Dark Force Energy was evil and he didn't want to be evil.
"Do you want to feel it, Red Hood? Do you want to be a part of my comeback?"
"No Bane...there's not going to be any comeback for you." Jason said definitively.
Bane realized that Jason wasn't going to listen to him, and he knew he was in for a fight.
"You're going to regret this, Red Hood." He said, his voice cold and menacing.
He lunged at Jason again, this time swinging his fists at his face.
Jason dodged Bane's attack, his movements quick and precise. He knew Bane was a skilled fighter, but he was ready for him.
He countered Bane's attack, delivering a swift kick to his ribs. Bane grunted in pain, backing away slightly.
"Where's the Dark Energy Force now...Bane?" Red Hood questioned.
"You little fucking punk." Bane said with malice.
He charged at Red Hood and tried to deliver the fight ending punch, but Red Hood was too agile for him.
"You have no chance, Bane."
Bane's frustration grew with every failed attack. Jason was fast and nimble, and Bane was having trouble landing a hit.
He gritted his teeth, his anger mounting.
"Enough!" He roared, his voice echoing through the alleyway.
Jason's expression remained calm, even as Bane's anger grew. He knew that he couldn't get emotional in a fight like this.
He took a step forward, his eyes locked on Bane.
"You have two choices, Bane. You can give up and admit defeat, or you can keep attacking me and I will take you out."
Bane's jaw ticked, his anger only intensifying. He didn't want to back down, but he knew he was at a disadvantage.
He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down.
"Fine." He grumbled, his voice rough. "I'll back off...for now."

The police department became more and more saturated with crooked cops. There were a lot on the take.
The city's crime rate was skyrocketing.
The police were struggling to keep up.
The streets were unsafe, and the citizens were starting to lose hope.
Edward Nygma created his own gang. He called them the Laugh Factory. Crazy individuals dressed like Jokers and terrorizing the city.
It was like a new wave of chaos and anarchy had taken over Gotham City.
The police force was overwhelmed, and the street gangs were growing stronger.
The citizens were terrified, and the city was slowly falling apart.
The Phantom Stranger entered Bruce's office at Wayne Towers. Bruce's eyes narrowed. "What can I do for you?" Bruce asked.
"There's a new gang of Jokers in Gotham City. They're called The Laugh Factory." Phantom Stranger said.
Bruce had heard rumors about Nygma's gang, but he didn't know the details. Like using Jokers to terrorize the city.
"The Laugh Factory?" He repeated.
Phantom Stranger nodded.
"Yeah, they've been causing trouble all over town." He said.
Bruce sat back in his chair. Unsure what to make out of the information.
"What are they doing?" Batman asked.
"They're not the biggest issue, but they could change that as they continue to grow." Phantom Stranger said with conviction."Yeah...I'm gonna keep an eye on them. Thanks Stranger." Bruce answered.
Bruce was sitting in front of his Bat-computer, researching The Laugh Factory.
He'd made some discoveries about Edward Nygma's gang.
They were a bunch of Joker impersonators, causing havoc.
The police had their hands full with trying to stop the Laughing Criminals.
"Damnit, Edward. I thought we were done with this crap." Bruce muttered to himself. "Time to pay the Riddler a visit."
Bruce suited up as Batman. He made his way to Edward Nygma's usual hideout, an old, abandoned warehouse on the western side of town.
The area was crawling with Laugh Factory members, dressed in their Joker costumes. Batman hid in the shadows, observing.
The Laugh Factory members were busy setting up their own operations.
They were armed and dangerous, laughing and joking among themselves.
Batman knew he couldn't take them all on at once. He needed to find Nygma or one of the main leaders.
Batman moved silently, sticking to the shadows. He crept closer to the warehouse, trying to find a way inside.
The entrance was guarded by two of the Joker impersonators.
Batman waited for an opportunity.
Edward Nygma finally walked into view. He was with Ra's al Ghul.
Batman knew that they were up to no good, and they would be dangerous with Ra's involved with them. It would not just be riddles and jokes.
Batman watched as Nygma and Ra's spoke between themselves.
They were too far away to hear what they were talking about.
Batman decided to get closer, still remaining hidden.
He slunk through the shadows, keeping his eyes on the two villains.
Nygma and Ra's continued their conversation, unaware of Batman's presence.
Batman was able to get closer, close enough to hear fragments of their discussion.
"...I've been preparing, and it's finally ready." Edward said.
Ra's al Ghul nodded, seemingly pleas Batman
Batman tried to get even closer, trying to hear more of their conversation.
Nygma and Ra's began to move towards the warehouse entrance.
Batman's eyes narrowed, realizing he might lose them soon.
He quietly followed, trying to stay hidden behind crates and other objects.
Batman couldn't believe what he was hearing.
Nygma and Ra's were planning something bigger than just having their own criminal gang.
They were trying to form alliances and expand their operation.
Batman knew he had to stop them, and quick.
Bruce's eyebrows rose.
Bane was getting involved with Nygma and Ra's too? That made things so much more complicated.
He had to be extra careful now.
Batman silently continued to listen in on their conversation.
The air thickened with tension as Bane and Ra's exchanged looks.
Ra's took a step forward, "I understand your desire for expedience but this is not only about rebuilding. This is also about expanding."
Bane's jaw tightened, clearly not pleased with the response. "Expanding to what? Riddles and jokes?"
Ra's smirked, "You underestimate the value of riddles and jokes, my friend. He's making money and he's smart. He knows how to get things done."
Bane huffed, crossing his arms. "I don't see how that can compare to doing our own thing again."
Nygma, who had been silently observing, finally spoke up, "Well, my Joker Impersonators are no joke, literally."
"How did you come up with that, anyway?" Bane snapped at him.
"Because to ever control Gotham City, you've got to control Batman, and to control him, you've got to get in his head. These clowns are all violent criminals I've been able to assemble."
"You've got killers, huh?" Bane said. "Let your toughest guy fight me." He chuckled.
"I'm not afraid of you, Bane. " one of them said aloud.Bane chuckled again, "Well you should be."
Batman wasn't sure if they were going to fight or what. Someone calling Bane's challenge was surprising, but him not beating him down was equally shocking.
Ra's al Ghul and Bane both turned and walked out. They walked away both thinking, but in different ways. They weren't on the same page anymore.
"Where are we going?" Bane asked.
"I have someone that is interested in the Lion's Head Amulet." Ra's al Ghul said.
"That amulet is worthless. How long have you been screwing with it?" Bane said.
"It's an ancient African artifact. It's a very powerful object to the right person." Ra's corrected him.
Ra's and Bane continued their discussion as they walked away.
Batman was left standing there, realizing that he needed more information about The Lion's head amulet if he was going to stop them.
He quietly followed them, staying out of sight, not wanting to be discovered just yet.
Hitman Tommy Monaghan was on the guard shack at the foot of the hill, and a very large mansion up there.
"So it's someone who has money, good." Bane said jokingly.
"Yes, he's a scientist and a doctor." Ra's al Ghul said.
Ra's and Bane approached the guard shack.
Tommy Monaghan was sitting there bored, reading a magazine.
He looked up as they approached. His eyes widened slightly when he saw Bane.
"Gentlemen." He said, standing up. "Can I help you?"
Ra's al Ghul spoke up, "We're here to see Dr. Hugo Strange, please."
"Who are you, sir?" Tommy asked.
"Ra's al Ghul."
Moments later a car picked them up and took them to the mansion. When they walked in they realized it was a extremely large and elaborate science lab inside, the mansion on the hill.
"Hello Ra's...I see that you brought your muscle with you." Hugo Strange said. Looking at Bane's muscular physique.
"This is my partner, Bane." Ra's said.
"Can I see the Lion's Head Amulet?"
"Do you want to sell it or know how to use it?" Strange asked.
Ra's al Ghul and Bane exchanged glances.
Bane's expression hardened. "We're not selling it." he said firmly.
Strange raised an eyebrow "Then you don't have anything to offer, then."
Bane took a step towards Strange, but Ra's al Ghul placed a hand on his shoulder, holding him back.
"Hold on. We have...a proposal." Ra's said.
Strange looked at Ra's, his interest piqued.
"I'm listening."
Ra's al Ghul took a deep breath, prepared to make his proposal.
"We have come to offer a mutual agreement. We offer our services in exchange for something more...valuable."
Strange tilted his head, "Go on..." He was intrigued.
Ra's continued, "We can help you with your research and experiments. We can provide you with information and resources that you may need."
Strange seemed to be considering it. "And what do you want in return?" he asked.
"We want to access the powers of this amulet..." Ra's said. "And your knowledge."
Strange thought for a moment, he was definitely considering it.
Bane shifted impatiently, clearly not happy with this whole deal.
Bane's interest perked up a bit.
Strength and endurance...that sounded like something he'd be interested in.
"So this amulet can give us this power?" Bane asked.
Strange nodded, "In theory, yes."
Ra's al Ghul looked thoughtful. "This could be a powerful asset in our plans.""I can help you with the Lion's Head Amulet." Strange said.
"Oh really, I'm interested." Ra's said. "I'm listening."
Bane crossed his arms. Clearly not interested in this scientific history crap. "You better tell us the truth."
"Well according to what I know it gives the user the ability of the lion. Maximum courage and strength, endurance and determination." Strange said. "But we could test it out and see."
"It's power is generated by the Temples and ancient gods." Strange continued on...
Bane's interest perked up a bit.
Strength and endurance...that sounded like something he'd be interested in.
"So this amulet can give us this power?" Bane asked.
Strange nodded, "In theory, yes."
Ra's al Ghul looked thoughtful. "This could be a powerful asset in our plans."
"But there's a catch." Strange interrupted.
Ra's lifted an eyebrow. "What catch?"
"The amulet isn't stable. It's power will only work for a short period."
Bane's shoulders slumped a bit.
Ra's al Ghul, however, wasn't as discouraged. "How short a period?" He questioned.
"24 hours." Strange answered.
Ra's took a moment to process this information, but Bane clearly seemed put off by it.
"Twenty-four hours? That's it?" Bane asked, annoyed.
"Yes, unfortunately that's the current limit." Strange said.
Baned huffed, clearly not happy with this limitation.
Ra's al Ghul, on the other hand, was still considering it.
"This could still be useful." he said.

Batman had lost the trail of Ra's and Bane. He had no idea that they were in Rockford hills trying to make an ancient African artifact to work for them.He did know that the Riddler was actively working on assembling another gang. His Question Mark Crew hadn't been effective because of Batman, and he was determined to stop them.
Bruce picked up Tim from the Batcave, and Batman and Robin approached the Riddler's warehouse.
"We need to find a way inside without alerting the gangsters." Batman said.
Robin nodded, studying the warehouse's exterior.
"I could slip in through the ventilation system." He suggested.
Batman considered the idea. Robin was small and agile enough to make his way through the vents without being detected.
"Alright," Batman said. "But stay in communication with me. I'll cover the entrance."
Robin nodded and began scaling the wall towards the ventilation system. Batman kept watch, ready to intervene if needed.
Robin made his way through the ventilation system, silently maneuvering through the vents. He reached a grate that led into the main room of the warehouse and peered through it. Below him, he could see the Riddler's gang gathered around a table, discussing their plans.
He quietly removed the grate and dropped down into the room, landing silently behind a stack of crates.
He listened carefully, trying to overhear their conversation.
"We need to step up our game." The Riddler was saying. "Those Bat and Bird freaks have been messing with my operations too much."
Some of the gang members laughed and nodded in agreement.
"The Laugh Factory will be taking over Gotham City soon. When people realize they want to live life to the fullest. Do you all know what that means? It means we have conquered the Bat team and that we're in control." The Riddler boasted.
Robin's mind raced. He needed to find a way to stop the Riddler's plans before they could cause any more damage. He looked around the room for anything that could be used to his advantage.
Suddenly, one of the gang members turned towards him. They had spotted him."Looks like we got a bat-spy!" The gang member shouted, pointing at Robin.
The rest of the gang turned to face him, their expressions turning angry. They started moving towards him menacingly.
Robin quickly activated his wrist communicator.
"Batman, I've been spotted. Could use a little help here." He said urgently.
Batman kicked in the big doors and the men turned back to find nobody there, but they knew better. They not only knew that somebody was there, and they knew it was the Batman.
"Come on out Batman. Don't make us find you."
Batman heard weaknesses in that moment. The tough guy doing the talking had said us. Not that he'd find Batman. No, he needed help.
"Come on out Bats." The lead Joker said.
Edward stood in the back of them with a double barrel shotgun, and a big knife on his side.
"Just listen, Batman. These guys are vicious killers. Like Dobermans waiting to get loose." Riddler said.
Batman remained hidden, observing the situation from the shadows. He noted that Riddler's words about the gang being vicious killers were likely true. They certainly looked ruthless and dangerous.
He waited, watching and listening for the perfect moment to strike. Timing was crucial with these kinds of situations.
Robin had alerted Batgirl and Nightwing. Then he called Red Hood. He didn't call Harley. But she'd get the emergency alert. That went off automatically when Robin signaled that he was spotted.
Red Hood pulled in fast on his motorcycle. He carefully entered the door and saw the Jokers looking for Batman. He unloaded his guns on them as he took cover."Damn you Batman...your boy took out four of my men."
Batman snatched another one from the shadows of darkness.
The Joker Gang scrambled, trying to find cover from the sudden onslaught. Red Hood continued shooting, taking out more of the gang members.
Batman took advantage of the chaos, using his night vision to his advantage. He moved silently, appearing behind the gang members and taking them down one by one.
Riddler, realizing that the situation was spiraling out of control, tried to get to the secret level government weapons he'd gotten from Penguin. The Riddler was an elusive problem to say the least.
Red Hood knew killing these guys went against Batman's code, and he knew it was wrong, but it just felt so damn good. "Come on you dirty slimebags. I'll kill everyone of you." Jason Todd shouted violently.
The Joker Gang members were taken aback by the sudden violence and intensity of Red Hood's attack. They had underestimated him, assuming he'd follow Batman's no-kill rule."He's killing us!" One of the gang members cried out.
Chaos ensued as the gang members tried to stop Red Hood's onslaught. Batman, meanwhile, continued to take down the remaining members of the gang with precision. He was aware of Red Hood's actions but didn't intervene.
Riddler, realizing he was running out of time, made a mad dash for the secret weapons stash.
Nightwing came in firing shots as Red Hood had done, and quickly took cover. Years of intense training and execution at work.
The Joker Gang was now facing a two-pronged attack from both Red Hood and Nightwing. They were outnumbered and outmatched.
Batman took the opportunity to incapacitate another few gang members with his signature moves, his movements fluid and efficient. He knew he couldn't stop Riddler from reach those weapons.Nygma grabbed a lazer-ray gun. Then a couple of strange hand grenades. He hit the switch on the grenade and tossed it in the warehouse.
The blast illuminated the entire warehouse. The force of the blast stopped both Red Hood and Nightwing from being able to move.
Batman and Robin were unaffected by the blast. They couldn't get Red Hood or Nightwing with Nygma looking to blast them with a energy ray gun.
Meanwhile...
In Dr. Hugo Stranger's mansion of science. They had did more research on the amulet. The lion hunters used it to call upon the elder gods to assist them against the lions. The gladiators had used it for it's magical powers in combat.
They had all touched the amulet, but then Bane held it and said, "If this amulet had power...then show us what you've got." His voice was firm and authoritative. The Lion's Head Amulet begun to glow a green light was so powerful that it temporarily blinded them.
When they regained their vision and could see there was an African Warrior who stood before Bane holding the Lion's Head Amulet.
"Who are you?" Bane asked.
"I'm Lion-El an African Warrior. I have the power of the lion." The ancient warrior said.
They looked at him with amazement and disbelief. He was a tall well defined muscular man.
"Look at this shit... we've unlocked Tarzan." Bane laughed.
"I am here now, and I will protect and support the person who holds The Lion's Head."
They looked at Bane. Who handed the Amulet to Ra's. It's your amulet, he's your problem.
"For one million dollars, Mr. Strange and this could be your problem." Ra's al Ghul said calmly.
Doctor Strange studied the amulet carefully. He recognized its power and potential, and he couldn't resist the chance to study it further. He also knew that money wasn't a concern for Ra's Ghul.
"Very well, Mr. Ghul." Strange said, accepting the amulet. "One million dollars it is."
Ra's al Ghul handed over the amulet, and Doctor Strange examined it closely.
"This amulet is truly extraordinary." Strange said. "It contains ancient magic and power that has not been seen in centuries."
Ra's nodded, confident in the amulet's abilities.
"Yes, but remember, Doctor Strange." He said warningly. "You must be careful with this amulet. Its power is not to be trifled with."
Dr. Strange looked up from the amulet, meeting Ra's eyes.
"I understand, Mr. Ghul." He said. "I will handle this amulet with the utmost care and respect."
Ra's nodded, satisfied.
"Good." He said. "I have faith in you, Doctor Strange."
As Ra's turned to leave, Strange called out to him.
"Mr. Ghul?" He said.
Ra's stopped and turned back.
"Yes?" He inquired.
Dr. Strange looked at Ra's, his expression serious.
"I couldn't help but notice that when you mentioned the amulet's power, you referred to it as 'The Lion's Head Amulet.' Is there a reason for that specific name?"
"It was once in the shape of a Lion's Head." He answered. "It's an ancient African artifact. Very old."
Dr. Strange nodded, intrigued by the amulet's history.
"Fascinating." He said. "And you say it was used by African warriors and gladiators in the past?"
"Look at this damn African Warrior it produced here in your lab. What's your name again?"
"Lion-El." The warrior responded.
Dr. Strange turned his attention to the African warrior standing before him.
"Lion-El." He repeated. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
He then turned back to Ra's.
"This amulet's power truly is astounding." Strange marveled. "It literally brought forth an ancient African warrior into our time."
"When you need me just hold the medallion and call my name." Lion-El said.
Dr. Strange nodded, taking out his notebook and writing down the information.
"Thank you, Lion-El." He said.
Ra's cleared his throat, reminding Dr. Strange of his presence.
"Oh, yes." Strange said, looking up from his notes. "I almost forgot about your payment, Mr. Ghul."
Ra's al Ghul smiled, clearly pleased with their arrangement.
"Excellent." He said.
Dr. Strange motioned towards a briefcase on a nearby table.
"Your money as promised."
Ra's walked over to the table and opened the briefcase. His eyes widened as he saw the stack of cash inside.
"Impressive." He said, impressed. "You do know how to do business, Doctor."
Dr. Strange smiled politely.
"Thank you, Mr. Ghul." He said. "And thank you for the opportunity to study this remarkable amulet."
Dr. Strange could summons this ancient African Warrior into existence. It can morph into a lion, or stay in the middle like a hybrid. Ideas for how he'd use the warrior begun running through his mind. The things he could do were almost limitless.
"Just hold the amulet and request him by name." Strange said to himself. "Whoever has the amulet, has the power of the lion. Amazing."
Dr. Strange's mind was racing with the possibilities the amulet presented. He could study it, test its limits, and potentially unlock even more of its ancient power.
The sound of the office door opening snapped him out of his thoughts. He turned to see his secretary, Anna, entering the room.
"Dr. Strange, you have a visitor." She said.
Dr. Strange raised an eyebrow.
"A visitor? At this hour?" He asked, looking at his watch. It was late in the evening.
Anna nodded.
"Yes, they said it was urgent." She replied.
Dr. Strange sighed. He knew he couldn't ignore a visitor who claimed it was urgent.
"Very well." He said. "Send them in."Anna nodded and left the room, closing the door behind her. A few moments later, the door opened again and a man entered the room.
Dr. Strange's eyes widened as he recognized the man. Standing before him was none other than Bane.
Anna nodded and left the room, closing the door behind her. A few moments later, the door opened again and a man entered the room.
Dr. Strange's eyes widened as he recognized the man. Standing before him was the Lex Luthor.
"Hello Lex. How are you doing?"
"I've got some great science equipment that can do amazing things. I wanted to see if you were interested. Military grade equipment." Luthor said.
Dr. Strange raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
"Military grade equipment?" He repeated. "That does sound interesting."
He gestured for Lex to take a seat across from him.
Lex sat down, a confident smile on his face.
"I've been working on some new tech that I think you'll be quite interested in." He said.
Dr. Strange leaned forward, eagerly listening.
Lex continued, describing the various scientific advancements his company had made. Dr. Strange was clearly impressed, his mind racing with ideas and possibilities.
"This is quite impressive, Lex." He said, genuinely fascinated. "Your company's technology could be a game-changer in the world of science."Lex smirked, clearly pleased by Dr. Strange's reaction.
"I knew you'd appreciate it." He said. "I thought maybe we could collaborate on a project together. My tech plus your knowledge of the mystical world could create something truly extraordinary."
Dr. Strange considered the offer. The idea of working together with Lex Luthor was enticing, and the potential for what they could achieve was endless.
"That sounds tempting, Lex." Dr. Strange said. "But why me? Why approach me with this?"
"Because I have almost finished creating a cybernetic Superman. Next will be the Batman. Fully capable cybernetic clones." Luthor said.
Dr. Strange sat up straight, his interest piqued.
"Cybernetic clones?" He repeated, his mind racing with possibilities. "That's quite an ambitious project."
Lex nodded, his confidence growing.
"It's going to be the biggest scientific breakthrough of the century." He bragged. "Imagine having the ability to create unstoppable, obedient super-powered beings."
Dr. Strange's mind was spinning with ideas. The potential applications of this technology were almost limitless.
"It does sound impressive." He said. "But is it safe? I mean, these clones are going to be incredibly powerful. Can they be controlled?"
Lex smirked.
"Control is no issue. My technology is state of the art. These clones will be completely obedient and loyal to whoever holds the necessary controls." He said arrogantly.

Frank Castle was still in Gotham City tracking down Slade Wilson for his client in NYC.He hadn't ran into Batman which was unusual for the length of time he'd been there.
Frank was sitting in the Ace's Up Bar. He had drank him a few beers. Suddenly the bouncers jumped on a guy who'd beaten up another guy. Their plan was to be intimidating and tough, but big guy beat up the two bouncers too.
When he got to the front of the bar, Frank saw Red Hood coming in. Red Hood had no idea there was trouble inside. When he came in the big guy was still shouting and arguing with the staff.
"Hey big boy... you have a problem?" Red Hood asked.
The big guy grabbed Red Hood and threw him across a table. Quickly Jason recovered and Red Hood was back up ready to fight.
However Frank had seen enough from him, and stood up in his face. "You need to cool it. I'm that guy everyone says you will run into. I'm him. It's me." Frank said firmly.
"I don't like the way you are talking to me." He said, and swung a punch at Frank.
The big guy swung his punch, but Frank dodged out of the way. He quickly countered with a punch of his own, landing it squarely on the big guy's jaw.The big guy stumbled back, caught off guard by Frank's quick movement.
Frank dodged out of the way again, and delivered a swift kick to the big guy's stomach.
The big guy doubled over in pain, gasping for breath.
Frank stood over him, his expression stern.
"I warned you." he said.
The bouncers had finally recovered from the previous attack and were watching the scene closely.
"Is that all you got?" Frank said, his voice challenging.
The big guy was fuming, his face turning red with anger.
"You'll pay for that." he said, his voice low and dangerous.
He charged at Frank, trying to throw another punch.
The big guy was still on the ground, trying to catch his breath.
Frank turned to the bouncers and nodded at them.
"Take care of this knucklehead." he said, his voice firm.
The bouncers quickly moved in and escorted the big guy out of the bar.
Babs looked around, and then looked back at Jason.
"I think we should talk." she said, her voice low. "Somewhere private."
"Lead the way." he said, his voice casual.
Babs led Jason to a nearby alley and stopped, making sure they were alone.
She looked up at Jason, her expression serious.
"I need to ask you for a favor." she said.
Jason's expression shifted, his attention completely focused on Babs now.
"What do you need?" he asked, his voice curious.
Babs took a deep breath, her nerves showing.
"I need your help with this situation. I'm not sure if Dick knows about us." Barbara said.
"Did you tell him?"
"What? No!" Babs replied.
"They he doesn't know shit." Red Hood said firmly.
Babs let out a sigh of relief, her shoulders relaxing slightly.
"Thank goodness." she said, her voice low.
Jason gave her a small smile, his expression soft.
"Don't worry, I won't say anything." he said, his voice reassuring.
Babs smiled back, her eyes meeting Jason's.
"Thanks." she said, her voice grateful.
There was a moment of silence between them, a moment of just looking into each other's eyes. Then they did what they knew that they shouldn't do. They kissed each other down on Main Street. Right out in the open, where anybody could've seen.
Jason's arms wound around Babs' waist, pulling her closer.
"We shouldn't be doing this." he murmured, his voice muffled.
Babs' fingers tangled in his hair, holding him tightly.
"I know." she said, her voice barely a whisper.
Despite their words, they couldn't seem to stop themselves.
Their kisses grew more intense, their bodies pressed tightly together.
They were lost in each other, forgetting about the world around them.
Jason's hand slid up Babs' spine, his fingers tracing the line of her vertebrae.
She shivered at the touch, her body responding to him.
They broke apart for a moment, both breathing heavily.
"We really should stop." Jason said, his voice hoarse.Babs nodded.
"You're right." she said, her voice breathless.
They both knew they should stop, but in that moment none of that mattered.
They came together again, their kisses hungry and needy.
Babs and Jason jumped apart, startled.
They looked at Tim, their faces flushed.
"We ah... we were just." Babs started, her voice stammering.
Tim's expression was stern, his eyes narrowing.
"I can clearly see what you were just doing." he said firmly.
Jason took a deep breath, trying to calm his racing heart.
"It's not what it looks like." he said, his voice strained.Tim rolled his eyes, not buying it.
"Oh really? It sure looks like you two were making out in the middle of Main Street." he said bluntly.
Babs couldn't help but feel embarrassed, her face turning red.
"It's not like that." she said, her voice defensive.
Jason tried to make himself look innocent, but he failed miserably.
"We were just... talking." he said, his voice unconvincing.
Tim raised an eyebrow, skeptical.
"Is that what they're calling it these days?" he said dryly.
Babs let out a sigh, realizing that there was no point in trying to deny what they had been doing.
"Okay, fine. We were kissing. Happy now." she said, her voice annoyed.
Tim's expression softened marginally, his sternness fading slightly.
"Just be more careful next time." he said, his voice a little less harsh.
Babs nodded, her face still flushed.
Jason let out a small sigh, his expression sheepish.
Tim looked at the two of them, his expression stern again.
"You two need to be more careful." he repeated, his voice serious.
Jason and Babs both nodded, knowing that he was right.
"We will be." Jason said, his voice subdued.
Jason broke the silence, his voice a little sheepish.
"So... you won't tell Dick, right?" he asked hesitantly.
Tim gave him a small grin, his expression almost impish.
"That depends." he said, his voice teasing.
Jason's expression fell, knowing that Tim was holding this over his head.
"On what?" he asked begrudgingly.Tim shrugged, his smile growing.
"On whether or not I get something out of it." he said, his voice casual.
Jason groaned, realizing he was about to be blackmailed.
Babs couldn't help but roll her eyes, her frustration clear.
"You're kidding me, right?" she said, her voice exasperated.
Tim just shrugged again, his smile unbothered.
"I gotta get something out of this." he said, his voice casual.
Jason gritted his teeth, his expression growing annoyed.
"What do you want?" he asked, his voice resigned.
Tim's expression turned teasing, his smile growing wider.
"Oh, I'm sure we can think of something." he said mysteriously.Babs groaned, her patience wearing thin.
"Can't we just keep this between us?" she asked, her voice plaintive.
Tim shook his head, his smile still playful.
"Nope. I'm gonna need something in return." he said, his tone firm.
Jason sighed, resigning himself to the fact that he was going to have to make a deal.
"Fine. What do you want?" he asked grouchily.
Tim's expression turned sly, his smile growing even wider.
"I'll tell you later." he said mysteriously.
Babs rolled her eyes again, exasperated.
"You're such a pain in the ass." she said, her voice annoyed.
Tim just chuckled, his grin still in place.
"Hey, I never said I wasn't." he said smugly.
Jason let out a frustrated sigh, realizing he was not going to win this one.
The Phantom Stranger stood near by and he knew what was happening. The knew The Dark Energy Force was still controlling the city's residents. Maybe Barbara and Jason were affected by it, or perhaps it was something else entirely. The Phantom Stranger watched Tim and Babs and Jason, his expression thoughtful.
Meanwhile...back at Nygma Tech, Gary and Calvin had made some headway on figuring how to use the futuristic weapons. Edward had gotten them for nearly nothing from Penguin. There were reality altering devices, and plasma lazer guns.
Gary and Calvin were amazed by the advanced technology, their eyes wide with excitement.
"These are incredible." Calvin said, his voice filled with awe.
Edward watched them with a smirk on his face, clearly pleased with their reaction.
"Told you they would be useful." he said smugly.
Gary picked up one of the laser guns, marveling at its sleek design.
"This is insane." he said, his voice excited.
Calvin picked up another gun, his eyes never leaving the weapon.
"What are these even made of?" he asked, genuinely curious.
Edward shrugged, his tone nonchalant.
"Beats me. Penguin didn't exactly give me a manual with the weapons."
Calvin's expression fell, realizing the flaw in his plan.
"Good point." he said, his voice deflating.
"You two are cute when you're planning world domination." he said, his tone teasing.
Gary rolled his eyes, exasperated with Edward.
"We're not little kids. We're just... excited." he said, his voice defensive.
Calvin nodded in agreement.
"We're just exploring our options." he said, trying to sound more mature.
Edward couldn't help but smile at their attempt at being serious.
"Of course, of course." he said, his tone amused.
Gary and Calvin shared a look, realizing they were being made fun of again.
Frank Castle kicked the door in to the laboratory. The Riddler had scientists running an underground meth lab.
"Well you see...the guys fighting need to be aware, alert, and on point." The Riddler boasted.
The men just did whatever he asked. The money was too good. He paid his guys top dollar.
"Where's Deathstroke?" The Punisher asked in a matter-of-fact tone of voice.
The Riddler spun around in his chair to face the Punisher. He was surprised by the sudden appearance of the vigilante, but he quickly hid his surprise behind a smug smirk
"Ah, if it isn't the Punisher." He said mockingly. "To what do I owe the pleasure?"Calvin and Gary were shocked by the sudden intrusion of Castle, but they had no idea what he was capable of doing.
The Punisher ignored the Riddler's mockery and kept his focus on Calvin and Gary. He knew they were just henchmen, hired guns who probably had no idea what they were really helping the Riddler with.
"You two, hands up." He commanded, his voice cold and serious.
Calvin and Gary exchanged nervous glances, clearly startled by the Punisher's command. They slowly raised their hands in the air.
The Riddler watched with a mixture of caution and annoyance. He knew the Punisher was a dangerous man, but he wasn't going to let him ruin his operation.
"Good." The Punisher said, keeping his gun trained on Calvin and Gary.
The Riddler, trying to maintain his cool, cleared his throat.
"You know, Punisher, you're really interrupting something important here." He said, gesturing towards the meth lab.
The Punisher's expression hardened.
"I'm not here for your meth operation, Riddler." He said gruffly. "I'm here for Deathstroke."
"Would you like a million a year job working with my operation here, aye?" Edward offered. He knew he'd be crazy not to try to get Frank.
Castle didn't even consider it for a second. He knew that he couldn't work with or for Nygma. The untrustworthy Riddler.
The Punisher let out a dry chuckle.
"Not interested, Riddler." He said, his gun still trained on Calvin and Gary. "I'm only here for one thing."
The Riddler sighed, realizing that the Punisher wasn't going to be swayed by his offer.
"You're really missing out on a great opportunity here, Punisher." He said, trying to sound nonchalant.
The Punisher snorted.
"Opportunity for what? Becoming a criminal like you?" He spat. "I'm not interested."Calvin and Gary exchanged nervous glances, clearly uneasy about the situation.
"No, sir...I've been legitimate for a while now." The Riddler boasted proudly.
The Punisher rolled his eyes.
"Right, because meth labs are the epitome of legitimacy." He said sarcastically.
"I'm not leaving anything for chance." Nygma said firmly.
"You are what wasted potential looks like. Nygma...you are pretty much a fucking genius." Frank replied.
The Riddler raised an eyebrow at the compliment from the Punisher.
"Flattery will get you nowhere, Punisher." He said, trying to maintain his composure.
Calvin and Gary looked back and forth between them, clearly confused by the unexpected conversation.

Deathstroke’s injuries had healed up, and Slade Wilson was back in the city.
He'd heard that The Punisher was in Gotham City and looking for him.
That would have put fear in a lot of men, but not Deathstroke the Terminator. "You say Frank is a killer, but I'm a killer myself."
Deathstroke's expression was still smug.
"Oh? And why's that?" he asked, his voice challenging.
Red Hood's expression was still firm, his mind still resolute.
"You get paid to kill people." he said simply.
Deathstroke's expression was still amused, his mind still unimpressed.
"And he doesn't?" he asked, his voice mocking.
Red Hood's expression was still firm, his mind still resolute.
"You're hit man." he said, his voice still matter-of fact.
Deathstroke's expression was now stern, his mind now angry.
"I'm a mercenary who takes out the scum of the earth when the law can't get to them." he said, his voice firm.
Red Hood's expression was still firm, his mind still resolute.
"You're nothing but a gun for hire." he said, his voice accusing.
Deathstroke's expression was now angry, his mind even more angry.
"Oh, and he's not?" he asked, his voice now angry.
Red Hood's expression was still firm, his mind still determined.
"No." he said simply. "He's a one man crusade, not a hired merc."
"Why are you here giving me such a warning?" Deathstroke asked. "Don't you want the Punisher to stop me?"
Red Hood looked at him with understanding eyes. "My job is to prevent and stop death and destruction."
Deathstroke's expression was now more calm, his mind now more curious.
"Then why don't you go after the cops that are crooked and corrupt?" he asked, his voice curious now.
Red Hood's expression was still firm, his mind still resolute.
"They're going down too." he said simply.
Deathstroke's expression was now impressed, his mind now more curious.
"You're going after both sides?" he asked, his voice impressed.
Red Hood's expression was still firm, his mind still resolute.
"I'm going after anyone who's guilty." he said, his voice serious.
Jason stood watching for a moment before he turned and walked away.
His mind was still filled with the events that had just occurred.
He knew that there was still so much work to be done.
As he walked through the streets of Gotham, he came across a man being harassed by a group of young kids.
The man was on the ground begging for his life, and the kids were laughing and taunting him.
Jason watched the scene before him, his mind filled with anger.
He couldn't just stand by and watch this happen.
He walked over to the group, his expression serious.
The kids turned to him, their expressions amused.
"Look who it is." one of them said, his voice cocky.
Jason's expression was still firm, his mind still resolute.
"Pick on someone your own size." he said, his voice serious.
The kids didn't back down.
"We can take you." one of them said, his voice smug.
Red Hood stood there silently looking at the little thugs. To end them now would be fixing the city. They're just future criminals. He thought about wasting them one after another, but then thought better of it.
The kids began to get more bold, their confidence growing.
"You won't do anything." one of them said, his voice challenging.
Jason still stood there silently, his mind contemplating their words. The kids continued to taunt him, their arrogance growing.
"You're just a scared little man." one of them said, his voice mocking.
Jason's hand slowly and calmly reached for his sidearm.
The kids didn't notice, their eyes fixed on his Red Hood masked face.
"You don't have it in you." one of them said, his voice almost taunting.
Jason's hand wrapped around the handle of his sidearm, his mind still considering his options.
The kids started to laugh, their arrogance in full force.
"You're not gonna do it." one of them said, his voice loud and mocking.
Jason's expression was still firm, his hand still holding the handle of his sidearm.
The kids saw Jason's hand and they knew he was about to pull the trigger.
Their expressions changed instantly, their eyes going wide with fear.
"W-Wait-" one of them said, his voice stammering.Jason's expression was still firm, his mind still focused on the task at hand.
"Shut up." he said, his voice stern.
The kids were now visibly shaking, their fear taking over.
Jason's expression was still serious, his mind still focused.
"You're lucky I don't." he said, his voice firm.
The kids were now pleading for mercy.
Suddenly and all at once they scattered out away from each other. "It's Batman." One kid said. As they all hid.
Jason turned around and saw Batgirl swinging in from the rooftop of the museum.
She'd spotted Jason with his gun drawn and dropped in. Once she was on the scene, she saw the teenage thugs.
The elder man was nowhere to be seen, but Jason contained the little thugs.
He was not far from shooting the little bastards. Jason's expression was still serious, his mind still focused.
"You're lucky I don't" he said, his voice firm.
The kids were now crying for mercy.
Batgirl grabbed Jason. "What are you doing? They're just kids."
Jason thought about that. "They're future criminals. So it's now or later." His voice low and dangerous.
The little thugs scattering into the darkness of the night. They knew that Batgirl was mean, but she wouldn't kill them.
Batgirl's expression was now filled with concern.
"You can't just go around killing everyone for the crime they might commit." she said, her voice firm.
Jason's expression was still stern, his mind still determined."I'm not killing them for something they might do." he said, his voice firm.
Batgirl's expression was now one of disbelief.
"That's exactly what you're doing!" she said, her voice almost yelling.
Jason's expression was now more frustrated, his mind still focused.
"You don't understand." he said, his voice still firm.
Batgirl's expression was now mixed with anger and confusion.
"No, I do! I understand completely! And I'm telling you that you can't just murder these kids in front of me!" she said, her voice pleading.
"They're gone, Babs." Red Hood said.
Batgirl turned around to look.
"What's wrong with you, Jason?" She asked.
"I think it's the whole situation with Tim earlier today. About sneaking around behind Dick's back, and the whole deal surrounding us."
Batgirl shivered at his words. It was affecting her too, but nothing like Red Hood.Batgirl's expression was now one of concern again.
"You think it's because of that?" she asked, her voice curious.
Red Hood's expression was still serious, his mind still focused.
"Yeah, maybe." he said simply.
Batgirl's expression was still worried, her mind still concerned.
"I don't think he thinks you're afraid of him." she said, her voice soft.
Red Hood's expression was now one of frustration, his mind more frustrated.
"Then what is it, huh? What's with him trying to act like he's better than me?" he asked, his voice growing loud.
She could sense his frustration and anger, but he couldn't just lose her cool. She could even understand why, but he wasn't the Jason that she knew. She could see violence in his eyes and she felt like he could snap.
"Jason, I know you're struggling right now..." she said, her voice gentle yet firm.
Red Hood cut her off, his mind still full of anger.
"You don't know what I'm going through!" he snapped, his voice raised.
Batgirl's expression was still concerned, her mind still caring.
"Then tell me, Jason. Talk to me." she pleaded.
Red Hood's expression was still one of frustration, his mind still conflicted.
"You wouldn't understand." he said, his voice almost bitter.
Batgirl's expression was now hurt, her mind feeling rejected.
"You don't think I would?" she asked, her voice quiet.
Red Hood's expression was now starting to soften, his mind slowly calming down.
"It's not the same." he said, his voice low.
Batgirl's expression was still hurt, her mind still sad.
"How? How is it not the same?" she asked, her voice gentle.
Red Hood's expression was now showing guilt, his mind beginning to feel a little ashamed.
"You're not dealing with the same things that I am." he said, his voice almost defensive.
Batgirl's expression was still hurt, her mind still questioning.
"You don't think I'm dealing with my own things?" she asked, her voice insistent.
Red Hood's expression was now remorseful, his mind starting to see the error of his ways.
"I didn't mean it like that." he said, his voice softer now.
Batgirl's expression was still saddened, her mind still hurting.
"Then what did you mean?" she asked, her voice firmer.
Red Hood's expression was now downcast, his mind finally starting to feel the weight of his words."I just...I don't know." he said, his voice quiet.
Batgirl's expression was still sad, her mind still hurting.
"You just don't know?" she repeated, her voice still firm but softer now.
Jason lifted his mask and they kissed softly with feelings and passion.
Red Hood's expression was still downcast, his mind now feeling the guilt.
"I just...everything's so confused in my head right now." he said, his voice almost defeated.
Neither one of them knew that Tim told Bruce, and he was going to tell Dick. They had to figure that it was coming sooner or later.
Batgirl's expression was still filled with concern, her mind still focused on Jason.
"I understand. Believe me, I do." she said, her voice gentle yet firm.
Red Hood's expression was now one of remorse, his mind now feeling terrible.
"I'm sorry." he said, his voice barely a whisper.Batgirl's expression was still saddened, her mind still saddened.
"I know you're sorry, and I know you're going through a lot." she said gently.
Red Hood's expression was now filled with guilt, his mind now knowing he had messed up majorly.
"I just...I didn't mean to take it out on you." he murmured, his voice low.

The Dark Force Energy consumed Gotham City like the plague."Anybody seen Slade Wilson?" Frank's voice low and rough.
There was a moment of silence before one of the barmen spoke up.
"Last I heard, he was working downtown." he said, his voice casual.
The Punisher looked over, "who said that?" He asked, low and gruff.
The bartender who spoke up shrank back a little, intimidated by The Punisher's intimidating demeanor.
"I-I did." he said, his voice trembling slightly.
The Punisher's expression softened slightly at the bartender's fear, but he still looked stern.
"You got a name?" he asked gruffly.
The bartender swallowed nervously, his voice still shaky.
"J-John." he said, his name barely a whisper.John took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down.
"John, I'm Frank. How do you know about Wilson?" The Punisher's voice low and firm. "What kind of work was an assassin doing?"
"He was working for Bane." he said, his voice growing firmer.
The Punisher's expression darkened at the mention of Bane.
"Bane, huh." he said, his tone ominous.
This made things complicated and Frank knew that. There'd be more obstacles to get past, and more challenges to get through, but he was determined and confident.
"Thanks, John." Frank said, then stood up from the bar stool.
The Punisher made his way over to Wayne Enterprises in Wayne Towers.
"Bruce Wayne, please." Frank said.
"No, ma'am...I just need a minute to talk to him." Frank replied.
He was annoyed with the hesitation, but she was a cute little blonde lady.
"He'll see me, ma'am." Frank explained. "Tell him it's the Punisher."
Despite her initial hesitance, the receptionist couldn't help but feel a little intimidated by Frank's reputation.
"Just a moment." she said, her voice cautious.
She picked up the phone and dialed Bruce Wayne's office number.
"Come with me." She said, and Frank watched her hips sway as she walked him back to the office. She lightly knocked on his door.
A deep voice said, "Enter!"
She opened the door and let me in, then closed it behind Frank.
Frank walked into Bruce Wayne's office, taking in the luxurious surroundings.
Bruce Wayne was sitting behind his desk, looking up from some documents.
"Can I help you?" he asked, his voice polite but firm."Had Jim Gordon told you that I'm here?"
"No...but you are here, for what, Frank? Does somebody have to die?"
"I don't know but...I need to speak with Batman, and I was told that you could get in contact with him."
"Yeah, sure...what do you want me to tell him?"
"Tell him that The Punisher is here to get Deathstroke. I might need some backup. He's working for Bane." Frank explained.
Bruce's expression grew serious at the mention of Bane and Slade Wilson.
"Bane? That's not good." he said, his tone grim.
Bruce paused for a moment, contemplating Frank's request.
"Give me a minute." he said, then turned to his computer.
He sent a message, most likely to Batman, and waited for a response.
Frank could see that Bruce was waiting for a reply, his fingers tapping on the desk.
"How long is this gonna take" he grumbled, his impatience showing.
After Frank left, Bruce felt a sense of urgency. He knew that Frank was a determined man, and he wouldn't hesitate to take on Bane and Deathstroke on his own.
He sent a quick message to the Bat-family hoping that they would receive it in time.
"Get to Independence Avenue ASAP - Bane and Deathstroke are working together. Castle's already on his way there." He wrote in the message.Meanwhile, Frank was back on the streets, making his way towards Independence Avenue.
He knew that he was heading into a dangerous situation, but he wasn't afraid. He had been in plenty of dangerous situations before, and he knew how to handle himself.
As he walked, he checked his gear, making sure he had everything he needed for the mission ahead.
He checked his watch, and saw that it was nearing midnight.
He quickened his pace, determined to get to the warehouse before Bane and Deathstroke had a chance to move.
When he finally reached the warehouse, he stopped and surveyed the area. The building was old and abandoned, the windows boarded up and the paint peeling.
There were no signs of anyone being around, but Frank knew better than to underestimate the danger he was heading into.
He drew his gun and slowly approached the entrance, keeping his eyes peeled for any signs of movement.
He tested the door, expecting it to be locked. Surprisingly, the door opened easily, without a sound.Frank cautiously stepped inside, his gun at the ready.
The warehouse was dark and quiet, the only sound coming from Frank's own footsteps as he moved through the space.
He kept his back to the wall, his eyes scanning the shadows for any signs of movement.
He made his way deeper into the warehouse, still on alert.
He felt a sense of unease crawling up his spine, a feeling that something was off. He kept moving, his senses on high alert.
The voices grew louder as he crept closer, and he could now make out the words being spoken.
"He should be here any minute now." a voice said, low and gruff.
Another voice responded, this one deeper and stronger, "Yeah, he better be. I don't like waiting."
Frank ducked behind a pile of crates, listening intently.
He recognized the voices, knowing that they could only belong to Bane and Deathstroke.
"I hope he didn't chicken out." a third voice said, its tone mocking.
Bane's voice rumbled in response, "The Punisher doesn’t chicken out. He'll be here."Frank gritted his teeth, feeling insulted.
"Damn right, I don't." he mumbled under his breath.
There was a moment of silence, and then the sound of footsteps.
Frank tensed, readying himself for the confrontation that would no doubt come soon.
He peeked around the corner of the crates, trying to catch a glimpse of Bane and Deathstroke.
Frank was just about to step out of hiding when he heard footsteps approaching. He quickly ducked back behind the crates, holding his breath and waiting to see who was coming.
Bane and Deathstroke emerged from the shadows, their movements stealthy and efficient. They didn't notice Frank's presence, their attention was fixed on the entrance.
Frank watched them closely, his eyes narrowing.
He knew that he had the advantage here, but he also knew that he couldn't afford to make a mistake. He moved silently behind the two of them. Swiftly moving with a purpose. His thoughts dialed solely in on the target, Slade Wilson.
He quickly snatched Deathstroke from behind and pulled him into the darkness of the warehouse.
Bane noticed and turned around, but then he heard a familiar voice. "Don't move, Bane."Red Hood said, firmly.
"You son of a bitch." Bane growled.
Castle was fighting with Deathstroke, but almost had him subdued. One cuff was on him. He pulled a tazer they'd given him at the headquarters, and he nailed Wilson with it. Then finished he put the restraints on him.
Bane grunted in anger, realizing that he was outmatched.
"You're a pain in my ass, Castle." Bane said, his voice low and dangerous.
Frank smirked, feeling a sense of satisfaction.
"That's the idea, Bane." he said, his tone cocky.
"No...we're not done yet." Bane said firmly, and like he knew it.
Ra's al Ghul and the Riddler's borrowed gunmen, or 'The Jokers' as Bane would refer to them. They dressed in clown designed combat outfits.
"Not so fast." Ra's said. "Remove the gun from Bane, Red Hood."
Red Hood took the Gun off Bane. That's when Bane grabbed The Punisher with more of a snatching type grab. There was a loud slapping sound on the leather jacket.
"Release Deathstroke, now!" Bane said, menacingly, and filled with rage.
Frank Castle looked him in the eyes, and ready to attack Bane. "That's not happening, got it." The Punisher snarled.
Bane's expression darkened, his jaw clenching in anger.
"You're a stubborn one, aren't you, Castle?" he said through gritted teeth."You better bet, I am." Frank replied.
"Don't worry about that, Punisher. I can beat it out of you." Bane said, threateningly.
Frank stood his ground, his expression defiant.
"You can try, Bane. But I've dealt with worse than you." he said, his voice confident.
"Oh you really think so?" Bane said. "I've got Dark Force Energy from Darkseid...I'm Superman."
Frank's expression turned skeptical at Bane's claim, his eyes narrowing.
"You think you're as strong as Superman?" he asked, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
"I know that I am." Bane growled.
Frank pushed Bane off him. "Don't get that close to me."
Bane observed the weapons The Punisher was strapped with.
"You have a lot of weapons." Bane said.
"Because I kill people Bane. Are you going to be one of those, or get out of the way?" The Punisher asked.
Bane's expression darkened even more, his jaw clenching tighter.
"I'm not going anywhere." he said, his voice low and menacing.
"Look big man, you're really going to make this difficult, huh?" The Punisher said, reluctance in his tone.
Bane sneered, his anger still evident.
"You're damn right I'll make it difficult." he said, his jaw clenching.
Frank was annoyed with Bane, and his efforts to big boy him.
"I'm not here to see who wins a fight...I'll kill you." His voice low and firm.Bane's expression shifted, a hint of uncertainty crossing his face.
"You think you can take me?" he asked, his voice slightly less confident than before.
"Are you dying to find out?" Frank replied. Grabbed Wilson from the ground and headed towards the door.
Bane watched as Frank walked away, his expression a mix of anger and uncertainty.
"You're making a huge mistake." he called after him.
Frank kept walking, ignoring Bane's words.
"You'll regret this." Bane called again.
Frank turned back to face Bane, his expression stoic.
"We'll see about that." he said, then continued walking towards the door.
Bane watched him go, his expression dark and brooding.
"This isn't over, Castle." he said under his breath.Red Hood followed The Punisher outside. Moment later Bane came out there as well.
"I said before...you are not going anywhere with Deathstroke. Unlock him now." Bane ordered.
Bane grabbed him before Punisher could get out his sidearm. Punisher could feel the intense strength from Bane.
"You think you can beat me up, huh?" Bane snarled.
He let go and punched Frank across his jaw. The Punisher fell lifeless to the ground.
Frank was plotting his next move, even though he wasn't totally conscious.
Bane's eyes widened in surprise as The Punisher charged towards him.
He raised his arms to block, but The Punisher was too fast for him. He dodged around Bane's arms and landed a hard punch to his jaw.
Bane stumbled back, caught off guard by the blow.
Bane's eyes widened in surprise as The Punisher charged towards him.
He raised his arms to block, but The Punisher was too fast for him. He dodged around Bane's arms and landed a hard punch to his jaw.
Bane stumbled back, caught off guard by the blow.
Frank pressed his advantage, following up with a series of quick jabs and kicks.
Bane was struggling to keep up, his movements becoming sluggish. The Punisher continued his relentless assault, his movements fluid and precise.
Bane stumbled backwards, his defenses weakening with each punch and kick.
Bane tried to regain his footing, but The Punisher was too quick for him.
He landed a powerful roundhouse kick to Bane's jaw, sending him sprawling to the ground.
Bane landed hard on the ground, stunned and winded.
He tried to get up, but his body refused to cooperate.
The Punisher stood over him, his breathing heavy but controlled.
"You still think you're as strong as Superman?" he asked, a note of challenge in his voice.
Bane's only response was a pained groan as he lay there, defeated and humiliated.
The Punisher crouched down next to Bane, his expression serious.
"You've got a lot of people fooled, Bane. But I know you're not as tough as you think you are."

The door to the Darkseid was opened. Dark Force Energy flowed through Gotham City. The presence of Dark Force began to spread, seeping into every corner of the city.
The citizens of Gotham began to feel the effects, their minds growing darker, their thoughts turning towards destruction and chaos.
The police force became more and more corrupt, as the Dark Force affected them as well. They began to be more brutal in their methods and turned a blind eye to the growing crime rates.
Jason had never seen anything like this. The city was spiraling out of control, and he didn't know how to stop it.
He was out every night, trying to contain the chaos, but it was like trying to hold back a tidal wave with just his hands.
Things were getting worse, and fast.
The police were turning a blind eye to the chaos, and the citizens were starting to get desperate.
The city was on the brink of falling apart, and Jason knew he had to do something drastic to stop it.
He called the bat-family, gathered them for a meeting. He could see the worry and exhaustion on all of their faces. He knew they were all feeling the effects of the city CAspiraling downhill.
Batman called the bat-family, gathered them for a meeting. He could see the worry and exhaustion on all of their faces. He knew they were all feeling the effects of the city spiraling downhill.
"We need a plan." He said, his voice grave.
The Bat-family looked at each other, all of them looking tired and worn out.
"But how?" Dick asked. "I can't keep doing this. We're running ourselves ragged."The Bat-family turned to look at Jason and Frank, surprise showing on their faces.
"The Punisher?" Barbara said, her eyes wide.
Jason nodded. "He wants to help."
There was a silence as everyone processed this information.
Dick was the first to speak up. "He's not known for being exactly...subtle."
Frank spoke up... "You shouldn't believe everything you hear, Nightwing."
The Bat-family turned to look at Frank, surprise spreading across their faces.
Dick raised an eyebrow at Frank's words. "What do you mean?" He asked, his voice wary. There was a moment of silence as the Bat-family processed his words.
Nightwing was the first to speak up. "You're a killer." He said, his voice filled with concern.
"I've had to kill, sometimes wanted to kill, but I just took Slade Wilson alive and well."Frank explained cautiously.
The Bat-family was still skeptical, but they couldn't deny that Frank had done something impressive.
Barbara was the one who spoke up. "We could use someone like you." She said, her voice steady.
The Bat-family looked at her, surprised by her words.
"Are you serious?" Dick asked, his voice disbelieving.
Barbara looked at him, her expression stern. "Yes." She said, her voice firm.
The bat-family exchanged glances, still not fully convinced but willing to listen.
"Yes...took him from Bane, and nobody there got hurt." Castle explained. "I can't say it wouldn't be necessary or that I won't kill, but I will survive."
The bat-family was still processing this information, but they were beginning to see the potential in having Frank Castle on their side.
Batman was the one who spoke up next.
"You have experience that we don't." He said, his voice cautious but not completely dismissive.
Frank nodded. "Yes, I do."
"But this is completely different." He said, a hint of warning in his voice. "The bad guys we deal with are...a different breed."
Frank's expression didn't change. "I've faced worse." He said matter-of-factly.
The bat-family exchanged glances again, this time a little more seriously.
They knew the kind of villains they dealt with. Could they really handle adding more crazy?
Batman sighed, his mind racing.
He looked at Frank, studying him closely.
"You'll have to play by our rules." He said firmly. "No killing, no torturing."
"I can't promise that won't be necessary. No deal." Frank said reluctantly.
The bat-family fell silent at Frank's words.
Batman's expression darkened. "It's a deal or nothing." He said firmly.
Frank looked at him for a moment, his expression hard and stern.
"Fine." He said finally, his voice reluctant. "No torturing."
There was a collective sigh of relief from the bat-family.
Dick looked at Frank, a hint of a smile tugging at his lips. "Welcome aboard." He said, his voice lighter than before.
Frank nodded, accepting their terms.
Batman looked around at the bat-family, his expression grave.
"We need all the help we can get." He said, his voice rough.
They nodded, their expressions solemn.
They knew what they were up against, but they would fight for their city. Gotham deserved that.
"Let's get to work." Batman said firmly.
The bat-family nodded, their expressions determined.
They knew they were in for a tough fight, but they were ready to face it head-on.
The atmosphere in the room was serious, but there was a glimmer of hope in the air. They knew they had tough days ahead, but they had to keep fighting for Gotham.
"We need a plan." Batman said suddenly, his voice commanding.
The bat-family looked at him, their expressions serious.
"We need to figure out how to stop the Dark Force." Batman said, his voice firm.
The bat-family was silent, trying to come up with ideas or solutions.
"How do we stop this force that seems to be taking over the city?" Batman asked, his voice tinged with frustration.
The bat-family was silent for a moment, their brows furrowed in thought.
Suddenly, an idea hit Dick.
"We need to go to the source." He said, his voice eager.
The bat-family turned to look at him, their expressions curious."Go to the source?" Batman asked, his voice curious.
Dick nodded, his eyes fixed on Batman.
"The source of the Dark Force." He said simply.
There was a silence, as everyone processed the idea.
The Bat-family turned to look at him, their expressions surprised.
"How do you know that?" Batman asked, his voice low.
Red Hood grimaced, remembering the last time they had encountered Darkseid.
"I've come across his minions before." He said simply.
"He empowered Bane to take over Gotham City." Red Hood said. "I've been approached by the temptation of the dark, but I resisted the urge to go to that side."
The Bat-family was silent, taking in Red Hood's words.
Batman's expression was dark, his mind clearly going over the information.
"You've experienced the Dark Force?" He asked, his voice low.Red Hood nodded, a grim expression on his face. "Yes." He said, his voice quiet.
Batman's expression hardened.
"And you were able to resist?" He asked, his voice serious.
Red Hood nodded again, his expression stoic. "Yes." He said simply.
The bat-family was silent, their minds working overtime.
Batman's expression was thoughtful.
"Interesting." He said, his voice gruff.
"There's definitely something going on here." Frank said. "Felt it since I arrived in Gotham City."
The Bat-family turned to look at Frank, their expressions curious.
"You've felt something?" Batman asked, his voice intent.
The bat-family was intrigued, listening closely to Frank's words.
Batman's expression was thoughtful, the gears in his mind whirling as he considered the information.
"You've seen something like this before?" He asked, his voice a mixture of curiosity and caution.
Frank nodded. "Yes Mephisto himself, a demon from hell. The devil himself, some say."
The bat-family was silent as they processed Frank's words.Batman's expression was grave. "A demon from hell." He repeated, his voice gruff.
Dick's expression was thoughtful as he spoke up.
"And you've heard people refer to this demon as the devil."
Frank nodded again, his expression serious.
"Yes, he's often equated with Satan, Lucifer...the prince of darkness, the father of lies." He explained.
The bat-family was silent, taking in Frank's words.
Batman's expression was graver, the danger suddenly seeming even more extreme.
Dick's expression was grim as he spoke up.
"Then what we are dealing with is something supernatural."The bat-family was silent, letting the gravity of Frank's words sink in.
Batman's expression was dark as he spoke up.
"We're dealing with something supernatural."
Dick nodded in agreement, his expression serious.
"Which means our usual tactics aren't going to work." He said gruffly.
"Yes...I think so too." Frank said, reluctantly.
The Bat-family was silent, everyone deep in thought.
Frank broke the silence, his voice cautious and low."There's only one way to stop a supernatural entity." He said, his tone leaving no room for argument.
The Bat-family turned to look at him, their expressions serious.
Batman's expression was grave, but he spoke with conviction. "Supernatural entities can only be defeated with occult powers."
Dick's expression was grave, his mind already working to find a way.
"But where do we find this occult power?" Red Hood asked, his voice quiet.
The Bat-family was silent, no one sure of the answer.
Batman was the one who spoke up first.
"The only person I can think of who has occult knowledge is Doctor Fate." He said gruffly.
"So that's what we have to do." He said firmly.
Batman thought about a former foe, but someone who might really be able to help. "What about Hugo Strange?" Batman suggested.
The bat-family was stunned by Batman's suggestion.
Dick's expression was shocked, the thought of working with their former enemy inconceivable."Hugo Strange?" He asked, his voice full of disbelief.
"Yes." Batman said simply.
The Bat-family was silent, still in disbelief.
Red Hood was the first to speak up. "You're seriously suggesting we go to Strange?" He asked, his voice disbelieving.
Batman's expression was serious. "Strange has extensive knowledge of the occult. He may be able to help us."
Dick's expression was still doubtful, but he didn't want to discount the idea completely. "But can we trust him?"
Batman sighed, knowing they had little choice.
"We don't have any other options." He said bluntly.
The bat-family was silent, still grappling with the idea of turning to Strange for help.
"But what if he betrays us again?" Red Hood asked, his voice cautious."We'll have to take that chance." Batman said grimly.
The bat-family was silent, no one happy with the plan.
Dick took a deep breath, resigned to their only option. "We'll have to hope for the best." He said, his voice gruff.
Batman nodded, knowing the plan was risky. "We'll have to go and see him." He said curtly.
The bat-family was silent, no one looking forward to the meeting.
Frank spoke up, his voice solemn. "I hope this doesn't bite us in the ass." He said, his eyes on Batman.
Batman's expression was grave, the risk clear in his mind. "Me too." He said, his voice gruff.
The bat-family was tense, the anxiety building.
Nightwing broke the silence, his eyes on Batman. "When do we meet with Strange?" He asked, his voice quiet but steady.
"Tonight." Batman said, his voice firm.
The bat-family was silent, the gravity of the situation sinking in.
Red Hood was the first to speak up, his voice hesitant. "What if he's not there?" He asked, his concern clear.
Batman's expression was dark. "We'll break in." He said simply.
Frank nodded, his expression grim."I'm up for a little breaking and entering." He said, a small smile tugging at his lips.
Dick sighed, knowing the plan was risky.
"Then tonight, we pay Strange a visit." He said, his voice firmer than before.
Batman was silent for a moment, the weight of the situation heavy on his shoulders. They were putting a lot of trust in Hugo Strange, and the outcome was unpredictable.
"Be ready." He said, his voice low.
The Bat-family nodded, their expressions determined.
Dick's expression was firm, though still doubtful. "We'll be ready." He said, his voice resolute.
Batman was silent, his mind already working on various contingencies.
Frank spoke up, his voice grave. "I just hope we don't regret this." He said, his words heavy with worry.
Dick nodded, his expression resigned. "Whatever it takes." He said, his voice fierce.
Batman was silent for a moment, the plan growing more intense.
Frank spoke up, a hint of doubt in his voice. "What if he already has ties to Darkseid?" He asked, his expression cautious.
Batman nodded, knowing the task ahead was going to be difficult.
"We'll get through it." He said, his voice steady.
Dick's expression was determined, his nerves giving way to resolve.
"We always do." He said, his voice steady.
Batman knocked on the door to the mansion turned science laboratory.
The Bat-family waiting for someone to come answer. Moments later Strange himself opened the door.
Hugo Strange stood before the bat-family, his expression one of mild surprise.
"Batman...and the bat-family?" He said, his voice holding a hint of disbelief.
Batman was first to speak up, his voice gruff.
"We need your help, Strange." He said, skipping the pleasantries.
"Oh I knew you'd need me one day." Strange said.
The Bat-family was silent, their expressions cautious.
Batman was the one to answer, his voice gruff."We're facing something...supernatural." He said, his words careful.
Strange's expression grew intrigued, his mind already processing the information.
"Supernatural, hmm?" He said, a small smile spreading across his face.
Batman nodded, his expression firm. "Yes. It's something I've never seen before." He said, his voice cautious.
Strange's expression was curious, his interest piqued. "Something you've never seen, huh?" He said, his words teasing.
Batman ignored his tone, his focus on the task at hand.
"Can you help us?" He asked, his voice still gruff.
Strange's expression was contemplative, a glimmer of excitement in his eyes.
"I'm not sure...but I might be able to help." He said, his voice sly.
Batman looked at Strange, "It's Darkseid and Dark Force Energy. His voice low and gruff.
Strange's expression changed, the excitement in his eyes growing.
"Darkseid with Dark Force Energy? That does sound interesting." He said, his voice almost gleeful.
Batman's expression was cautious, his mind wary of Strange's excitement.
Hugo Strange pulled out the Lion's Head Amulet, and he summoned the Acient African Warrior Lion-El. The room burst into light. Revealing the warrior with a muscular physique.
"Lion-El, I need you to tell me how to stop the Dark Force Energy in Gotham City." Strange requested.
"I will find that source of energy." Lion-El said.
The Bat-family watched in disbelief, their expressions stunned.
Batman's expression was dark, his mind trying to process what he was seeing.
Dick was the first to speak up, his voice filled with surprise.
"Is that...Lion-El?" He asked, his eyes on the summoned warrior.
Strange nodded, a pleased expression on his face.
"Yes...Lion-El has been helping me with my research. He's quite knowledgeable about supernatural forces." He explained.Batman's expression was still guarded, his mind still trying to comprehend.
"And he can help us stop the Dark Force?" He asked, his voice gruff.
Strange nodded again, his expression confident.
"Yes...if anyone can help us, it's Lion-El." He said.
Lion-El spoke up then, his voice deep and regal. "I will find the source and help stop the Dark Force." He said, his words firm.
The Bat-family was silent, their minds still trying to wrap their heads around the situation.
Batman's expression was still cautious, but there was a hint of hope in his eyes.
"How will he find the source?" He asked, his voice gruff.
Strange laughed, "he's as much lion as he is man."
Batman's expression remained stoic, his mind still skeptical. "But how does that help us?" He asked, his voice gruff.
Strange smirked, his confidence unwavering."Lion-El can sense the energy, just like a lion senses prey or a predator." He said, his words confident.
Lion-El spoke up then, his voice calm and composed.
"I am the eyes and ears of the African jungle. I will track the source."
Batman's expression was still cautious, but there was a small hint of trust forming.
"How long will it take?” Batman asked, his voice gruff.
Strange thought for a moment, his expression thoughtful. "Hard to say...could be a few days, could be a few weeks." He said, his voice casual.
Batman's expression was tense, the timeline making him anxious. "That long?!" He asked, his voice full of urgency.
Strange shrugged, his expression nonchalant.
"Like I said, it could take a while." He said, his voice relaxed.
Batman's mind was racing, the timeline feeling like an eternity.
"But Gotham can't wait that long!" He protested, his voice gruff.
Batman nodded. "You're going to start now?"
Lion-El nodded. "I will start immediately."
Strange clapped his hands together, a pleased expression on his face.
"Excellent." He said, his voice satisfied.
Batman's expression was serious, his mind still focused on the task at hand.
"How will we know when you've found it?" He asked, his voice gruff.
Strange's expression was smug, his confidence never wavering.
"You'll know." He said simply.

The Gotham City Police Department was wired. The City Hall also wired with a bomb.
The Crew was military style soldiers. With his Laugh Factory of Jokers. Those weren't soldiers, they were former violent criminals.
The Bat-family was still standing in front of Strange's mansion, their focus still on the conversation.
They felt the ground shake slightly and the sound of an explosion echoed in the distance.
Batman's expression was wary, his mind immediately recognizing the sound.
"That's an explosion." He said, his voice urgent.
Frank sighed, recognizing the sound as well. "That can only be the Question Mark Crew." He said gruffly.
Strange's expression was thoughtful, his mind processing the new development.
"The Question Mark Crew? In Gotham?" He asked, his voice curious.
Batman nodded, his expression grim.
"They're a group of criminals led by the Riddler. They're known for putting bombs in buildings." He explained.
Strange's expression was intrigued, his interest piqued. "And they're attacking Gotham City again?" He asked, his voice laced with a hint of excitement.
Batman nodded again, his expression serious.
"Yes. They have a few other buildings wired with bombs. The Gotham City Police Department and City Hall." He explained.Strange's expression was still curious, his mind thinking of how he could use this to his advantage.
Dick spoke up then, his eyes on Batman.
"It sounds like we have work to do." He said, his voice filled with determination.
Lion-El bolted off into the night. The warrior transformed into a lion and quickly disappeared into the night.
Batman's eyes followed Lion-El's movement, his mind still focused on the task at hand.
He turned back to Strange, his expression firm.
"We need to go and stop the Question Mark Crew." He said seriously.
Strange nodded, his own thoughts on the matter. "Go...I'll be here when Lion-El arrives with news." He said, his voice confident.
Lion-El found the Question Mark Crew. He knew that they were heavily armed and chose a different route. A path with less resistance. The Question Mark Crew was busy setting up a bomb at the City Hall. They were heavily-armed and dangerous.
Little did they know that they were being watched by Lion-El from a distance.
Lion-El watched them closely, his eyes fixed on their every move.
The Crew were busy with their bomb, their backs turned.
Lion-El saw his chance and silently crept closer. He moved quickly and quietly, his movements stealthy.
The Crew were still unaware of Lion-El's presence.
He got closer and closer, inching slowly towards them.
The Crew were still focused on the bomb, their attention completely on it.
Lion-El was right behind them now, just a few feet away.
The Crew were still busily working on the bomb. They didn't notice Lion-El at all.
He was now right behind them, almost close enough to touch them.
He silently readied himself to strike.
The Crew were still completely oblivious, completely immersed in their work.
Lion-El took one last deep breath and silently pounced.
He landed on one of the crew members, sending them both crashing to the ground.
The rest of the Crew were taken by surprise. They quickly turned around, startled by the sudden attack.
They drew their weapons, aiming at Lion-El.
But Lion-El was too fast for them. He swiftly dodged their attacks, disarming them one by one.The Crew were struggling against Lion-El, their weapons no match for his speed and strength of a lion.
They tried to land a blow but Lion-El was too quick, too skilled. He moved with precision, his attacks calculated and efficient.
The Crew were getting frustrated now, their attacks getting more aggressive.
But Lion-El remained calm, his movements steady and precise.
He blocked their attacks, countering with his own quick and powerful moves.
The Dark Force Energy attempted to reach out to Lion-El, to gain control over him.
But it was met with a powerful resistance. Lion-El was strong and his powers were too strong.
The Dark Force Energy recoiled, surprised by the unexpected resistance.
The Crew were getting desperate now. They were getting exhausted from trying to fight Lion-El.
They tried to land a blow, but Lion-El was too quick. He evaded their attacks with ease, countering with his own powerful punches and kicks. The Crew were weakening, their attacks getting weaker and slower.
Lion-El took advantage of this, his attacks becoming more aggressive.
He landed a powerful punch to one of the Crew's chest, sending them crashing to the ground.
The rest of the Crew were shocked, their eyes wide with disbelief.
They had never seen anyone overpower their colleagues like this.
But Lion-El was showing no mercy, his attacks getting more intense.
He moved with lightning speed, his punches and kicks connecting with precision.
The Crew were struggling against him, their movements becoming sluggish and desperate.
The Dark Force Energy was still trying to reach out to Lion-El, but was continuously met with a powerful resistance.
It was growing frustrated. It needed more power, more strength. The Crew were getting desperate now. They were out of options, out of ideas.
They tried to back away, to escape, but Lion-El was too fast. He grabbed one of them by the collar, stopping them in their tracks.
The Crew member struggled, trying to break free. Lion-El was too strong, his grip too firm.
The Dark Force Energy was feeling desperate now. It knew it was losing this battle.
It needed more power, more strength. It needed to get past Lion-El's defenses.
Lion-El was still holding fast to the Crew member, his grip tight.
The rest of the Crew were watching, their expressions a mix of fear and uncertainty.
The Crew member was trying to get free, struggling and squirming, but Lion-El held them in place, his expression stern and focused.
The Dark Force Energy was still trying to find a way past Lion-El's defenses.
It tried again and again, but was constantly met with resistance.
It was powerless against his power.
The Crew member was getting desperate now, their struggle growing more frantic.
They tried to cry out for help, but Lion-El silenced them with a single look.
The Riddler shot the heat ray lazer at Lion-El. His henchmen were locked and loaded to back him up.
The heat ray laser hit Lion-El, sending him crashing to the ground.
The Crew was relieved, thinking they had finally gotten the upper hand.
But Lion-El was not down for long. He quickly got back on his feet, his expression determined. The Crew took aim, their weapons ready.
But Lion-El was too fast. He dodged the bullets, moving with lightning speed.
The Riddler was getting frustrated, his anger growing.
He fired again, but Lion-El was one step ahead. He dodged the bullets, his movements fluid and elegant.
The Crew were trying to surround him, to corner him.
Lion-El was too quick, too skilled. He dodged their attacks, his movements a blur of speed and grace.
The Crew were getting tired now, their attacks growing sluggish.
Lion-El took advantage of this, his attacks becoming more intense. He punched and kicked, his movements a blur.
The Crew were struggling to keep up with him, their movements getting slower and slower.
Lion-El moved with grace and precision, his moves powerful and deadly.
The Dark Force Energy hadn't been effective in corrupting Lion-El, but it continued to try.
A black hole portal opened and Darkseid in his true form stood there before Lion-El.
The Omega Beams hit Lion-El, causing him to stumble.
The Crew was stunned, their eyes wide. They had never seen anything like this before.
Darkseid fired his Omega Beams at the acient warrior.
Darkseid spoke to Lion-El, his voice deep and commanding.
"Submit to me." He said simply.
Lion-El gritted his teeth, his expression becoming defiant.
"Never." He said firmly. "I will never submit."
"You'll submit or you'll die for your refusal." Darkseid informed him.
Lion-El squared up to Darkseid, his eyes filled with determination.
"I'd rather die than submit to you." He said defiantly.
"You have chosen your destiny." Darkseid spoke.
Then hit Lion-El with his Omega Beams, and he watched as he disappeared from sight.
The Crew watched in awe as Lion-El disappeared from sight.
They were still trying to process what had just happened when Darkseid turned his attention to them.
Darkseid's eyes were fixed on the Crew, his expression stern.
"You failed." He said simply, his voice full of disappointment.
The Crew quivered under his intense gaze, their eyes downcast.
They knew they had failed, and the consequences would be dire.Darkseid spoke again, his voice firm.
"You know the punishment for failure." He warned, his gaze never wavering.
The Crew shuddered, their minds racing with horror.
They knew what that meant, the consequences of their failure would be severe.
Darkseid took a step closer, his imposing form towering over them.
"You will suffer the price of failure." He said, his voice stern and firm.
The Crew cowered under the weight of his warning, their hearts pounding with fear.
They knew they had made a huge mistake, and now they would pay the price.
Darkseid raised his hand, his fingers glowing with energy.
The Crew trembled, their expressions filled with terror.
They knew there was no escape from Darkseid's punishment. They had failed, and now they would suffer for eternity.

The police cruisers were parked, their lights flashing in an attempt to maintain a semblance of order.
The dark force energy was like a dark cloud over the city, its influence spreading and growing stronger by the minute.
The police officers were doing their best to keep the situation under control, but it was getting harder and harder.
Batman and the Bat-family were speeding to the police station, their eyes fixed on the scene before them.
As they drew closer, their eyes grew wide with horror.
They saw Darkseid in all his glory.
"Darkseid." Batman said in a low voice.
The bat-family was stunned, their eyes fixed on the towering form of Darkseid.
He was standing in the middle of the street, his presence commanding and intimidating.
The Bat-family hesitated for a second, their minds racing.
This was Darkseid. The most powerful being in the universe. They had never fought someone of this calibre before.
Darkseid seemed amused by their hesitation. He turned to look at the Bat-family, a smirk on his face.
"You've come to face me at last." He said, his voice mocking.
Batman gritted his teeth, his mind racing.
He knew they were outmatched, but he couldn't just stand by and do nothing.
The Bat-family took a step forward, their expressions determined.
They couldn't run away, not now.Darkseid chuckled, his expression amused.
"You're brave. But bravery will not save you from me." He said, his voice dripping with arrogance.
Batman's expression was grim, his jaw clenched tightly.
He knew they were in over their heads, but he couldn't back down now.
"We'll stop you." He said firmly.
Darkseid laughed, his voice echoing through the empty streets.
"You have no chance." He said, his confidence unwavering.
The Bat-family stood their ground, refusing to back down.
They knew they were facing an uphill battle, but they couldn't give up now.
Darkseid smirked at their determination. He was enjoying this.
"You mortals are amusing." He said, his voice laced with amusement.
The Bat-family was undeterred by his words. They knew they wouldn't stand a chance against him, but they weren't going to back down without a fight.
Darkseid chuckled, his confidence never wavering.
"You're brave for facing me." He said, his voice mocking.Batman's expression was steady, his eyes fixed on Darkseid.
He wouldn't let this arrogant god intimidate him.
Darkseid smirked, his confidence growing.
"But you're foolishly brave." He said, his voice full of pride.

"But you're foolishly brave." He said, his voice full of pride.
He fired his Omega Beams at Batman.
The Omega Beams hit Batman square in the chest, sending him flying backwards.

He struggled to get back up, his eyes fixed on Darkseid.Batman's eyes widened as he felt the power surging through him.
He couldn't explain it, but he felt unbelievably strong and powerful.
